“Terrible experience, the bus drove off with my baggage still in the hold. Ruined my whole trip, contacted aircoach the whole day to try to locate the bus so I could retrieve my baggage and than the bus driver drive past me. Leading to me having to go to the AirPort and back for my luggage the next day. I had to pay 30 euros for the bag. So eventually that cost me 2 days of my trip to dublin and more than 30 euros to get my bag back wich I lost because of aircoach, wich they did not want to refund. Never use aircoach instead use dublinexpress its better and faster.”

“I went on the aircoach from derry to belfast international at 2.55 am .The airconditioning was broke on the bus we were all frozen.it was the most uncomfortable journey.I now ended up wth a bad cold.The driver was very nice he kept saying sorry.They shouldnt have handed over the bus in this condition.A horrible experience.very dissappointing.”

“Both outward and return journeys on the 700 route were cancelled. Notified of the journey to the airport but not the return. This becoming a frequent occurrence. Good to check in advance or find alternative routes.”

“Can not book my ticket using the website. I selected the origin and it will not allow me to select a destination. Keeps telling me to select an origin which I have from the dropdown menu.”

“Aircoach arrived 12 minutes ahead of schedule and drove past me as I was walking to the stop. Ended up spending €80 on a taxi. Really stressful experience and poor service.”

“Having planned my journey using the website I waited for over 2 hours at the Monkstown stop for an aircoach that did not arrive. No updates on the website. No answer on the telephone. I was left in a panic - travelling alone for a plane that obviously doesn’t wait. Not happy at all.”

“The gentleman working at the glass ticket cabin at zone next to stand 2 at Dublin airport terminal 1 between 16.55 and 17:05 on Monday the 16th of September was extremely rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel belittled and small for just trying to buy a ticket from him. It was very confrontational and he berated me for not using the small stall. I just would like him to know that he hurt my feelings and that no matter what kind of a day a person has had it costs nothing to be nice. I am a gentle, shy and non confrontational person and the interaction has impacted on my feelings.”

“No bus 700 @ 08.57 this morning and it had not arrived by 09.15. Your service has in recent times moved from reliable to unreliable. I had to use an expensive taxi. Sadly I will use one of your competitors in future. It is a pity as you did provide a reliable service for many years.”

“701 from Ballsbridge they leave late or not at all in early morning as schedule allows too much time. Two weeks in a row now they make me stand for 30 mins waiting for the 5.44am. Not good and the track app does not work so you can’t even see if the bus is coming or not”

“Wouldn't advise relying on aircoach-we were booked for a 3am bus which never arrived. Turns out they had sent an email to cancel the night before at 7.30pm.”

“Your signs are out of date and have incorrect information on them. Your A4 temporary sign is the same colour as your incorrect sign. It’s confusing and wasted over an hour of my time.”

“Service is getting worse and worse. Letter going into a higher authority on this. The 14:05 702 route either didn’t show up or was cancelled or nearly 50 minutes late, no notice and the update on the website had “service running as normal”. No apology from the driver either…. Really poor form.”

“Very disappointing service. Since increased frequency from Greystones the bus journey takes 3 hours to get to the airport. Every stop the bus driver has to wait between 10-30 mins not to arrive ahead of schedule. Takes forever to cover 50 km journey in a freezing bus, longer than most European flights.”
