Rubbish service now to Shankill via Dun Laoghaire and Dalkey 2 hrs!!! Crazy … and the cost is now 16 euro you’d be better off getting the normal bus service into town and onto the dart or luas … staff do not seem to have a clue about journey times either I switched to the leopardstown service and was told it was also 2 hours! Got off at stillorgan and got a lift home …

I live near Sydney Parade, and the Aircoach replaced the Patton Flyer, which came along Sandymount Strand, over the East Link and through the Port Tunnel to the airport in about 30 minutes. The Aircoach service has got steadily worse over the years. It collapsed completely over covid, and even three years after the pandemic was over the service still had gaps where you could be waiting for 90 minutes between buses. Now they have introduced a service from St Vincent's Hospital that is every half an hour... but which literally takes twice as long! There is another service that runs all along Sandymount Strand...but doesn't stop! This last service is strange - it apparently goes over the East Link Bridge and through the tunnel, but according to the timetable it takes a full hour to get from Booterstown to the Point Depot. This doesn't make sense. So, please Aircoach, put back the two stops you used have on Strand Road.

I find the drivers unhelpful and quite aggressive when dealing with passengers. We are supposed to be a friendly nation. I feel we give a bad impression to tourists who are arriving in Ireland for the first time.

The bus simply didn’t arrive. Aircoach cancel services that aren’t busy enough, even when people have pre booked. They do not inform you of cancellation so you’re left waiting for an hour for the next bus, which can be a disaster if you’re heading to the airport. Customers are left waiting or having to book taxis last minute. Customer service lines are not open weekends and I was refused a refund even though the service I booked simply didn’t arrive. It’s a financial tactic to double profits on a single trip at the expense of the customers.

We bought a flexi ticket and on the booking confirmation page it mentions about creating an account so we can manage the booking, we've had to try to change the booking but of course there's no booking noted on the new account and no way of adding the booking code already purchased. We had already purchased a ticket from another airport and when we rang to amend that booking the person on the call amended it to the wrong time completely making that booking completely useless and after being on hold for 20 mins on a hotel phone we couldnt ask to use their services again. All in all an absolute shambles of a service and now we're sitting waiting to see if our daughter is going to have a way home from Dublin to Derry in the middle of the night/early morning

My son who has autism left his phone on an aircoach, we know this because he called me when the bus pulled in where I was waiting for him. He called the company when he realized and they confirmed they have it in their office, great. Then he lost his reference number and suddenly no such phone existed until he found the reference number and it reappeared again, now this is where it just gets ridiculous as if the disappearing phone was not bad enough, they returned his phone after we paid the fee, phone arrived, not his phone, instead a smashed phone in HIS phone case, we know this because it is a very specific/unusual case. Months this has been going on with promises from the company to get to the bottom of this, his phone was in their lost property as the person in the office described it and then this happens. Maybe people d not understand how important this phone was to my son, it had everything in it, basically his life, this entire ordeal has set him back by so much, I understand people saying it's just a phone but unfortunately to my son it is not. This day travelling to Dublin on his own was a real milestone in his life and for this to happen is unfortunate, okay people lose things, but he was told they had the item and it would be sent back and we trusted aircoach to do it.Its been 5 months now "under investigation" all I would like to know is how did this happen, his phone was in your office, then "lost" again, then re-found and swapped out with a broken phone. I really thought that things like this no longer happen and I am so disappointed in the way this has been dealt with and the lies we have been told.

The first time I tried to use air coach they cancelled the trip and did not clarify whether they meant the stop or the entire line. The second time I used air coach they arrived 15 minutes late.

Hello, I took the bus route 700 on Friday August 2nd coming from Dublin Airport terminal 1 to stillorgan village centre. The driver was the rudest man alive. He instantly dismissed me when I never even spoke a word. I have nearly always had positive experiences with Aircoach drivers so this is quite shocking for me. I felt a bit upset as I was the only passenger on the bus too, so I felt more uncomfortable in his presence. I really hope you follow up with this drivers behavior.

Today’s schedule (Thursday, 1 July) for Aircoach 700 is an absolute disgrace given the number of connections that have been cancelled. My daughter is facing a wait of 90 minutes at Dublin Airport Terminal 2 – for a bus that is supposed to be running every thirty minutes. What a terrible service.

Disgusting buses, always packed full of weirdos. The queueing process to get on is like something out of a third world country. A total rip off.

Reserved and paid for two seats on 10th July 2024 6.56am 702 service from Frascati Blackrock scheduled to arrive Dublin Airport at 7.32am. Bus never arrived. Managed to hail a taxi at 7.30am. There were minimum 15 people waiting. Many like ourselves had already paid in advance. My issues are that : (1) no real-time information on cancelled services is available (I tried contacting their phone lines and social media channels but no response). (2) Why doesn’t Aircoach notify their customers when it is clear to them that a service is not going to operate as scheduled? (Not rocket science - after all I provided my email and telephone number to Aircoach at the time of booking - either channel could be used to communicate). (3) Why no automatic refund? In fact, the refund process seems very convoluted - a cynic might suggest Aircoach has a vested interest in not issuing refunds. (4) Furthermore if there was effective public oversight, Aircoach would be required to both refund and compensate (I.e. for taxi costs) their customers when there is a service failure. By the way I subsequently made contact with Aircoach to clarify what had happened. I was told I would receive follow on feedback but have heard nothing to date (30th July 2024). I can understand that a service may not operate from time to time. However it is the many communication failures, both real-time and follow-on, that are a source of frustration and indicate customers are being taken for a metaphorical ride - rather than the literal one we expected….

Would give a zero star review if I could - such poor service! We booked and paid for tickets on the 700 route, only to get an email less than 24hrs before our planned trip saying that the service wouldn't be running. No alternative booking was offered, just a cancellation notice with no information about why our service was suddenly cancelled, or what alternative service would be available (I don't trust them enough to book for a different time, only for that booking to also subsequently get cancelled!) - they have obviously not thought through the implications of changing their routes recently, and are irresponsibly still selling tickets for services they already know they won't be running. Surely it takes more admin effort to have to cancel and refund tickets instead of just correctly updating your timetable - even the 'latest updates' don't reference the service we booked as being one of the ones impacted. This also happened to family members a couple of weeks ago, but we foolishly assumed Aircoach would have sorted themselves out by now. Really disappointing & hugely frustrating
