Was saddened to hear that a refund did not include add-ons such as Flexi-book option (the irony is not lost on me..) Bad show Aircoach!! 1. YOU took my booking. 2. YOU cancelled my journey. 3. I chose to take a refund to complete my journey using an alternative mechanism and YOU mandated to keep my money for the add-on that I purchased to stay flexible. Unhappy customer…..

Disgraceful, avoid at all costs. I thought I would be fine arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Turns out the coach arrived 20 minutes early and passed me as I was walking to the stop. I ultimately had to take an expensive taxi to the airport. Their live GPS tracking feature for coaches is broken too. This used to be a great service but it is entirely unreliable lately and I will be finding an alternate way to travel to the airport in future. Just look at all the recent reviews online and you'll see a similar trend.

"Extremely Disappointing Customer Service - First and Last Time Using Aircoach" I recently had a very poor experience with Aircoach's customer service. I needed to amend my ticket's departure time, but their customer service was unhelpful and did not provide any solutions. It felt like they weren’t interested in assisting at all. Additionally, the misleading advertisements about ticket refunds for online purchases were frustrating and misleading. The process was unnecessarily complicated, and I was left unsatisfied with how my issue was handled. This was my first time using Aircoach, and based on this experience, it will certainly be my last.

They don’t have an option for student leap card. I booked a young adult ticket thinking that they were one of the same (most companies option says young adult/student ticket), so I didn’t even realise I had done something wrong. When I arrived the bus driver made me buy another adult fare and when I tried explaining that young adult and student leap cards are one of the same he just said “look it up”. I feel like it’s some sort of a trick taking the “student” option off to make people buy an additional ticket on a technicality. Customer service weren’t helpful and said that it was my mistake. So let everyone beware of my mistake. I still think it’s poor form and the cynic in me thinks they did it on purpose.

Absolute disaster. Over an hour late and no one answered phone after hour on hold so had to find different option. We will no be paying and never use again. Terrible.

My trip is far in advance and I booked the trip with aircoach. Unfortunately the airline changed the date of the flight after I had booked and when I asked to change the date (5weeks in advance) I was told no.

Since the air coach timetables were changed in July 2024, the bus is never on time and always running late when travelling to the airport. It is now a very unreliable service. As aircoach put up its prices, I would have expected the service to improve but it has gone the other way. I would advise other customers to just take a taxi or the Dublin express bus service instead if you want to get to the airport on time.,

I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I BOOKED A BUS TO BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT FOR THE 1/9/2024. THE BUS CAME 30 MINUTES LATE WITH NO COMUNICATION AT ALL ABOUT POSSIBLE DELAYS. WE HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TICKET FOR NATIONAL EXPRESS TO AVOID LOSING OUR FLIGHT. BUT THEY BOTH CAME AT THE SAME TIME.THE DRIVER THAT CAME TO PICK IS UP SAID THAT THE ONE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME DIDNT SHOW UP AND THEY CALLED ME ON HIS ANNUAL LEAVE. WHICH MEANS THEY WERE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND DIDN'T BOTHER COMMUNICATE WITH US. WE WROTE AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS AND THEY GHOSTED US. IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR FLIGHT PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY

I was travelling from Dublin to Belfast last night Wednesday 4th september.i had missed the 21:30 bus due to my flight being delayed.i went to ask 1 of aircoach staff what time was the next bus to Belfast.she approach me very poorly telling me to slow down and kinda making a laugh out of it.i don't think i could of slowed down more than I was talking to her.she had a weird colour of hair purple and black.aircoach employs some weird people obviously paying them bottons.

I purchased a ticket online for 3 persons from Cork to Dublin Airport. I paid extra for the Flexbook option. By accident, I selected the wrong terminal at Dublin Airport. Within an hour I wrote Aircoach and asked for assistance to change the terminal from 1 to 2. They wrote back and said they can't help me. Poor customer service!

Never trust aircoach I have been waiting for a refund from aircoach for the last 3 weeks all I keep getting is talk to my bank which I have done and have proof that they have sent me no refund I have asked to speak to the complaint department and fraud department which am being refused I have a bank statement to show the money has not gone into my account but they are refusing to investigate it aircoach are a total disgrace and fraudulent company

This service has become increasingly unreliable over the past two years and is no longer reliable. Avoid at all costs if you wish to catch your flight.

Don't use Aircoach unless you assume in advance they're going to breakdown or abandon you mid journey for 45 minutes and you buy a special add on for your ticket ahead of time. Otherwise, you won't be refunded, despite not actually being given the service you paid for. If I could give 'No stars' I would

The driver on the service I took was terrible. He had no people skills, his non verbals were very negative. Based on my first experience I won’t be using the service when I return.
