“Great service, fairly quick post, only issue was that there was a give away with orders that I forgot to submit the code when I ordered, why not just put one in every order? Otherwise ok service.”

We currently do not add them into every order as we can only accept on promo code per purchase, and oftentimes people will opt for a % off promo code over the free product - but we'll certainly keep your suggestion in mind for future orders! 😊

“Because of a health problem , i've not yet as i type been able to test/use&review the goods/items i bought online.BUT i will say this: courteous, excellent, exemplary, freindly, professional customer service AAA=== highly recommnded.The only dissapointment is that they don't carry/have my size in male G-string instock (3XL), fast, quick delivery!!!!! :).”

“They're fine. Orders come from NZ not AU as the url would imply, and their "loyalty dollars" expire so are mostly useless unless you're rich enough to order often enough to use them before they expire, in which case you probably don't need them. Would be nice to be able to save them up for a while, especially since they can't be used alongside offers. Also, orders consistently arrive damaged and look to have been damaged before shipping so not sure what exactly is going on in their warehouse, it's as bad as Zing. Luckily it's only crushed boxes and the items are intact but still not ideal (especially when the item has a hygiene seal, but the box was crushed so the seal was moot).”

We are an international company and have multiple different domains, this is purely to help with any address issues that may occur, but also to avoid products that are specifically made for certain countries power sockets being sold in incompatible countries. We are unable to find any past correspondence between us regarding parcels arriving damaged. In future, please get in contact with us regarding this as we would love to resolve it for you ☺️

“Very unhappy, was advised I would receive order by end of last week- followed this up after that fact, and was told because I’m not in metro location. Mia guided when this should have been checked prior to supplying my this details. Still waiting and approaching 2 weeks since ordered and paid for express”

“Exceptional products. Although if you live rural I'd recommend going with Auspost instead of DHL since Auspost seems to arrive quicker than DHL. High Quality regardless.”
