The communication should be improved. It takes ages to get in contact with one of the AirAdvisor agent. Although, I was entitled 400 euros the payment was just 350 euros, why? Wizz Air gave to all the other customers of that flight that was cancelled 400 euros. Dissapointing attitude from AirAdvisor.

Hello! We appreciate your feedback. We regret that our service did not meet your expectations. The airline has paid us an incomplete amount of compensation. They have deducted the Fee from the compensation payment by way of setting off our incurred expenses against your claim in line with the applicable legal provisions. The amount of Assignment Administration Fee is 50 EUR. That is why you were paid less compensation than originally claimed. Thank you for understanding!

Después de cuatro meses me pedisteis información y a los seis meses más información la cual se borró del móvil y encima si cobro os quedáis con la mitad ....olé olé ole más morro no se puede tener

Tenga en cuenta que su caso está en los tribunales y nuestro abogado está trabajando en él. El examen del caso por parte del tribunal tarda entre 6 y 12 meses. Solicitamos documentos adicionales a los pasajeros si los pide un abogado o un tribunal, por lo que le hemos pedido documentos adicionales más tarde que a los demás. Gracias por su comprensión.

Estou à espera de um reembolso desde Outubro de 2021 que a AirAdvisor diz me ter sido pago e até agora não recebi nada. O que é lamentável ainda com a agravante de levarem uma comissão muito elevada. Finalmente ao final de um ano recebi o meu dinheiro 💵 o que é péssimo para AirAdvisor que faz publicidade enganosa e cobra bastante caro.

Alti luat bani in numele meu si eu nu am primit nici o rambursare daca nu mergeam sa intreb la wizz nici nu stiam !!!! Neseriosi si nu ati rezolvat nici o problema doar ati furat banii care trebuia sa mi dati !!!!

Bună! Apreciem feedback-ul dumneavoastră. Regretăm că serviciile noastre nu au fost pe măsura așteptărilor dumneavoastră. Am primit reclamația dvs. la data de 08.07.2022. Am trimis-o la compania aeriană pe 09.07.2022 și am primit acordul din partea companiei aeriene de a plăti despăgubiri pentru dumneavoastră. Ați semnat împuternicirea noastră și ați încărcat toate documentele, astfel încât avem dreptul să ne ocupăm de cererea dumneavoastră de despăgubire. Vă rugăm să clarificați motivul pentru care ați fost nemulțumit de munca noastră. Acest lucru ne va ajuta să devenim mai buni. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!

Só me informam no fim do dinheiro que cobram, uma roubalheira, se era para perder tanto dinheiro tinha feito tudo sozinho, como posso cancelar um pedido de compensação?

Mal. Finalmente he resuelto la solución directamente con la aerolínia y esta web sin mi consentimiento ha continuado adelante con la reclamación, sin que yo completara la autorización.

After a year of making a complaint for a flight that was canceled and we had to pay a lot more to come back , nobody from air advisor bothered to give us an answer abt the status of our file

I decided to withdraw my claim after seeing the high commission charged by this company against my claim but am still getting emails form them pestering me to complete my claim, which I am unhappy about. UPDATE - this company has since contacted me again asking me to revise my review, very annoying and unacceptable. Avoid!

Timpul necesar pentru recuperarea compensației depinde de compania aeriană și de motivele pentru care zborul a fost întrerupt. În medie, procesul durează cel puțin 3-5 luni. Vă rugăm să clarificați motivul pentru care ați fost nemulțumit de activitatea noastră. Acest lucru ne va ajuta să devenim mai buni. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!

Cómo ya he explicado el vuelo se retrasó 8 horas y la compañía (Vueling) no nos dió ninguna información al respecto en el aeropuerto, en mi caso tuve gastos adicionales porqué tenía qué coger otro transporte. Simplemente espero qué sé cumplan los derechos del cliente por el retraso de más de 5 horas, así qué espero la indemnización correspondiente por lo ocurrido. Gracias.

Under the applicable legislation, airlines shall not pay compensation in case of disruptions happened out of their control. Dear Pavel, We are sorry to hear such a bad review on our team's work. We take it very seriously. However, our system recorded: 01.04.2022 claim was processed and submitted 11.04.2022 payment was received (10 days only!) 08.07.2022 payout was made to you (amount is correct) and there was no delay in payout to you, as our team had to wait for proper bank details to make a transfer. Pay-out was made properly and faster than the industry benchmark. Please help us to understand the reason for such a bad review.

They are not replaying back for more than 1-2 weeks. Looks like a scam website. I hope they are stealing my passport ID.

Soy un cliente de vuelo retrasado y les puedo asegurar que hace más de dos años en 2019 antes de la pandemia puse una reclamación por inmediacion de esta jente y no he visto ni un euro de los 600 euros que supuestamente tenía derecho yo y mi esposa. Son unos estafadores se quedan con el dinero tuyo después de que les firmes las reclamaciones y le envíes los documentos. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Mejor cojer un abogado particular y ya está.
