The process including quote, collection and delivery was great, HOWEVER BE Careful! I was quoted £17 but later, after delivery was finalised they came back to me saying there was a discrepancy and I had to pay an additional £30,they had my card details and just took the amount! Because I didn't expect to be scammed I didn't take a photo of the parcel with a measuring tape and scale, they wouldn't accept the photo I had of the parcel with their labels attached as proof. They refused to give me a telephone number to call or email address of the complaints dept. (or anyone I could speak to) I had to log in and use their chat service each time, dealt with a different person each time, no one knew what they were talking about. Worst customer experience and I'm very very unhappy, please don't use this company, if you do, take photos of everything so that this doesn't happen to you.

I would give 0 stars if I could, used them twice, awful experience every time - the parcels are not collected on the day, nobody informs us as they "encourage the customers to check the tracker daily", they weren't able to deliver our goods(worth 900+) claiming they couldn't find the address and we just got them back without knowing what's going on.

Read other reviews and same experience. DX lost half of insured parcel. Won't pay out despite having pictures of parcel as being collected and of course what arrived. Dragging process on for as long as possible - nightmare.

Been using parcel monkey for a while now , but recently sent a parcel to France and used there insurance to cover the full amount , it was via my hermes and the tracking stopped after a few days , they informed me it had been delivered but had no way of proving it , my hermes still shows as in transit , tried to claim via there insurance but guess what , its a con and they offered my £9 back for the £130 i had lost , no direct contact , slow customer services avoid like the plague

5 collections, for 2 parcels, couriers completely failed, then damaged my goods thus my clients demanded full refunds. ParcelMonkey won't take any responsibility. ParcelMonkey tactics are delay, ask questions and make it as hard as possible to get a refund. Dirty tactics. AND I took insurance on each of these deliveries!! Bunch of ...... %$£&$^%£ PM8023789

Hello, I'm waiting for my parcel for 4 months from the UK to France, they don't want to tell me what's going on and keep asking me to complete forms. I've already complete 5 times the SAME one and they keep telling me: if you don't complete it we won't investigate. They should have already done it. Then they start again to ask me to complete an other similar form... it seems they are kidding me. Of course they charged me and I've lost for £600 of things. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM

If I could I would give zero to parcelmonkey! Total scam. Stay away from the awful service they provide. Sent a parcel, paid for insurance and it arrived shattered even though there was a huge "FRAGILE" sign on it. They respond to emails once a week and never provide any helpful support. There is no phone number to call and I understand why now. They are just there to rob you off. Absolutely appalling customer service. They said I will not get any refund not even for the fake insurance they promise because the inner packaging to protect the item was not sufficient which is totally untrue! All excuses. So what to say....stay away!

They should get zero stars! only interested in taking your money. Sent a parcel to China a regular customer 25 vinyl Lp's each LP weighs approx 225 total weight 5.5kg approx, after packing around 8kg, when ordering i normally book over weight to avoid any weight issues so i ordered 10kg with parcelforce at a cost of £41.99. Once packed i dropped off at post office and got the lady to weigh parcel and write on receipt she wrote 8.8kg parcel went got delivered 2 weeks later i recieve message from parcelmonkey saying they have been informed from parcelforce China the weight was 17.20kg and that they have charged my card £13.89 for the excess - this is the second time they have done which is why i started asking the lady atpost office to write down weight. I tried to message with them and uploaded receipt showing weight but they not interested, they wanted pics of the actual parcel showing all dimensions and weight who the fck does that? anyway they did not want to help, no trying to contact the people in China to see if error at that end, just took my money as this is the second time they have done this i will never use them again, i even contacted my bank who did not want to know either, seems the charge backs don't apply for normal people and that companies can just do what they like.

Absolutely diabolical service. DO NOT use them at all. Unless you want to throw money away, lose your parcel and fight every day with their awful chat to try and get your money back. I paid good money to ship a parcel with DPD, they lost it, I spoke to DPD and they assured me it was Parcel Monkey who were not completing the claim for a refund. So I have refunded my purchaser and paid the delivery so I am out of pocket massively. They do not respond to chat messages and I have been pursuing a refund for over a month now. I am now being completely ignored. Unbelievably bad service, they should be closed down. They don't even deserve one star. DO NOT USE THESE MONKEYS

Im a old customer very bad experience with this company. my parcel came from UK to Germany, i paid again to get it back. than i need simple GPS Coodinates, to proof the driver was there. DPD wont give me, parcel monkey can only give me as its their account with DPD. they wasted 1 week, and i might no be able to claim from ebay now. because of these guys. only good for dispatch. when you need help, worst experience ever for a simple task.

The worst service ever. Lost my parcel, then found it. Then charged me to send it back to me instead of the destination I asked for it to be sent to in the first place. I would go as far as to say they are robbing people disgusting

I wish I could write zero, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. They do not seem to know anything they are doing. They have lost my parcel, I have put a CLAIM over a month ago and their investigation shows they have lost my parcel but to refund my money is another story. Up to today. YOU GUYS SUCKS, STUPID, HORRIFIC, I am tired

Absolutely horrific!! It is criminal...without any proof they credited my account for more. Till today they have been absolutely unhelpful to resolve this issue. Best advise - do not use them!

My art work has not been delivered to… We put right address to send artwork to Miami in secured tube. It hasn't been delivered . The art work has been returned damaged No compensation at all. Lost 270 pounds!!!!! Goodbye

Lost my parcel. It was never to be seen again. Their tracking system showed it was misplaced. I had to alert them. I went through an arduous claims process. They provided no apology or compensation, despite admitting liability, because of a technicality.

Worst non-service ever. Parcel guaranteed for international delivery in four days took over two weeks just to establish where it was. Hopeless. Non-existent help. Their 'support' line is a text box who trot out random platitudes with no new insights. Useless. To be avoided at all costs. Never ever again. Atrocious. Cannot believe that a company like this is permitted to continue in business.

Thieves! Insured item worth £100 went missing. The buyer told me it hadn't arrived about a week after due delivery date. Made a claim - refused!! Why? Because you have to claim within 5 days of due delivery (huh!?). This may be acceptable if you send very occasional items and are willing to track all of them every day. I send several items a day and Im expected to keep track of all of them arriving on schedule. You have to be kidding me? This random restriction is clearly so that most claims fail. Parcel2go (28 days from mailing) and Royal Mail (80 days from mailing) amongst others have no such overly onerous restriction. Never again. Other services re similar cost and more honest.
