You DHL are a sh*t service. People can die becouse you don't send the package on time. I hate you and your services. My grandpa died becouse the oxigen device didn't arrive at the time. Thats you and your services, a proper sh*t.

Worst Courier company in the world!!!! Todays parcel was delivered to the wrong address again, no idea what door number he went to, and no help at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! SH!TTY, SH!TTY, SH!TTY SERVICE............

I have purchased a watch from ebay for over £5300,paid for signed for delivery and insurance to the seller Germany who used Dhl. Dhl’s driver had put in the tracking that it was delivered ,left it by my door and signed forcit himself while I was not at home.which is physically not possible ,if I was there and signed for he will not take a picture of the parcel left by my door and put left in a aafe place but at the same time I signed for it! When I asked for refund as I never found the item Paypal and ebay said that it was delivered ans signed for so no refund. Dhl kept telling lies like the driver gad the right to leave the parcel by the door and sign for it himself because of Covid,so if it’s true ,why are they still charging same amounts and still have the option of signed for, I asked them of this explanation written in their terms and condition but never had an answer. I explained that on their website it says that if client is not present they should leave a card for the client to decide for a collection or a redelivery. Or they can leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour only with a request from the client but never leave an expensive or inexpensive item that is recorded delivery by the door. I feel like I was scammed by Dhl and people should know my story and avoid using them they don’t care about complaints and they are not registered with Ombudsman.

Totally inept company from the driver to customer service to team manager all telling me lies. Even being told my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday, which it wasn't, to then find out on tracking that it had been returned to sender that same day!!!! To then have the parcel arrive without any notification. Absolutely pathetic and that's being kind. Reading other reviews, just confirms it isn't a one off. I will never use them again.

DHL is a portal to Hades, a place where parcels, common sense and delivery service dies. I ordered merchandise from Europe, waived the mandatory signature requirement on the parcel and was told it would arrive Oct 15th. It didn’t. It got stuck 45 minutes away and they want me to pick it up! I never agreed to that, the vendor never arranged for that…DHL did this all on their own. I’m not making a 90 minute round trip drive just because DHL can’t manage to put the box on a truck. Oh…one of their customer service people promised delivery to me by Oct 20th and I even received an UPDATED DELIVERY email confirmation from them. Did it arrive? Oh no. It remains untouched in Santa Ana, CA and today I was told THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IT, I MUST PICK IT UP. Well guess what? I’m not doing that, I already paid for delivery. I’m filing a chargeback request for the merch, getting my money back and giving up on the order…I have more important things to do than appease a delivery courier that cannot deliver! Common sense is not common enough and DHL has apparently set the customer care bar so low you need a shovel to see it. Truly pathetic, they store freight rather than deliver it.

Knowing I wasn't going to be in on the day of delivery I rearranged it for the following day via their website, saving them the effort of calling. I waited in all day (the rescheduled day) and nothing. No notification or courtesy email. I then log-on to their website at the end of the day to try and find out what happened and find that they've changed the day of my delivery to another, thereby masking my original requested date. Please stay away from this company and use another instead for the sake of your own wellbeing. (I've never had any issues with Hermes or ParcelForce).

Item was placed on hold because of "Wrong Address". We have items shipped here on a daily basis, it's a freaking AMAZON WAREHOUSE it's literally impossible to miss, it's the size of 4+ football fields. Contacting them on customer service was able to resolve the issue but the agent told me that the "address was typed wrong". When I asked what he changed it to, he told me the exact same address that was already on file. He said that the city/ state was on the wrong line, but this was an automated order placed by amazon, there's nothing for me to correct on my end. He then advised that I contact someone to fix the address, but when I asked who to contact he first ignored me, then disconnected on me. Reading though the reviews on here it is clear that I am not alone with their terrible customer service.

Not fit for purpose. I get 2 messages each day... your order will be delivered today... and your order is delayed and will be delivered the next working day. There website is worthless.

Worst . Waited to long for customer service just to experience being hanged up on the phone as if I did not exist or as if the customer service cannot hear me. Worst worst worst in the Brokerage CS Canada . I have a screen shot of total hours I wasted with them and left my questions unanswered

Horrible service. I paid very expensive to ship an envelope of documents from Brazil to England, they DID NOT complete the service and returned the shipment to sender after 2 weeks. No information, poor customer service and horrible service in general. Want something more reliable? GO TO FEDEX.

probably the worst delivery company . Say they will deliver but don`t . Customer services tell you a pack of lies just to get rid of you . I have waisted two days now and still no parcel

I just spent 30 minutes on hold and switched to different departments and did not get any service at all. We are a business and import monthly...I would strongly not recommend DHL for customer service if you have an issue...they do not care! Thanks, Paul

So posted a set of car clocks by royal mail 24 and they got there the next day but the company fixed them and posted the back by DHL 24 and that was yesterday morning they were picked up but got a tracking number for them from the company and tracked them and there not being delivered to Friday why is it that DHL can't deliver 24 like I paid for 24hour next day delivery and there delivered to Friday like what a joke of a company they are becoming be the last time I ever order anything if there the delivery company

I called their main number... no matter what number you enter thereafter, the main menu keeps repeating itself. No human services in DHL.

DO NOT USE DHL FEDEX OFFER MUCH BETTER SERVICE Useless customer service, shipments are always delayed and absolutely zero customer service to find our what is going on with our shipments. Stick to FEDEX the service is absolutely superb and they always have someone on the end of the line who is more than happy to help.

avoid this company like the plague. Bought item from seller who sent parcel via DHL. A day after parcel was scheduled to be delivered used tracking feature to see that my parcel would be delivered that day. Was not delivered. Called DHL and was told that that didnt provide my apartment buzzer # (courier apparently didnt know how to scroll through intercom). Provided my buzzer #. Tracking history showed that package was not delivered because nobody was home. Lie. Was home all day. I advised seller that i would to cancel my purchase. Seller called DHL and was told that they had the wrong name. Had enough. Luckily, seller gave me a full refund.

Two deliveries across a three day period were not even attempted. I didn't receive the next stop notifications that the company claim to facilitate. I have severe mobility issues and am awaiting major back surgery. Yet I had to walk half an hour uphill the best that I could to collect the parcels that the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver on both occasions. We do not live on a new estate. Have never been let down by any other courier company, with the exception of DHL. As a result I will never purchase anything from any retailers who currently use DHL as their courier. I refuse to pay for a service that I haven't received. Sorry Dunhelm, The Range. Change your courier and maybe we will return. I will be leaving reviews with both retailers and on Google in light of this. Bad show DHL
