Always bad experience with you guys! No options to pay in the airport with AIB card- really??? Always being told to run back to terminal to get cash! Also few people in front of me paying with the social card ! This cards can be charge but not AIB really? You are unbelievable! At least the staff could have been helpful and advise me to buy the ticket on line that would have also been cheaper and would have saved me from running all around as per usual with you ! Bad staff and bad service , expensive as hell !

Booked through Ryanair,they don’t offer refunds! And you can’t even chose the bus time

When customer services tell you that there will be a frequent service in the early hours of the morning (a shuttle every 15 mins), one is trustful. After all, why would a company lie? Tell me, Air coach, why did you lie? Arriving at Dublin's O'Connell Street at 01h00 for the Dublin airport service was an act of trust; waiting over 70 minutes was, however, an act of folly? What happened to your service on Saturday early morning, 31 August? In the end, I had to hail a taxi! Very, very disappointing, Air coach!

Do not trust this company they have stolen money that was meant to be returned to me and are refusing to help in any way to get me it if I was anyone find anyway of transport

If I could rate lower I would. My daughter's were booked on the 23.00 bus from Dublin to Cork. It never showed up. They along with many others were left stranded and unaware that the bus was cancelled. The 00.00 bus refused to take them as he was full. The 01.00 bus took 2 passengers and the rest were left behind. There was no other service until 06.00. Disgraceful treatment of paid customers.

11pm bus back to cork never showed up and none of the paying customers were informed, the 12am bus driver was incredibly rude to anyone without a ticket for his bus and didn’t seem to care about how distressed any of us were , appalling that so many people were left out at night not knowing if they’d be getting home with ages ranging from young adults to elderly

I bought 7 tickets at once and paid the flexibook fee on each ticket. I was then told because I booked them at one time, I cannot amend a specific ticket, I have to amend every ticket. I requested for the booking to be split and was told they were able to. Poor customer service, and poor booking system that allowed me to pay for an option that I was then told I can’t utilize

Terrible customer service, we bought two tickets and they asked us to be separated in two different buses. They offered us another bus which took 25 minutes to come. When we asked for a refund they were not helpful, as we explained to them that we had to be in city centre for a specific time. Can you please make sure for future travellers that you only sell tickets for the free seats that the coaches have and not oversell tickets just to make more money as you upset your customers.

BEWARE⛔Allways freezing cold,everyone needed keep coats ,hats on ,asked driver could he put on heat he said aye , no heating was put on.next time i will put thermostat on phone, record temperature and complain.

For some reason aircoach had booked us the wrong tickets this caused a lot of stress before the holiday and during my trip, they aren’t good at following instructions when I asked for them to amend it giving the exact details they still managed to get it wrong. Something so simple could have made our trip run a lot smoother

Awful service! Booked a one way service to Belfast international and due to roadworks realised i wasn’t going to make it to the bus departure on time, I called to ask if the bus was definitely stopping at the next two stops as I would drive there instead of having to drive the whole way to the airport. The very unhelpful response that I got was that because I wasn’t at my original departure booking, my seat may have been sold off to someone else. So having paid for a seat, no one was able to tell me wether this was in fact sold off to another passenger and if there would be a seat available for me if I were to drive to the other stops. Awful customer service since Aircoach have taken over the original Airporter service!

Can’t get a ticket changed for my mum 60, auntie 65 and grandmother 80 i mistakenly booked the wrong day. The full ticket price paid but possible should have been cheaper giving that all of these lady hold bus passes. Refused a change of ticket and refund as a few hours short of deadline and told they’ll have to pay same amount again to book the correct day. Shocking

When booked my tickets I was asked to enter a code. I have no idea what code you are asking for. So I am now have to take a chance on hoping I will get a seat without a ticket

Unable to change a booking in 6 months time due to company policy, forcing customers to pay additional fee's. No issues with Translink/Dublin Express

Have charged me 3 times though the app and haven't given me a ticket. Had to pay another 20 to get on the bus. They have suggested that the transactions haven't gone through even though my bank have confirmed they have the money. Then 3 weeks ago they stranded me in Dublin airport and cancelling my bus last minute. Zero satisfaction from taking to 4 ppl and still waiting to get any kind of refund from them. I wouldn't recommend anybody use this company (their bus drivers as really nice, which is the only positive I can say, but it appears the company and shafting them on pay and rosters as well)
