Have charged me 3 times though the app and haven't given me a ticket. Had to pay another 20 to get on the bus. They have suggested that the transactions haven't gone through even though my bank have confirmed they have the money. Then 3 weeks ago they stranded me in Dublin airport and cancelling my bus last minute. Zero satisfaction from taking to 4 ppl and still waiting to get any kind of refund from them. I wouldn't recommend anybody use this company (their bus drivers as really nice, which is the only positive I can say, but it appears the company and shafting them on pay and rosters as well)

I usually have a great experience with Aircoach but today I had a bus booked for 15:48 to go to the airport, and as I was walking to the bus stop I saw it pass me at 15:45. I made it to the bus stop at 15:46 meaning I would have made it if it had left at the time it was scheduled to leave. If they went every 10 minutes I wouldn’t mind, but now I have to sit here and wait half an hour until the next bus and will arrive at the airport much later than planned and hoping it’s enough time to get through security and catch my flight. I don’t understand why the driver would leave early.. I think a bus service running to the airport needs to stick to it’s timetable because half an hour can make all the difference.

My friend and I booked our tickets, stood at the designated stop, and literally watched the driver make eye contact with us and keep driving off without stopping. We had to take the public bus, which added 25 minutes to our trip to the airport. When I emailed to request a refund, they refused and said “their records showed they stopped” so they couldn’t approve our refund request. My advice? Dont book if you have somewhere important to be at a certain time. And if you must, make sure you’re recording as the bus arrives so you’ll at least have evidence if/when they don’t even bother to pull over.

We are regular users of Aircoach and used to have very good experiences. However, today we had a horrible experience. The 702 bus was supposed to leave the airport at 6:50 AM and left 10 minutes later. That is acceptable. But when we were on our way to Greystones, suddenly the bus stopped (between Bray and Greystones) and the driver told us that the bus was broken. So we asked the driver for a solution and he didn't give us any solution. So we had to walk from Bray to Greystones. As if that wasn't enough, while we were walking to Greystones the same bus overtook us and didn't even stop to pick us up or give us an explanation. We are extremely disappointed with Aircoach and hope they will at least refund our tickets.

I was on the 700 at 7.55pm on Saturday 24th Aug from Dub airport. The driver was very rude and abrasive. He Insisted I put a small carry on case in the hold as it's "company policy" if it has wheels. His manner was very unprofessional and dismissive. He had a good laugh with his colleague (who was at least more professional and polite to my face) at my expense when I got on the bus. I have travelled multiple times and have never been told this before. I had valuables in the case but was told I either put it in the hold or get a taxi! When I went to retrieve the case it was somehow tucked at the opposite side to the exit and I had to get in to the hold to get it as he watched on. My experience to the airport on the 22nd (at 8.49am from old wesley), couldn't have been more different, he was a really helpful & friendly driver & I was allowed carry my case on. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have met rude and aggressive drivers who treat the passengers as an inconvenience. It does make it less likely that I will use the service as a first option of travel to the airport.

I had the worst experience with Aircoach... This evening I waited at the bus station more than 25 minutes later than the time it was supposed to arrive, that is 20:23 ... the moment I saw the bus I got out and I signaled that I wanted to go, but he didn't stop until 100 m away from the station....when I asked the driver (an elderly lady) why he didn't stop at the station, he yelled at me and said because I did not make an appointment online .... I explained that I am a person with disabilities and having freetravel I do not have the option for online booking .... HE CONTINUED TO YELL AT ME AND TELL ME TO GET DOWN .... I SUCCEEDED IN PPS UL WITH FREE TRAVEL AND TO GET A UL TICKET BECAUSE OTHERWISE HE WAS SCREAMING AND WANTED NOT TO TAKE ME ON THE BUS!!! I AM THE PERSON WITH A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT AND I CAN'T MAKE AN EFFORT AND I HAD TO CARRY MY LUGGAGE 100 M... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!ON MONDAY I WILL CONSULT A LAWYER TO GO TO COURT WITH THIS COMPLAINT! IT'S 21:14 AND THE DRIVER IS DRIVING VERY SLOWLY ... WE ARE JUST IN FRONT OF DUN LAONGHAIRE DART STATION ... I THINK I'M GOING TO MISS THE FLIGHT !!!

Booked a ticket from Dublin airport to glenshane. Was told in Belfast the bus journey was terminated as some customers were not behaving. I don’t know why I was then forced to find an alternative route home. The individuals should have been asked to leave the bus. Really inconsiderate and left myself and my daughter stranded

I am absolutely FUMING with all aspects of your service. Your 4pm on August 19 bus never showed up, when an inbound journey did show, he said he wasn’t going back to Dublin which is fine but he was so rude and unhelpful as to what or when the next bus would be. Then I called the call centre to be met with the same attitude and disgraceful customer service. I will never again book an aircoach I could’ve missed my flight over you. Do not book aircoach. Book city link instead.

When we are waiting for public transport in the early hours of the morning, we at least expect it to be punctual when there is no traffic

Absolutely dreadful service, late cancellations leaving no other option but to take a taxi to the airport.

We tried to book and reserve seats x 2 for the airport in September on Aircoach App, we had no problem booking and reserving the trip, but there was no facility to use our public services card for free travel. Disappointing

I have been using Aircoach regularly for the past 18+ months. However, recently, several buses on line 700 have been arriving irregularly, especially in late evening, and the customer service quality has worsened. Aircoach has unfortunately become less customer-friendly and more profit-oriented, refusing to refund tickets that are not used. For this reason I recommend alternative bus routes to-and-from the airport.

I booked online and paid for tickets at 13.25 on Sunday 14th July for the 19.00 journey from Dublin Airport to Leopardstown also on the 14th July (five and a half later!). Upon arrival in Dublin I was told that the 19.00 service had been cancelled: so had the 19.30 been cancelled: so had the 20.00 been cancelled. I would have to wait an hour and a half for a bus. I took a taxi at a cost of €84. I have not been refunded the price of the tickets. They took my money after they knew that the service had been cancelled. That is fraud!!!

The 704x Dublin to Cork bus never showed up. More than 30 people were waiting and the next bus was driven by a subcontractor who couldn't help us at all. Very bad service.
