Terrible service. Lied about attempting to deliver - they didn’t. I was in all day. Lied on tracking online - said my parcel was next to be delivered. At 7pm. It didn’t arrive and still hasn’t. Why the lies, DHL? Stop messing people about. Be honest for a change. In the meantime…. 31494971710952here is my parcel….that has been paid for by me and the company I purchased from. Deceitful. Unreliable. Dishonest..

Driver pulled up on opposite side of street took a photo of work shop shutters down and sent a message saying sorry we missed you .we were open and waiting for parcel .dont use dhl they obviously employ photographers not delivery drivers .didnt get out of van .disgusted

DHL received my package on 22nd sept 23rd delayed no reason 29th out for deliver, no attempt to deliver Finally received packed 30th sept. Disgrace service

Absolutely useless service. They add extra warehouse charges in India in addition to whatever you pay when you send the parcel. Even though you call them for 10 days asking them the status they will make you bear the cost. They inform you this only at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, you are at their mercy and land up having to pay. Useless customer service agents who only apologise and provide no information.

TERRIBLE, UNACCETABLE service. It is the THIRD TIME my items have been delayed, and I am given no reason, even though this delivery was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I have spoken with 8 different agents, each one saying they would "look into it immediately" and that I would get my order "ASAP". Clearly this is not true. I am still waiting for boxes with everything I own, and I am told that "unfortunately the manager's response timeframe is usually 48 hours." Frankly it seems I may have to go to the depot myself. What kind of customer service is this?? On top of that, finding a phone number to speak to an actual human was impressively difficult. For anyone dealing with this terrible service as well, the one putting you through to people is 02477711922. Will NEVER use dhl parcel whenever there are any other alternatives.

Customer service won't talk to you until after 6pm on day of delivery when the item has failed to arrive, this went on for 3 days. Drive "could not find address" house is over 200 years old - has been on the main road for a long time. Would not ask driver to call me so I could give him directions. Did not save notes for other team members. Awful service

If there was a ZERO star option I would choose this as 1 star is too generous for this incompetent lazy delivery service. Try speaking to a human and it costs 7 pence per minute plus standard charges. The human is none too helpful either as it transpires my non existent delivery is not DHL Express but DHL parcels. The phone number for DHL parcels is 02476 937770 and all you get is an automated message of no help at all. Use this carrier? You must be joking! This is my first and last experience as in future any goods that I buy and find out if these clowns will be the courier then I will not go ahead with the purchase. DHL are terribly incompetent losing my expensive parcel and horrible to deal with, as all you get is bounced around from automated Bot to Bot. AVOID at all costs. I’ve lost a £400 item that I paid for, using a credit card so I will have to open up a credit card dispute now to recover my £400. Anyone else having problems with the sellers who in this case were Back Market and BEST4TECH based in France despite falsely claiming to be based in the U.K. and the courier DHL then I strongly advise you to open a credit card dispute by calling the number on the back of your credit card to recover all your money back. As they say birds of a feather flock together and never more true than Back Market, BEST4TECH and DHL.

My sister posted me a parcel from England I got an email with all the tracking details. Then the parcel landed in Mexico and got to Irapuato on Monday morning. I got an SMS and an email plus the app said your parcel will be delivered today. Time went on at 5pm I went and sat outside my house. A DHL van drove past and I waved to the driver. He didn't stop about an hour later I got a message to say ' we couldn't find you ' I rechecked my address it was written 148 my address when in Mexico they write my address 148 so the driver hadn't been able to work this puzzle out. So I changed my address so it was written Mexican. Nothing Tuesday, Wednesday I used the chat button on the app Nancy, Luis, Salvador all wrote yes the parcel will be 100% delivered today all wrong no parcel. Today I chatted online with two people yes we have your right address it will be 100% delivered today. I have now sent pictures from the outside of my house the roads my house is on and what other buildings are close by. Then I had a phone call from Mexico City. I'm sorry but your parcel will now be delivered either tomorrow Friday or at the latest Saturday. Why why why should I believe anything that DHL tells me anymore!!!! So the parcel that drove past me on Monday will hopefully be delivered.

DHL say they have delivered my package successfully. Unfortunately for them we have CCTV which proves they have made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the parcel. I endorse all the one star reviews given to them. DO NOT USE.

