Deceitful company, stated they had tried to deliver a parcel to our business. Cctv shows no attempt was made. Blatant lies. Not for the 1st time either.

Lazy & incompetent. Drivers dumped my Halfords parcel near bin shed outside flats, instead of pressing security link. They couldn't even be bothered to let me know. Anyone could have stolen it.

This company seems to hide behind a complex set up of entities to ensure no responsibility is taken centrally, maybe why DHL has such a poor reputation and trust scores. They would benefit from some serious CX reviews, from using their website(s) to the cards they leave at delivery addresses. All in all, a lack of transparency and poor communication means the likes of Hermes and Yodel will take over.....and who would've thought that a few years ago. Come on DHL, else you'll go the way of Nokia and Kodak!

I am disabled and live on the first floor and on both occasions DHL have left my parcels OUTSIDE the block of flats I live in - the delivery driver didn't want to actually bring it to the correct door because he'd parked in the middle of the road. abysmal service.

I ordered item from sophiawebster.com DHL was carrier and my shoes never arrived! I emailed them and they ignored my email. They put fake signature, saying that someone signed the package with initials that doesn’t exist! They are scammers be aware! I lost more than 900$ because of them!

Never Ship with DHL I run a startup business. We have had about a dozen shipments come internationally via DHL. About 3/4th of the shipments are not delivered as promised. I am so frustrated with DHL that I'm investing my time to write this review. Their Customer Service is worse than terrible. Their Customer Service does not exist. You can't get a person on the phone, and their website doesn't provide enough detail to let you resolve the problem yourself either. The most recent issue is apparently there was an import duty due. They never informed me of this (even though the shipper provided them my contact information), they simply let the package sit on hold. I finally requested the assistance of my lawyer and he was able to get a person on the phone. Never ship with DHL. Even if UPS or FedEx is more expensive, go with UPS or FedEx.

Bad place to work, only worked one night, what I saw is impressive. packages thrown into the conveyor roller and onto the ground without any care. the incorrect pay for the type of work and especially for the night. 8 hours worked at night from 10pm to 7am paid £ 59.19 I don't recommend working in DHL parcel in Milton Keynes magna park.

Sent international parcel by DHL from Uk last week, Parcel has taken more than 1 week, still not yet sent. Pathetic customer care. Never ever again will I use DHL, and I will make sure I discourage everyone I know never to use them. Considering the money we pay, the services are bad. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Worst company ever. Spent a whole day awaiting a time critical resupply of veterinary medication due to temperature. Sat looking and waiting when the van passed our home, no sign of van and driver for hours and no explanation given except '' delayed driver would be with us shortly". Here's something to understand, if you really care about your customers and staff then avoid them like the Covid virus. Thanks to Animed who are now having to resend our order again. The time critical is Canine insulin, without this our dog would die. So thanks DHL, your company should be destroyed. Hold your heads in shame. And I am being nice about this. Glenn Service.

I tried to send a package internationally via DHL. They needed some additional information for customs and gave a deadline for me to provide. After many many emails and twitter messages (I requested a phone call several times but was ignored and tried the customer service number but couldn't get to a real person) they acknowledged that I emailed the information to them on time as can be seen in the timestamp of the email but are claiming that they did not receive it in time. Based on this they returned my package and partially refunded my money. They kept an £8.50 admin fee and refuse to refund it even after many messages and them acknowledging that I provided all required information within the timeframe that was specified. I have used DHL many times in the past and they've been great when nothing goes wrong. This is the first time I've needed customer service and it was absolutely unacceptable. I've sent my parcel via UPS with no issues and will never use DHL again. It's not worth the risk of needing even the most basic competence from their customer service team.

The dilettantism of the German DHL is incredible. It's been more than three weeks since the DHL took over my package to be delivered and all they've done is to move it back and forth inbetween the warehouses. At first, it was sitting in Börnicke near Berlin for two weeks. After that, I was cheering that it has been dispatched to another warehouse - Radefeld and was hoping that it would be delivered soon. Sadly, it was sent back to Börnicke for being reprocessed and it has been there eversince. I was patient due to the ongoing plandemic as the DHL states that there might be delays, but enough is enough. I once ordered a package from the UK, which was delivered by the DHL in three days!!! And they're not able to deliver it in time from Germany! Terrible company! In addition, their call centres seem to be constantly overwhelmed by (presumably) angry customers and I couldn't reach them. I wouldn't recommend DHL to my worst enemy, it's the most unreliable delivery service in the world!

