Item was placed on hold because of "Wrong Address". We have items shipped here on a daily basis, it's a freaking AMAZON WAREHOUSE it's literally impossible to miss, it's the size of 4+ football fields. Contacting them on customer service was able to resolve the issue but the agent told me that the "address was typed wrong". When I asked what he changed it to, he told me the exact same address that was already on file. He said that the city/ state was on the wrong line, but this was an automated order placed by amazon, there's nothing for me to correct on my end. He then advised that I contact someone to fix the address, but when I asked who to contact he first ignored me, then disconnected on me. Reading though the reviews on here it is clear that I am not alone with their terrible customer service.

Paid £120 for a high value delivery which hasent arrived. Customer app is abysmal

Not fit for purpose. I get 2 messages each day... your order will be delivered today... and your order is delayed and will be delivered the next working day. There website is worthless.

Worst . Waited to long for customer service just to experience being hanged up on the phone as if I did not exist or as if the customer service cannot hear me. Worst worst worst in the Brokerage CS Canada . I have a screen shot of total hours I wasted with them and left my questions unanswered

Horrible service. I paid very expensive to ship an envelope of documents from Brazil to England, they DID NOT complete the service and returned the shipment to sender after 2 weeks. No information, poor customer service and horrible service in general. Want something more reliable? GO TO FEDEX.

probably the worst delivery company . Say they will deliver but don`t . Customer services tell you a pack of lies just to get rid of you . I have waisted two days now and still no parcel

I just spent 30 minutes on hold and switched to different departments and did not get any service at all. We are a business and import monthly...I would strongly not recommend DHL for customer service if you have an issue...they do not care! Thanks, Paul

So posted a set of car clocks by royal mail 24 and they got there the next day but the company fixed them and posted the back by DHL 24 and that was yesterday morning they were picked up but got a tracking number for them from the company and tracked them and there not being delivered to Friday why is it that DHL can't deliver 24 like I paid for 24hour next day delivery and there delivered to Friday like what a joke of a company they are becoming be the last time I ever order anything if there the delivery company

I called their main number... no matter what number you enter thereafter, the main menu keeps repeating itself. No human services in DHL.

DO NOT USE DHL FEDEX OFFER MUCH BETTER SERVICE Useless customer service, shipments are always delayed and absolutely zero customer service to find our what is going on with our shipments. Stick to FEDEX the service is absolutely superb and they always have someone on the end of the line who is more than happy to help.

avoid this company like the plague. Bought item from seller who sent parcel via DHL. A day after parcel was scheduled to be delivered used tracking feature to see that my parcel would be delivered that day. Was not delivered. Called DHL and was told that that didnt provide my apartment buzzer # (courier apparently didnt know how to scroll through intercom). Provided my buzzer #. Tracking history showed that package was not delivered because nobody was home. Lie. Was home all day. I advised seller that i would to cancel my purchase. Seller called DHL and was told that they had the wrong name. Had enough. Luckily, seller gave me a full refund.

Two deliveries across a three day period were not even attempted. I didn't receive the next stop notifications that the company claim to facilitate. I have severe mobility issues and am awaiting major back surgery. Yet I had to walk half an hour uphill the best that I could to collect the parcels that the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver on both occasions. We do not live on a new estate. Have never been let down by any other courier company, with the exception of DHL. As a result I will never purchase anything from any retailers who currently use DHL as their courier. I refuse to pay for a service that I haven't received. Sorry Dunhelm, The Range. Change your courier and maybe we will return. I will be leaving reviews with both retailers and on Google in light of this. Bad show DHL

I would recommend to avoid using the services of this company. For almost a week I am trying to retrieve my parcel and every day I get the same excuses( depot is too busy, they don't know what is happening and the lot) and since the 23rd Sept when the parcel was collected from the seller, it is still not delivered to me. It is amazing how little they care . It was next day delivery-supposedly- and 6 days later still not delivered. A joke of a company

If I could give zero and less, I would A company that acts like a mafia!!! can't trust a single word of any of their employees and tracking online is just a fairy tale, nothing related to reality. Two weeks since the parcel was sent, about a week getting generic txt from DHL that they have clearance delays????? but showing it's waiting for clearance in my city, after asking for an inquiry it appear today all of sudden that my parcel....is in another country! Never ever will use this horrible company, and they are charging you as if they were really giving you a service, check Fedex and UPS before trying to compete, you're definitely not in the same league!

Had 2 worktops delivered at the beginning of September but one was faulty and I did not accept it. Contacted Homebase to arrange replacement. Delivery was to be 30th September (2 weeks later). I received a text message tonight 29/09 at 5.41 pm to inform me that the date had been changed to 14/10 (another 2 weeks with a half finished kitchen). When I contacted them the excuse given was that they had no vans in my area. I live less than 20 miles from a large depot. Dreadful service. No apology. I will be taking this further.

Waiting on a parcel from Germany dhl picked up 3 Rd September stopped moving 7th September contacted 13th 20th 23rd September have not bothered getting back to me shows how much customer care there is

We will never use DHL again . They refuse to answer issues with invoices , they refuse to send a proper statement . They have send incorrect statements that for example missed to take into account payments that we made .However they are fast sending out threatening letters and passing outstanding invoices to the control accounts

Absolute waste of space, got a delivery from ebay the sender used DHL traxing info stated that it would be here on 17/09/21 its now the 20/09 so i called up first woman’s said its not been scanned since the 16th and she will find out for me and try speed things up. And i would receive a message or email. 6 hours later still no response. Call up again this time am told that every part of my address is right other than the unit on the address and i can not pass data protection. So the sender must of put wrong address. Asked if i could pick it up instead and this is not possible due to a number being wrong in address even though am gonna turn up with id and proof of purchase with there stupid tracking code. For one they have not even tried to deliver if they had they would of delivered it because it has the company name on there and 2 the first customer representative lied to me. If i was given right info i would off been able to contact seller, now its to late and have to wait another day.

Avoid!!!!!! When you se the seller is using their service find another seller!!! Day 2 covid tests ordered 08.09, picked up by DHL 10.09 from the seller and rescheduled day by day over and over and today is 16.09 and rescheduled again for tomorrow. JOKE!!! £15 for a small envelope and you loose hope you will ever get it. Noone to talk to, no way to reaarange or to pickup or whatever. HOPELESS. Lesson lernt. NEVER AGAIN. You have been warned.