I purchased a $1,000 watch online. I have had to call 4 times so far and send 3 emails just to supply them with the Watch / Clock Worksheet they requested. The seller of the watch is a watch dealer and provided them a Watch / Clock Worksheet but they also wanted the same form from me. After all that was over (8 days later) now they emailed me to tell me I need to pay tax/duty. But there is no way of doing that on their website, so I had to call them again! After getting transferred to 2 people they tell me it is going through clearance and they do not know if anything is due. What a waste of time dealing with these idiots! Unbelievable. I would never buy any product from outside the USA if it will be shipped through DHL. Stay away from them!! The worst experience ever!!!

They gave a delivery time of 1045 to 1145 so I waited. Having received a notification that they have not been able to gain access to the property they took it back to the depot!!! So the message if you’re not in we’ll try to deliver to a neighbour…is a total lie, and when they said they had tried I was actually sat in my living room with a full view of my open ungated driveway and of course no one came into the street at all, this has been checked with cctv cameras at the relevant time! So what’s the truth DHL? Lies and more lies. What is the point? If your driver forgot to load it on the van just say so instead of stealing my day off!! Still not received the parcel so I will not be using you again.

Please refer to the latest DHL paperwork sent from DHL Sri Lanka, 5 August 2022, for the 7 Airway bills Customs Documents ALL fraudulent scamming con. Lies… dishonesties, #DHLSCAM The following items were all made up by the scammers at DHL Sri Lanka to rob a further $1500.00, and false Customs Paperwork to scam the second hit of dollars. 1. Refer to page 1 – “Contents” – I never sent RS 76, 508.00 of biscuits – DHL fraud = $304.70 in aus dollars 2. Refer to page 2 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 105, 150.00 of coffee – DHL fraud = $ 418.77 in aus dollars 3. Refer to page 3 - “Contents” – I never sent RS 122, 875. 00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 489.36 in aus dollars 4. Refer to page 4 - “Contents” - – I never sent RS 87.716.00 of chocolates – DHL fraud = $ 349.33 in aus dollars 5. Section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law, (schedule 2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, prohibits conduct by corporations in trade or commerce which is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive. B. Section 23 of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) now prohibits unfair contract terms in most of these contracts. C. This is the worst company EVER! First asking for $109 taxes, duties and brokerage fees for a $206 item. I refuse and I self clear it at customs but myself. Then they say in 24-48 hours my shipment will be received. At the 48th hour mark there are no updates so I wrote an email. They say it’ll be delivered ASAP. My phone rings only one time on day 4 (after I paid the taxes) and I miss DHL’s call. Then an SMS stating that I wasn’t home and my package couldn’t be delivered. The next delivery attempt is in 4 days as it’s a public holiday Monday. Why don’t you knock the door? I am home waiting for this! How complicated can this be? Amazon does this on a daily basis and no problems so far. I’m terribly dissatisfied and disappointed with DHL. I’ll avoid it at all costs. I wonder when I’ll receive my item (if I ever)…

This company deserves no stars but that is not an option. Absolutely appalling service. Attempt deliveries miles from address, say they have attempted when they haven't, can't get hold of customer services easily and when you do they promise everything and nothing is done. I am a rural business and depend on deliveries. DPD, Amazon, Everi, Yodel... EVERY other company has no issue finding us or delivering but DHL can't manage the simplest of tasks. I've spoken to managers and it makes no difference. Promises that can't be kept and drivers who possibly shouldn't be allowed to live independently if their incompetence is anything to go by! How hard is it to take a parcel to one place to another? If any other type of business conducted themselves in this manner then they would be forced to close down due to lack of clients. Exeter depot. I suspect Revoo requests are only sent to satisfied customers because there is NO WAY they deserve an 8!

Just adding another 1 star review to the enormous pile. I hope businesses start taking the hint and using other companies to deliver their goods. DHL always - without fail - claims that they attempted delivery but "recipient was not home". Funnily enough every single time I receive this text I am literally sitting at home (as I work from home ...). They can never be trusted to bother to deliver on time, or even attempt delivery, really. Chat is no help either - they take forever to respond with rehearsed replies. Trust me, complaints get you nowhere. Today I was connected to "Alex" on chat and when I explained my issue, they literally just left the conversation with no response, LOL. Great customer service, guys.