Been waiting for my parcel, till I see the update in the tracing system "Delivery attempted; recipient, not home" but they didn't even try to contact me. I'm on my child care leave and sitting home almost 24/7. They didn't call, didn't ring the doorbell, but updated that couldn't reach me. How can they do it????!!! Unfortunately, for some shipments, I cannot choose another company, but if I could, definitely would choose another delivery company. Try to avoid DHL as much as possible.

We paid for the fastest World Air option, 1-3 days. My parcel was supposed to arrive either today or tomorrow. Tracking says now that it won't arrive until Saturday - at least 4 days. Saturday is my wedding. The parcel is my ring. Saturday is too late. I've been trying to reach them for 3 days. I've been passed around to 5 different departments, and the online customer service options are an absolute joke; I've been waiting 3 days for a single reply from 3 different online DHL services that claim to reply "typically within minutes". This is hands-down the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. What a joke of a company.

Really poor service, this has happened to me for about 5 times already and only now I have finally decided to leave a review, I am not considering using DHL at all from now on. I will always use another possible shipment just avoid this disgusting company and not to pay money for people WHO do not respect their customers. They have only one job that they have to do and they can't even do that. SO today I was supposed to get a parcel between 3-5 I booked a day off to be at home and to receive it (it is for my business and very important) ( I respect my clients, not like DHL) so I was at home waiting for it, I didn't leave a house for a second I didn't hoover or cook just hear the bell. at 2 o'clock I receive a text saying ''I wasn't at home'' so I tried to call customer service to get this driver to come back, in return rude lady said she can't do anything to help, I tried to call again, another person told they will call the driver to see if he can return, and he hangs up on me, so tried to call again, and now they telling me that the driver came at (black door) and I wasn't here, bear in mind I have a glass door. So obviously he came to wrong address, so now when They know it was THEIR fault they still told me the driver will come back tomorrow, tomorrow I am not in and won't be able to receive it, also I waisted all my day waiting for nothing and on bonus, I took a day off just to receive it. Conclusion! if you want your parcel actually to be delivered and not to go through this mess and hassle use other shipping companies instead! what a nightmare!

Dropped a parcel this morning to be delivered next working day (as advertised in their website) and I just found out it will be collected tomorrow to be delivered Friday. Besides, found costumer service pretty unhelpful after waiting on the line for almost 1 hour to talk to a member of the staff. I would not recommend to anyone, it would have been quicker if I sent through Royal Mail. PS I gave 1 star however system will not accept it, but it is way below that

Due a pick up this morning where we are refurbishing a house. Unfortunately pick up address incorrect. Phoned by driver and I explained the parcel was literally less than a minute away across the road. He put the phone down on me. I rang him back but totally inflexible and said he was not going to ‘run round’ for me. Thank you.

They should call themselves customer disservice. Right off the bat their website was refusing for me to choose to leave parcel in a safe place. On the phone they have an automated message saying "business as usual and weekends deliveries are happening. This is not the case.Delivery attempted while i am at work so i rescheduled and worked from home but had to go see a patient for an hour. I call CS and asked if i can ask for a more specific time or leave a message to the driver the agent said i can do that online "absolute rubbish". I sprinted behind the driver and called CS again and they said driver refused to come back. She said the delivery will automatically be reattempted on monday (again not true) i tracked it to find that it says recipient requested to pick up at depot (no words!) I requested it to be delivered on tuesday (today) because i was working from home that day. Showing online both arrival today and awaiting recipient to pick up at depot (which one exactly). CS agent said it's "weird" that it is showing both at the same time. Called the warehouse who told him that it was missed from the route and thus will not be delivered today. Earliest is the next morning. Requested to put in a complaint and the manager tried to retract that it was a glitch in their website and a mishap from their warehouse and that i put the request late. He did apologise but did absolutely nothing. Would not guarantee item being delivered before 12pm "i will request it but i am not personally at the warehouse to put it on the van". Basically an irresponsible negligent company.

Expensive item ordered from John Lewis. Was concerned as it was due to be delivered by DHL. We had another expensive item that was due to be delivered earlier in the year that was a complete farce. On checking the tracker after saying it had been delivered and signed for..... the signature bore no resemblance... after 4 weeks they finally admitted the parcel was lost (The company we ordered from (Wayfair) were absolutely no help in the whole situation saying it was OUR problem to sort!! This item, over £600 was due to be delivered a week ago, it has now been lost in the system. John Lewis to their credit have been dealing with this but after numerous calls and wait times with JL we have cancelled our order. We now will not buy goods if the delivery is DHL.
