Regarding Bus on Aug 17 - 10:23 … bus was 20 min late, driver was fairly slow, people who got on wanted to pay via card and the machine was not working - instead of realising the terminal is not working he told people to try again and again causing more delays. At the airport he did not open the luggage door until all passengers got off and told a customer to chill. Very rude. Given that people have flights to catch this is unacceptable.

On Sunday at 8:50 p.m., the BV72 YCF bus came to City Center Dublin. The driver got off the bus, I showed him the ticket and I asked him if I could put my luggage in the trunk, considering that I had a suitcase and 2 backpacks. He started yelling at me that I can't and that he is the boss here I asked the driver why I couldn't put my luggage in the trunk. The driver yelled at me again and asked me threateningly if I wanted him to drive me if I had to be quiet. He put his finger on his mouth, showing me that I had to be quiet. I felt extremely humiliated This happened on Sunday, August 11, 2024. just before 8:50 p.m. in City Center Dublin The bus went via Dublin Airport to Belfast

Such a bad idea to make the line 701 passing through the city and make the journey lasting one hour instead than 20 minutes as it was before. People want to arrive quickly at the airport, otherwise I would have spent 2 euros and travel with the city bus that takes the same time. Last time taking aircoach and I am afraid you will loose a lot of clients because of this. Learn from Dublin express that makes more frequent lines and do not need to make people staying one hour in a bus to earn more money.

My 84 year old father was waiting on the 10am aircoach from greystones this morning. The aircoach did not stop, drove past him and another lady that was waiting, he was fortunate to get a lift to bray and met aircoach there. When he asked the driver why he didn't stop, he said he didn't put his hand out. What a disgraceful way to treat your customers.

Daughter planned on using aircoach to go to a concert in Dublin, bought her ticket and booked aircoach simultaneously. Aircoach cancelled her trip home with no other options provided a couple of days beforehand without giving any alternative options (next bus was sold out and others were early morning buses, eg 1, 2 am, meaning hours spent waiting on streets of Dublin before an available bus). On bus up, as she made the bus but was within the 10 mins before departure, the bus driver sold their tickets (which is in the t&cs but you have to dig for it and it comes after many guarantees that your seat is safe). So 2 trips planned and none executed with this company. Too unreliable to trust again.

I have had two negative experiences with Aircoach. I won't travel with them again. I don't think they provide a good service and I would prefer to pay more money for a taxi rather than deal with this company for a third time.

Good Morning, Last week I was heading to the UK via Ryanair and planned to take the Aircoach to the airport as usual. Since I'd not used it as frequently as previously (sometime each week) I went online to check out the route changes and times. The 702 from Marine Road Dun Laoghaire was perfect as I'm close to the stop. On arrival with 15mins to spare I found a small blue sign attached to the pole so I called the Help Centre to check out if it was still valid. hey told me that the time on the web site was correct, having verified it, and said that signs were the responsibility of the County Council! The sign also said 703 for the route. The assured me that the website timetable was correct. Time passed, the bus never arrived and eventually I had to get a Taxi as I had a flight to catch. This cost €45. All the way to the airport whenever I passed a 702 stop there were lines of people waiting. On my return to Dublin I again went for the Aircoach to return to Dun Laoghaire and I could talk to a staff member. They explained that there was some dispute last week, the website timetable was not updated and that the UK based Help Centre weren't aware of the issues. I phoned back from the taxi and another agent, who was still unaware of the issue, told me that they would record a complainant and I would receive an email in reply. So it seems really unbelievable to ignore your communications options by not informing the Call Centre and not putting a notification on the website. I'm interested in your reply. Regards, John PS The Route changes look good.

Aircoach has become unreliable! We had to take a taxi last minute after waiting in the early hours of the morning for a bus that never showed up. Down 100e to get a cab to the Airport... I have used the service for over 10 years and never had such experiences. The changes they made to the 702 route (making it longer AND more unreliable) is such a detriment to residents of South Dublin and North Wicklow.

Waiting over 50 mins for a service that has doubled in price. Lots of elderly people and no help loading bags. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely abysmal service for the airport bus service 700. No updates regarding pick up points as roads closed off. Told by Jack at customer services to go to one street. Bus already 40 minutes late , told by air coach driver on Belfast 705x service to walk to another street. Ended uo getting Uber before missed flights. Never again. Useless

Booked on the coach from Londonderry to Belfast International Airport. It was clear there was something wrong with the bus as we left sue to the noise and smell of coolant. The bus eventally broke down with us stranded on a dual carriage. After 15 minutes of not being told what was happening, the driver headed off again only for the bus to break down again. Again the passage of information from the driver was poor. After 45 minutes he told us it might be better getting a taxi so we didn't miss out flights, as he didn't know when a replacement bus would arrive. We booked a taxi as advised. I then got in touch with aircoach to see if they would reimburse us for the taxi. I only recieved a refund for the cost of the ticket which was £15 less than the cost of the taxi. Disappointed that the Aircoach would not refund the difference despite this being the advice of the driver. I also think that there needs to be better communication from the driver as he never really passed on any information of what was happening, or when a replacement bus would arrive. Poor all round.

Aircoach Dublin Cork: Very bad experience, it was an Aircoach.ie, it had no wife, no USB, the toilet was locked, with a sign saying emergency use only, and only be accessed with the drivers permission (what an infantile humiliating prospect). Seats cramped, recline function didn't work on some. Bus was a seven year old white colour one, not with Aircoach branding, vibrated quite a bit and lots of whining bearing/wind noise. The cowboy driver, with cowboy hat, was plain rude, not a shred of customer service, like he was doing us all a huge favour the passengers were inconveniencing him, and even cursed. What a shame as Aircoach used to have some minimum standards.

Trying to get an answer to a simple question! Phoned at 4 45 today only automated response. Trying on app can send query to you! I’m very disappointed! I live in Dublin and before Covid always used your service and have no issues with that presume it’s as good but c/service???

Your workers are robbers, they arrange outsiders to steal customers luggages and steal customers suitcases and never declare it. They rogues and thieves… they should be jailed. My luggage was stolen and nothing was done.
