Stub hub is an entire scam. Do Not BUY ANYTHING from them! That’s my best advice. They take your money and don’t deliver the goods. You risk your money being taken and there is nothing you can do. The dispute process is painful because they do respond so you’ll be screwed.

I had an awful experience with stubhub. I ordered tickets the same day as the event so I went through stubhub as I thought they were a reputable company. I was informed my tickets were transferred, however needed to be retrieved through a third party app called “AXS”. Stubhub also stated in their email that AXS would email me with directions on how to retrieve the tickets. They did not email me though. I then attempted to set this account up myself but I never received the tickets. I attempted to navigate stubhub for help but there was no direction as to how to proceed. Stubhub informed me the tickets would be sent to me within 30 minutes of the event but they never came. Despite my several attempts to retrieve them by the time of the event, I never received them so I had to purchase tickets at the event. I then called stub hub the next day to tell them I never received my tickets and that I would like a refund. They insisted that this was my fault as I should have known to call them before the event and not afterwards. I went through every email with the representative trying to locate that information and it simply wasn’t there. They refused to refund me for the tickets because the seller was already paid. Paid for the tickets I never received. Therefore, for any same day event, do not go through stubhub as they will not compensate you if the tickets are never actually sent to you.

ZERO IS A BETTER RATING, but not allowed. 1st time user, I listed two tickets, made an innocent error in the section listing "S106" instead of "106". StubHub sold my tickets 3 days before the event. The buyer reneged on the purchase but never returned the tickets. StubHub charged the buyer $252.00 dollars, and paid me $2.60, taking a fee of $249.40. BEWARE, StubHub TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY if you make an error, and their customer service will only be a WASTE OF YOUR TIME. I am writing my Congressman to take action...

StubHub sold my tickets but never paid me for them. When I contacted them about it they just put me on hold for an hour and a half. Save yourself that time and trouble and do not use StubHub.

Ordered Tickets for Journey/Def Leppard. Got Order Confirmation Email...but they said the Email containing the tickets was sent....we never received that Email...tickets are nowhere to be found. We've gone to dozens of concerts but never used StubHub before. This is the only time this has ever happened. WORSE....they aren't responding back in any way to try to help. Gotta go file a Fraud Dispute with my bank. I'll stick with Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS from now on.

Fck them for real. They sold my 200$ tickets for 2$ And then proceeded to tell me if I canceled it they would charge me $200 as that's how much the tickets were. How tf u gonna tell me they're 2$ but charge me my original price. Burn this company to the ground.

May 2023 I ordered and purchased 4 tickets to Niall, went to accept and upload them 5 days prior to the show, only to get a message the tickets were accepted by another email address. Now imagine the 2 not only die hard fans like everyone else but 2 teens that both have a genetically inherited disability passed by birth mom(we adopted them both) Now a normal so called child you can explain what happened and they get that although the show said sold out there were still tickets and they would be replaced not these 2 their worlds ended all they could process was it was sold out as they had heard prior and me making the call to stub hub and that we didn't have tickets and they had told all their friends they were seeing him and now they look like liars. OMG it was a nightmare! I was offered 4 non comparable tickets by a belligerent associate, who was demanding I hit the accept button on the replacements and that would allow him to assign different tickets, with that I said absolutely not and then argued for 10mins as he refused to put me through to a supervisor, thankfully I finally spoke to an amazing associate ANDREW! So helpful and understanding he understood my frustration and upset he did ask his supervisor for some compensation for everything that had taken place including the inappropriate associate and because I was being given a full refund they wouldn't do anything. Now sure their guarantee says equivalent or comparable seats or a full refund, now that's great except tickets offered were worse or I could have a full refund again screwed either way as it could have issues again with replacements so you take the refund which is 3-5 business days to process so now I have to purchase 4 more which is another over $400 on my visa. And zero compensation! Do better #stubhub the only thing positive was ANDREW! Too bad there wasn't a way to rate the associate more need to learn from him, I do intend to call an lodge a complaint against the belligerent associate! It would also be helpful if you saw some acknowledgement in responses on here from stub hub!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible, sold tickets and didn't receive payment for over 2 weeks after the concert date, spoke with multiple individuals via the "chat with us", and they were ALL less then helpful. Absolutely no reason to not be paid for tickets sold 2 weeks after an event!! Will never be selling tickets on this platform again!

Terrible experience. Purchased over $500 in tickets. They accepted payment via Afterpay, took the first payment. Then Stubhub cancelled my order. Payment through Afterpay still cleared my account. And the remaining 4 are supposed to come out. Afterpay and Stubhub both deny fault. I had to report it all as fraud. I even called both companies multiple times. What a joke.

Difficult to use website, confusing terms. I had to call customer service 2x to get help. I resold a parking pass after reading about how the barcodes don't work for parking and I am having to follow up in 2-3 days about a barcode that does not appear on the parking pass I just resold.

I had the absolute worst experience with this ticket seller. They completely scammed me by not delivering my general admission tickets for the John Summit concert an hour before it started. I was left stranded and incredibly disappointed. This seller is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs if you don't want your plans ruined!

They sold me a ticket, did not allow me to enlist for 4 days asked me not to down load the ticket , 2 days before the match in Barbados asked to down load . Then suddenly my tickets went inactivated . The site showed no tickets available in our area. Their customer service is the worst. Don’t believe them if they say your ticket is guaranteed. I thought I was working with their customer service, I was deceived. Don’t ever buy from them

Sender sent the ticket, we never got it and tried to contact Stubhub. Was on hold for over an hour and never got an answer and so now we have to go through the refund process. The sender tried everything he could to help us too and stubhub never answered, worst customer service and ticket site ever. Never use Stubhub 👎

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Edwin was who I was speaking with. Basically I purchased tickets and incorrectly misspelled the email address to transfer tickets. I’ve been dealing with these tickets for 3 weeks and have been told the tickets with transfer within days. I have not received them. Upon calling back to get them again they tell me same thing . I asked to speak to supervisor and Edwin refused to transfer me and then hung up on me. I asked because I could not understand what he was saying due to his accent

I had such a bad experience last night with ticket purchased through Stubhub for Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano show at Park MGM in Las Vegas. Multiple calls on day of show when ticket was still not released. When ticket was finally received went to show and it couldn’t be scanned. The ticket wasn’t valid and I had such a nasty customer service experience. I was on the phone for over one hour before they sent me alternative ticket. They made me put box office staff on the phone and wanted proof that ticket wasn’t valid. Never Again will I use Stubhub totally unreliable.

Getting mixed up with these dirtbags was one of the worst decisions Ive made in my life. Theystole $239 from my bank account and then tried to lie and say I wasnt allowed to cancel selling my tickets which I bought for only $100 from Ticketmaster. I cancelled a few months before the concert.
