“I do not like the toy
For the money it is difficult to find the on off button and it has very little vibration.
I would really like to return it and exchamge it for something easier to use and with more vibration.
Your service however was very good and I received it very quickly.
I however do not think it was worth the money and I am disappointed in the product.”

“I had an issue with my purchase in that it wasn't sealed and had a battery issue. I wrote an email to ATMS and they responded promptly, were super helpful in working through my concerns and are sending me a replacement. I'm very impressed with the customer service. I read the reviews prior to buying and feedback regarding their diligence with customer service is a huge reason as to why I bought from them. Would buy from them again 👍🏽”

With our items, we receive them directly from the parent supplier so we do not have the ability to charge the goods in accordance with not opening the package. “The box was marked and worn. If it was in a store I wouldn’t have bought it. Made me question if the box had Been opened before although the stickers were intact.”

“Very good customer service. Was advised of delivery times and delays due to COVID-19, but still received my item well within two weeks. The website is very user-friendly, it's easy to navigate, and they have a great range of articles and information making choosing products very easy as well as reading up on the latest info. All items I browsed through had detailed information, so you know exactly what you're looking at.
Discrete packaging no reference on the box from where it came from. I will say however, that Auspost tracking comes up with the tag 'ATMS' on their site, for anyone based in Australia who needs super discretion.”

“You didn't write my correct address, the unit number and parcel collect number was missing (I'm 100% sure I put it in the address field). This created trouble for me. And it's was not the first time, it happened on my first order, so i was so cautious when I put my address but exactly same thing happened. There should be a problem with your website if you haven't changed it manually”
