As a customer who has relied on your service before Covid and since, for ourselves, family & friends... The new service which has been hailed as an improvement is nothing short of a disaster! Every hour service from Greystones, which now takes between 2- 2:40 hours (& includes a price hike!) to get to Dublin airport is a backward step and we are now looking at every alternative options for travel. And now many of those promised journeys are being cancelled. Not good enough!!!

Cancelled bus service and not granted seating on an alter bus service south. Terrible service and shocking communication.

I was waiting at the bus stop and the bus just did not stop. It was clear, no other buses obscuring the view. I signalled, then almost stepped into the street. Flew by without even slowing down. Not the first time. You are clowns. Abysmal service.

On 20th july pm I took aircoach from dublin airport to city center. I asked the driver where to get off for mc connell street and he gave me wrong directions. I have had to walk almost two km to reach the right place. To not mention that I have had to literally enter inside the trunk of the bus to take my luggages (they were at the opposite side of tge opened side).

Coach departed aerport at 12:30 was due to arrive in cork at 4:00, actual arrival time was just after 5:00, this was largely due to the driver not taking the correct exit for cork on the motorway, disappointing after a long day of flying!!!

Received an email the day before the booking that the route was cancelled and I could change the ticket with no fee or get a refund. I tried several times to change the ticket, even clearing my cookies, but the button doesn't do anything but turn white and neither does the refund button, but I did notice a 1.50 fee on the main page even tho the history didn't show a change or refund and it was supposed to be free anyway. Guess I'll just show up and hope I get on the next one. Very frustrated.

On Tuesday 9th July, I had a ticket for your 12.10 service from Belfast Glengall St to Dublin Airport. On arrival, there was a coach where your coach normally leaves from. I joined the queue. At 12.10 your driver drove past, having left from a location further up the street. There were several people in the queue who also thought they were queuing for your service. Your driver beeped his horn in annoyance on the way past knowing that another driver had taken his spot. Yet he did nothing to check that there were none of his customers mistakenly in the wrong queue. I and several other people had to then go and make alternative arrangements to get to Dublin Airport. Very poor customer service

People who travel on the greystones bus are restricted to 1 bus every 2 hours and now you have additional stops on that go all over Dublin including a detour to Dalkey. It takes over 2 hours to get to the airport in traffic and it’s a complete joke. Considering there is no competition- Aircoach can do what it likes and not serve the customers properly. Wed be quicker getting an ass and cart to the airport!

This review system is a scam! It will not let you write a review unless you select a least 1 STAR..FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT I AM RATING THIS SERVICE ZERO '0' STARS!! When you read through the recent reviews you can see a pattern of 'pre booked' buses not turning up. There is obvioisly an absence of competent management within this company. I too fell foul of their inadequacies when I recently pre booked the 700 to get me the airport with enough time to get through security and before the gate closed. That is exactly what we all expect when we pre book a seat on such an essential service. Unfortunately this company's management (including their customer services) appears to be oblivious to this basic principle! I was left standing for an hour before the 2nd timetabled bus actually arrived. I was lucky to get to the airline's gate just in time! This was becaise I factured in a 'possible AIRCOACH delay' NOT because AIRCOACH were capable of providing the service I had booked and paid for!! Despite a cordial email request AIRCOACH' s Customer Services refused to compensate me with a complimentary ticket for my next journey! All they could come up with by way of explanation is: 'this will form part of the body of data that is used alongside our own telemetry data to inform our operational, networking and commercial teams when reviewing our services. Your feedback will help us to see the impact of this disruption on the customer experience and this is highly valued by our teams when reflecting on current practice' Originally they told me that the bus was cancelled 'for operational reasons'. All of these responses are typical management waffle. Why can't they be honest and put their hands up, apologise and provide some type of compensation that would at least instill some confidence in their company. Alas they have just lost another valued customer although AIRCOACH clearly dont value customers and they dont seem to care either!

As a first-time visitor to Ireland, my colleague and I were eagerly looking forward to our journey and had made the necessary arrangements with your company for transportation from the Burlington Road Clayton Hotel to Dublin Airport Terminal 1. We purchased two tickets respectively for the Aircoach 700 service online, a decision influenced by your commitment to punctuality as per your advertised policies. We were reassured by the clear expectation that passengers must arrive on time, as failure to do so would result in no refund for missed journeys. On the aforementioned date, we sought confirmation from the hotel reception regarding the exact pick-up location and arrived at the designated bus stop at 7:50 AM, well in advance of the scheduled bus departure at 8:11 AM. To ensure we were in the correct location (an understandable concern for international travelers), we also confirmed with two passersby. To our dismay, we encountered two other passengers who had been waiting for over 40 minutes for the 7:20 AM bus, which ultimately did not arrive. Despite the alarming delays and our increasing apprehension, we chose to remain hopeful, assuming that our scheduled bus would arrive shortly. We anxiously waited at the bus stop until 8:40 AM. By this time, my colleague, Ms. Jiang, who suffers from an endocrine disease, was experiencing significant distress due to the prolonged waiting period. Recognizing the urgency of our situation, particularly given the lengthy airport boarding procedures for international flights, we were compelled to abandon your service. We resorted to alternative transportation via an Uber taxi, which incurred an expense of €38.80. Additionally, the non-refundable cost of our Aircoach tickets amounted to €10.80, resulting in a total financial loss of €49.60!!!

Terrible customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong Monday for my return trip. I contacted them immediately upon noticing, about two weeks before the return date. They were extremely inflexible and unhelpful. I expected more understanding since changing the dates wouldn't impact their service. I do not recommend using this company at all.

Was left waiting at my bus stop for 40 mins due to the bus I had booked simply not wanting to show up. A live tracking app would be useful. Also no information as to why the bus did not show was just left there to wait.

I was waiting at the Hyde Road, Dalkey stop for the scheduled Aircoach from Greystones to Dublin at 13:00 on 21/07/2024 and it never showed up. This was extremely inconvenient and ended up costing me €99 to get to the airport via a Free Now taxi. Also, why is there no proper announcement on your website that you have cancelled / closed down the Aircoach service from Killiney Castle Hotel to the airport? I understand that Aircoach recommends getting an earlier coach to ensure one is at the airport in time. However, if your coach does not turn up, are you suggesting that people should wait for more than 1 hour for your hourly service?

My 4pm bus from Cork to Dublin was cancelled, but me and 4 other people with tickets were never notified. No one received any messages or emails and there was no indication on the aircoach website. We found out from an out of service air coach bus driver that it was cancelled, and that wasn’t until 4:30pm.
