“🚨‼️Don’t ever purchase tickets through @stubhub or @seatgeek I spent $400 on really good seats in February for me and my mom to see @lukecombs FOR HER BIRTHDAY last night. After scanning my tickets they told us to go to the ticket booth to have them printed. I was then told the tickets didn’t transfer from the original owner and to call stub hub. After talking to 2 people from there I was told to call seat geek who has no phone number just robots to chat with. After an hour and a half on the phone and chatting I was told they would send an email with replacement tickets. When that didn’t happen I called back and they had already sold what were supposed to be my replacement tickets and there were none left. All they could do was offer me a refund that may or may not come in 5 business days. The sad thing is that I wasn’t the only one experiencing this. Every single person who was sent to the ticket booth had the exact same problem.”

Tickets weren’t good with seating at fed x forum. I had no clue the seating height we haven’t been there in a very long time. I recently had a hip replace fed x forum consciere and mange ment went above and beyond to get us some where comfortable. I give them a 10.
Stub hub and car parking I give a 0 we thought we got FedExForum parking garage and ended up having to walk over by the Peabody to park. We are in our mid 60s and as I said I just had hip replacement. I will never use stub hub parking again. Mitchell osborn”
“Big fraud from stubhub.I purchased 2 tickets for final 4 EuroLeague 2024 in a very good position gate “S203” at the middle of the stadium and then I received 2 tickets behind the basket rim in between of the hooligans at the gate “203”. I paid very expensive ticket(2.000 €) and they just gave me a much much cheaper one( 800 €) .The response of the company after my complain was “if I want a voucher 25% for them next time” without even apology for my terrible experience.”
“I ordered tickets to an event (my favorite artist) 4 months before it happened. I received the tickets one month in advance, with barcodes and everything. Fast forward to the day of the concert as I’m in line. Right as the doors opened I received and email telling me that my tickets were no longer valid and that I would receive a refund. I didn’t care about the refund, I wanted to get into those doors. I would like to add that there were over 100 fans that had the same issue, all bought from stubhub. There we all were, not allowed into the venue to see our favorite artist. There were 30-50 of us who called stubhub to get this resolved, and Stubhub was everything BUT helpful. They did not care at all. I never EVER recommend buying tickets off of Stubhub. It’s a scam that allows people to be scammers!!”

“On Saturday May 25th my husband received 2 emails stating tickets were ready to accept. One order was for $1,089.16 and another for $3,770.94.
These were fraudulent purchases. One was for a fight in Georgia that same night and the other is for one ticket to a Taylor Swift concert in Miami.
We live in Oklahoma. I immediately called Stubhub and reported both purchases fraudulent. We called the bank and shut off the debit card and the charges were still just pending so we had to wait to dispute the charges until they fully processed through.
Meanwhile Stubhub told us these would be escalated to their fraud department.
We received an email back stating they reviewed the purchase and deemed it to be non fraudulent. What??
These are 100% fraudulent! I called them again and the representative said he would send these back to their fraud department. Again these people deemed the purchases as not fraudulent. So long story short, Stubhub DOES NOT have a fraud department and they let someone steal nearly $5,000.00.
Our bank is reimbursing us but the fact the thieves will have no consequences and STUBHUB had ample time to stop these tickets is disgusting!
We have never used Stubhub and the one interaction we have is when someone hacked our account and they did absolutely nothing about it is horrible.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!”
“They have horrible policies for sellers on StubHub. Please be warned that they say they will pay you by one date and then say you need to wait 8 full business days after an event took place to get paid. Never selling physical tickets through them again”
“StubHub charged me for tickets that I had listed for sale but was unable to deliver until 72 hours before the event. Their policy states that you have until 48 hours before an event to deliver, yet they charged me 1 week in advance. I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get them to reverse this charge and despite my upset, my demands to speak with a manager and my insistence that I was not responsible to deliver the tickets at that time, they still charged me and put me in a position to have to contact my credit card company and open a dispute. The result is a huge loss of my time and a ton of aggravation. I will never use StubHub again and hope that no one else ever has to experience the terrible customer service that I encountered.”
“I do not recommend this company! Ordered parking pass for the May 20th baseball game. Sent me forms that I paid but no QR Code to use in order to exit parking. Had to use credit card. Plus the cost was less then the ticket I paid them to purchase. I tried to contact Stubhub but there is no way to contact them. They do not have a guarantee like it states on their website. Warning!”
“Scammers. They selling group tickets saying 1 child ticket. You assume the rest is adults and not babies. And when you receive all child tickets, and can't go to the event, they don't even say sorry.

“Bought VIP tickets on StubHub and paid almost $600 on the day of the event I was told there was a problem with my tickets. I was offered general admission tickets and a partial refund instead of my meet and greet tickets because they couldn’t provide them. My partial refund was only $150 meaning that I would’ve been paying $200 for a $65 ticket which was complete BS I feel like that I was baited into buying these tickets and felt like I was being scammed the whole time making me miss out on an show that I had been waiting for for a very long time. I will never buy tickets from StubHub again, and I will tell everyone that I know never To buy tickets from StubHub again because I believe that the entire website is a complete scam!”
“Bait and switch. They provided tickets one hour before show for the wrong row (receipt clearly shows my ordered row, but actual delivery was completely different). A row with much less favorable seats than what I paid almost $1,000 for is what was delivered. My choice, release the issues tix with no guarantee of being able to see the show and try to secure the correct row. Or take the crappy seats and get a 25% credit to a future purchase with SH, but only good for one year. Classic bait and switch. Buyer be very aware of this scam site.”
