My mom sent me a package from Germany to London in SEPTEMBER 2020! I was not at home when the package arrived here in London. The driver DID NOT leave a not for me, saying that that my package had arrived and where to pick it up. So the package was sitting at some depot for 10 days before it was returned to Germany. SAME THIS THERE! My mom DID NOT get a not saying that the package arrived and where she had to pick it up. NOW! The package completely disappeared: Apparently the tracking number is invalid now. There so-called customer service is unable to track it. No one feels responsible for that situation, and yesterday the even HANG UP on me when I was talking to them, trying to find out when my package had gone. So rude! So poor! They don't know how to run this company, neither they know how to set up a friendly and efficient customer service department! Further, I sent an email in which I claimed a compensation - no reply! This is not only unprofessional, rude and absolutely ignorant dealing with your customers values - this is crime! It's a shame und a disgrace reflecting in all of your customer reviews! Meine Mutter hat mir im SEPTEMBER 2020 ein Paket von Deutschland nach London geschickt! Ich war nicht zu Hause, als das Paket hier in London ankam. Der Fahrer hat KEINE Nachricht für mich hinterlassen die besagt, dass mein Paket angekommen war und wo ich es abholen hätte können. Das Paket lag dann 10 Tage in einem Depot, bevor es wieder nach Deutschland zurückgesandt wurde. DAS GLEICHE DA! Meine Mutter bekam KEINE Nachricht, dass das Paket angekommen war und wo sie es abholen hätte können. Nun ist mein Paket vollständig verschwunden: Anscheinend ist die Tracking-Nummer jetzt ungültig. Nicht einmal der sogenannte Kundenservice kann mein Paket jetzt noch nachverfolgen. Niemand fühlt sich für diese Situation verantwortlich. Als ich mich gestern abermals telefonisch an den Kundenservice wand, hat man, nachdem ich um den Namen der Mitarbeiterin gebeten hatte, einfach aufgelegt. So unverschämt! So armselig! Die wissen weder, wie man dieses Unternehmen führt, weder, wie man eine freundliche und effiziente Kundendienstabteilung betreut! Folglich habe ich eine E-Mail gesendet, in der ich eine Entschädigung verlangte - keine Antwort! Das ist nicht nur unhöflich und absolut laienhaft - das ist Kriminell! So rücksichtslos mit dem Wert seiner Kunden umzugehen ist eine Schande, die sich in all den Bewertungen im Internet widerspiegelt!

Deutsche is suppose to be efficient; well, the exact opposite is my experience of their service. Have my package 10 km from my house and it's been 10 days and they still have not delivered it! If you want frustration then use these guys.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about an invoice as it was not clear to me how to make the payment as I was new in Germany. They took ages to reply, and although I got an automated email saying the invoice will be put in hold, I still got payment reminders and the case was redirected to a dept collection company. I showed that I'm willing to pay from the beginning, just wanted to confirm how, and ended up paying double. Even I have the proof via email with dates and all, they didn't care. All this, and the original package itself arrived damaged... I threatened to use lawyers and they basically said, "This is how we do things in Germany and you are at fault". This review is my only way to relieve my frustration. Avoid this greedy company as much as you can

This company are completely and utterly incompetent. I have been given numerous dates on when they plan to deliver my parcel and have been let down each time and have been given no explanation. When I ring them they give me yet another date which I know they won’t keep to. My neighbour bought an item from Argos and has had the same issue with non delivery. If you are thinking of buying from Argos it’s best to avoid them and use Amazon.

DHL were contracted, via Parcels2Go, to deliver a product purchased from the Claening Club. A litany of actual lies and incomptence from DHL Three broken delivery date promises.

Must be the worst courier I have dealt with. Trying to locate a parcel their website is hopeless as you can't speak to anyone.

Awful to deal with, can't get proper response from DHL and most emails go unanswered. DHL sent an invoice for something they said they had and wouldn't deliver until I paid, then turned out to be something I had already received weeks before, then the amount kept changing (4 different amounts so far!) and now threatening debt collectors rather that clear up the mess they have created. I'll never use them and will ask anyone sending something to me not to use them in future. Can;t even get the email address of their complaints department. It's all set up to make it as hard as possible for the customers.

You can't actually speak to anyone to find out why they've not brought your parcel. Iv waited all day, iv got nothing to drink because I couldn't go to the shops and I cannot believe you don't have online tracking. I hate this company

Deceitful company, stated they had tried to deliver a parcel to our business. Cctv shows no attempt was made. Blatant lies. Not for the 1st time either.

Lazy & incompetent. Drivers dumped my Halfords parcel near bin shed outside flats, instead of pressing security link. They couldn't even be bothered to let me know. Anyone could have stolen it.

This company seems to hide behind a complex set up of entities to ensure no responsibility is taken centrally, maybe why DHL has such a poor reputation and trust scores. They would benefit from some serious CX reviews, from using their website(s) to the cards they leave at delivery addresses. All in all, a lack of transparency and poor communication means the likes of Hermes and Yodel will take over.....and who would've thought that a few years ago. Come on DHL, else you'll go the way of Nokia and Kodak!

I am disabled and live on the first floor and on both occasions DHL have left my parcels OUTSIDE the block of flats I live in - the delivery driver didn't want to actually bring it to the correct door because he'd parked in the middle of the road. abysmal service.

I ordered item from sophiawebster.com DHL was carrier and my shoes never arrived! I emailed them and they ignored my email. They put fake signature, saying that someone signed the package with initials that doesn’t exist! They are scammers be aware! I lost more than 900$ because of them!

Never Ship with DHL I run a startup business. We have had about a dozen shipments come internationally via DHL. About 3/4th of the shipments are not delivered as promised. I am so frustrated with DHL that I'm investing my time to write this review. Their Customer Service is worse than terrible. Their Customer Service does not exist. You can't get a person on the phone, and their website doesn't provide enough detail to let you resolve the problem yourself either. The most recent issue is apparently there was an import duty due. They never informed me of this (even though the shipper provided them my contact information), they simply let the package sit on hold. I finally requested the assistance of my lawyer and he was able to get a person on the phone. Never ship with DHL. Even if UPS or FedEx is more expensive, go with UPS or FedEx.

Bad place to work, only worked one night, what I saw is impressive. packages thrown into the conveyor roller and onto the ground without any care. the incorrect pay for the type of work and especially for the night. 8 hours worked at night from 10pm to 7am paid £ 59.19 I don't recommend working in DHL parcel in Milton Keynes magna park.

Sent international parcel by DHL from Uk last week, Parcel has taken more than 1 week, still not yet sent. Pathetic customer care. Never ever again will I use DHL, and I will make sure I discourage everyone I know never to use them. Considering the money we pay, the services are bad. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
