If I could give less I certainly would, my parcel is now 7 days late for delivery and after 4 email attempts to customer care with no response, i'm none the wiser to where my item is!!! No call centre, no live chat and no resposibility to the client that the item is clearly no longer in their possession. Total waste of time and would never use them again!!! Thought MyHermes was bad, these are utterly terrible!!! DHL should be ashamed of themselves, aftre a cororate buy-out allowing UK Mail to rebrand under their banner still offering p#ss poor service and duty of care to their customers.

I’ve asked to deliver my parcel to a safe locker as I was in work and unable to sign for it. Received a text message saying it’s ready for collection, with a security code. When I went to collect it, the locker opened, and there was nothing in it. I tried calling DHL, and they can’t look in to it till next week. It’s marked collected everywhere so I can’t get any help from the seller, eBay or Paypal! The delivery driver has nicked it and marked as delivered to the locker! Probably because they knew I’m helpless now! I will never ever buy anything that used dhl for delivery in the future!

I answered the door to a DHL driver with my delivery, obviously in light of the current Corona virus social distancing guidance. I stepped back and politely asked the driver if he could place my parcel on the doormat he abrubtly threw it to the ground turned about and left. Thankfully for his sake it wasn't a glass or fragile present inside. Disgusting behaviour and in know way professional. Sorely disappointed by this treatment.

The worst ever. No chat, long waiting time at the phone ( 10 minutes with bad music), they reply to emails after two days. Worst company ever

Useless. What is the point of having a 'customer service number'which has 0 customer service agents. This is not a customer service number is an automated computer system which helps with sweet FA when you have an actual query

You have to give 1 star to write a review, they are not worth 1 star. I've had 6 deliveries from DHL and every single one was at least a week late,over 2 weeks on one occasion . I am still waiting on another,its running late.

DHL are hopeless and lose and steal people's packages because they are poor and can't afford to buy their own stuff. DHL stands for Dick Hockey League. This is how they do their deliveries.

Ordered brake pads through Euro car parts 25 March as of today 5 April still not arrived checked their tracking service and still information received and still in Birmingham contacted dhl received e mail that delivery would be 6- 8 April this is not acceptable even with covoid19 outbreak how come all my other 5 orders were delivered by other couriers dpd hermes Royal Mail within 3 days they seem to be working as normal.

Lazy shithouse in van didn't even attempt delivery and was attempting to do a three point turn and do a runner at 2pm when I was waiting in the car park for the skanky twatt since 10 am cos I knew you were a joke. I had to run after the van to get worthless shithouse to give me my parcel. Go bust shithouses and starve

I have never given any review, especially not negative ones but I will make an effort to find every website to rate this s**tty service with 1 star even if I have to make an account on every website. Customer service is absolute s**t, if I may say so. I've tried to call 5 times to ask where I'm supposed to pick up my package as the delivery guy neither came nor left a note. I did not receive my package as promised nor did I get a note where to pick it up. Their website is not navigable, their drivers reckless and the hotline is absolute horror. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

After my eBay purchase in February, I checked the tracker to see that it has made it here in Perth. But apparently was not delivered. I kept trying to contact the company but kept getting put on hold for an hour or longer. As no one wanted to deal with it. I tried to contact them through email, but all they could tell me was that they were "investigating". Well that's not good enough! These guys have a lot to answer for. From what the customer representative told me, there was a particular flight between Perth and Singapore where my package was supposedly lost/stolen. Now this is a goddamn disgrace. They really need to investigate their staff because they have been stealing things and quite frankly that is a joke. What a pathetic company these guys are! And I will NOT be getting anything delivered with DHL EVER in future again and will let everyone know how crappy this company have been. Go to hell!

I sent parcel a parcel with DHL in February which was collected in due time. Their tracking shows that the parcel was collected but next day they had a "problem" with the delivery address. The parcel cannot be found now. When contacted the customer service, they claim that the parcel was never collected. When pointed out that your own tracking shows the opposite, answer: "Well, that is wrong. We wont refund anything" Check the attached photo. Needless to say, I will recover my money now via Small Claims Court. Will never ever again use these clowns!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMS. They delivered my package to the wrong address and accepted a signature (or themselves signed) for my package using my name. The package was clearly marked with my correct name and address, two closes away. Their tracking stated that the package had been delivered and signed for. Yes, but to the completely wrong address and by someone who wasn't the correct recipient. Only by going round the doors did I managed to track down my package. When I complained and asked for an explanation, I was given an case number which was completely useless as, despite contacting them on a number of occasions to chase up a response, and quoting the case number, all I received back was a statement that the package had been delivered and signed for, completely ignoring my complaint in which I detailed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address and signed for someone who clearly wasn't the correct recipient. All my subsequent message to DHL have been ignored.

Absolute waste of time. I had an order to be delivered at a certain time and date. I used their system to rearrange the delivery to be diverted to my neighbour as I desperately wanted the item at the date specified. They never even went to my neighbour, who was in all day. They just took the pareel back to the "local pick-up centre" which is approximatly 25 miles away. I cannot get through to them now as it's too late. I will not be using them again

Never use them. Although it's a big company and because of this they are not bothered about customers. I had a really important delivery and they gave me a delivery time slot of on hour without any driver information, I gave them my number aswel to text me when it's my delivery turn. I kept an eye on the progress of driver and when it was my turn and I was waiting badly in my porch, the driver never came, next thing was, on their tracking page it says attempted but no one attended. I was furious and called the customer service and they were of no help, even they had no driver information nor they could track the driver whether he attempted my delivery or not. All they could do is rearrange the delivery. Really bad service and totally rubbish tracking system.
