“I was supposed to get a package from Kingston in 1 day. I've been waiting for days and still no package. I made a call, got thru to a lady by the name of Cassan. She was respectable, and very consisten in helping me out. That same day I could collect my package because she looked for it and sent it off.”
“Well i wish i had read all the reviews why on earth did i use this company. Sent parcel wrapped up by DHL as those are the rules and guarantee delivery to my daughter who is travelling around Mexico. What stress it has caused us telephone calls at a premium rate emails sent back and forth and a continuos hope that the parcel would be redirected to an office in the place where my daughter could pick up . Twice now she has been told to pay sign forms and wait . We have both had enough i have cancer and this is no way helping me on the contrary we have both been so upset and disappointed i wish we had never embarked on this company . I kick myself for not reading the reviews not one good one as i discovered later . How on earth as someone wrote in a review is this company still able to function . Not one good review has this company got no shame , and they still continue to function i cannot believe i just hope i get my money back and my items too .”
“Trying to organise a pick up but the telephone number given - 02476 937 770 - is pointless if you don't know what parcel numbers are requested.
There is no option to speak with a human for proper help or advice. The website is a mess. A recording is not customer service at any stretch of the imagination.

“Worst customer service I've ever had. An arrangement was made by another company for DHL to pick up a package from me in exchange for another one. On the first day, DHL claimed I was not in when I was, and never came close to my door. On the second day, DHL then waited until 4pm to tell me without apology that it has been rearranged to the next day. I then wait inside the entire day for the third time for DHL to give me a delivery window, and then never turn up without even a text or email to say so. I now have to stay at home all day for the 4th time in the hope that they will magically get their act together and actually arrive at my door. If you have any choice, I would avoid this company in every way possible.”
“I keep getting messages stating my package will arrive on certain date, but to no avail. My daughter 13 yr old daughter has looked outside for her new shoes for the several days awaiting for the DHL truck to arrive. This is so sad! Why is this company still in business!! “Reckoned they tried to deliver package around 14:00 but at 14:21 it was at the depot ready for collection which is odd as the depot is over an hour and a half away. Asked for re delivery which never occurred. So I contacted the vendor and asked for another item to be sent. DHL finally told me the original package had gone missing. In the back of someone’s boot I reckon.”
“I've never encountered a service as bad as DHL. For 2 weeks now that I have been trying to get my parcel delivered. I contacted multiple times by call and email to sort out the problems and they would say that all fine now and the parcel will be delivered next day but it wouldn't even leave the depot. My emails were never replied to and now the parcel went back to the sender.”

“Really did have a bad experience withDHL tried to book a collection 3 times over the phone the first 2 got cut of when I was just about to pay you can’t get in touch with the person that you have been dealing with so have to call again and giver all details again to a completely new person then was cut off again at same point was successful the third time and the person I spoke to took my number and said would call me back if the same thing happened I was so stressed out and had ruined my night had been phoning since 6pm to 8 30pm eventually next day courier came but had to call again for tracking no the saga continued tracing said return to sender couldn’t believe it had to call again to find out what was wrong apparently there was no invoice with the parcel nobody had informed me about an invoice when I booked this over the phone does seem that the staff are not getting trained properly to inform you of everything I have the parcel back now but can’t send it again as to late so I need a refund of £ 89’ 33pence and I also think they should be refunding me for phone calls at 7 pence a minute but bet they wont

When I managed to speak to an adviser on as premium rate number I was cut off twice.
My order is still being held in a locker which no collection code has been provided.
The problem is not with delivery but customer service which is as described above.”
“On 01-11-22 aprox 3.30pm I dropped my very important documents at 11054 Ventura Blvd Studio City CA 91604 to be sent to Europe. They gave me Expected arrival day on Friday 01-14-2022 around midnight (I could proof this with my receipt). Today I tracked the package and I got new Expected arrival day by 01-18-2022 . I need this documents to be presented for court issues on Monday 01-17-2022. I talked to DHL representative..Brashel and was told they can’t do noting for faster delivery. So the bottom line is I got mislead by DHL empty promises and my documents won’t be presented for court day on Monday 01-17-2022 thx to DHL. I will not recommend DHL to anyone.”

Love that I spent doing my parcel. I was told my package has been lost ! That is unacceptable ! Unbelievable ! The never gave me any compensation, neither the value of the content of my box . My question was why I wasn't contacted before if they had a problem for delivery and not until I contacted them, we could avoid , all this situation. No Christmas for them! “Horrible service, my parcel was delayed for over a month and finally when i got it in terrible looking box all ripped apart driver didn’t even bother to push door bell just dumped it at the back door and I received a message to my phone saying my parcel was delivered to my address and collected by me.. f..ng joke.. awful awful service”
