“Ordered a battery with 48 hours service on Sunday. Of course they sent a message of delivering on THURSDAY between 9am to 5pm. So I went to the DHL website to change the time for 1pm to 5pm. Of course the delivery man turned up at 11:45am. He was lucky I been at home in that moment.
But absolutely shame on you DHL”

“A company that does not care less about its clients or its customers. The most incompetent company I have dealt with in decades. Continually overcharging and incapable of providing accurate quotes. They often accept consignments for delivery to areas they don't handle, and pass the articles to the postal service whilst charging express courier rates. Totally dishonest and unreliable company.”
“Ordered some patio cleaner to be delivered on 17 September, and then some patio sealer to be delivered on 18 September. Waited in all day on the 17th, even got a text message to say they were on their way, received nothing. Next morning found my second order (Sealer) on my doorstep and a email saying they could not deliver my first order as they could not find my home/address. So now I have the sealer but cannot use it as I have no cleaner!”

“A company who had made a mistake with my order arranged to have the parcel picked up. When the DHL driver arrived he took one look at the parcel and said "not taking that ". He turned to walk away without any explanation. I had to ask him why. He said his can was full! Turned to walk away again. I asked what happens next? He said he would be back later that day. Waited in all day and evening. He did not pick it up. That was on a Friday. After several phone calls to the supplier, it was finally picked up on the following Monday. So, another day of waiting in. I would NEVER use this company if it was my choice.”
“First time no one shown up and on the web they put that delivery has been attempted by driver- not a true!!!
They set delivery for next day and before delivery time they have just changed for another day.
Automated system won't let you talk to anyone. The number on their website is useless. The 0844 is for dhl express and they just tell you its different company and has nothing to do with dhl parcel.
I will make complain to the supplier who is sending me an item to think about changing delivery company.”
“Rubbish service, appalling customer service.....
Awaiting an urgent parcel that had arrived at their depot the previous day. And there it sat for the next 5 days!! All attempts at contacting DHL were ignored or only responded to by an automated reply service.... Phoning was pointless, another robot service that lies to you with a delivery promise that doesn't happen. I presume that as they've already been paid by the sender, they don't have to give a toss about the recipients. Terrible way to run a business!!

“DHL are not working well with our parcel, our parcel needed to be here in London at August 12 and is 19 and the parcel still everywhere, they sent our parcel from Colombia, to Panama, Madrid, Germany, Stansted airport Uk, at the end they said that our parcel is in CLEARANCE PROCESING COMPLETE AT LONDON -HEATHROW - UK.
I call many times and they said that the parcel is out from his hands because de Gaverment is take it action and they don't know when I goona get my parcel, I really feel very frustrating because the package contains important medicines for my husband he has 10 days without medication. I think that DHL needs to explain wy they sent my parcel to many countryes but they don't give us any explanation.”
“DHL is the worst of all the delivery companies. They have zero customer concern. They deliver only during working hours and not at the weekend. They deliver only to the named person on the parcel . They will not give information on the phone. They charge for phone calls. They only give information like: out for delivery and delivered. They will not leave with neighbours. “Inmiddels zijn we alweer ruim 4 jaar verder sinds mijn laatste beoordeling over DHL (#DHLNL) en nog altijd is de dienstverlening van dhl.nl gewoonweg waardeloos!! Als het niet nog slechter is geworden.
Zo ook weer afgelopen week. Ik, mijn collega en mijn vriendin hadden in totaal een drietal (3) pakketten laten bezorgen via DHL op mijn werk. Dinsdag hadden alle 3 de pakketten (van een tweetal verschillende vervoerders) de status van bezorgd om 11:34.
Helaas bleek dit niet waar. Er is helemaal niks afgeleverd (voor de zoveelste keer door DHL). Nu wordt er weer een onderzoek gestart welke 3 dagen duurt (minimaal uiteraard).
Gezien de pakketten van verschillende vervoerders kwam, kunnen wij alleen maar concluderen dat de onderbetaalde werknemer van DHL met het busje met alle pakketten met de noorderzon is vertrokken!
Aangezien het keer op keer fout gaat bij DHL en ook gezien de talloze klachten en ergenissen die je op het web kunt terugvinden, denk ik dat het tijd is geworden om DHL totaal te boycotten. Tegenwoordig zijn er voldoende alternatieven. UPS, GLS, DPD en PostNL. Al deze vervoerders doen het (vele malen) beter als DHL.

“Should of been zero stars, awaiting parcel for two days now, apparently i havent got a job as all i have to do all day is sit and wait for a parcel then they will tell me in the morning when to expect it, so i can then beg for time of work too sit and wait while it isnt delivered. They dont even tell me they are not going to deliver it ,i have too keep tracking. Only to be told they following morning that the parcel i was expecting the night before will be delivered in the afternoon, so another day of work. Or I can collect from the local depot, a nice 100 mile round trip. Thought i would be polite and ring to see if we could move the delivery time, no just get an answer machine .”
