Having travelled with aircoach for a number of years and good service I was very angry that my bus did not arrive at all on the new timetable for the 702 at blackrock frascati shopping centre at 13 30pm. Had ro get taxi in the end. Seems this company is going downhill.

Absolutely terrible I can't have a refund and they will not change my booking because I didn't pay the flexi thing so I'm losing 55 £ for nothing Absolutely disappointed check all the other companies before you book with this one

Waited 20 minutes it never turned up had to get a taxi to the airport, incredibly unreliable. We’re supposed to be able to rely on public transport these days,not a chance what an incredible amount of stress unnecessarily if you provide a service the least you could do is provide it on time .

Your terminal on the bus does not accept AIB payment cards. This issue has not been resolves since COVID. Would it be possible to fix it? The bus driver was not really helpful. If not my husband who had cash and brought me to the bus stop, I would not have been allowed to board the bus. Thanks

When did the 24 hour on the hour service stop to cork? It’s the second largest city in Ireland and people are forced to stay in the airport for the 06:30 bus after coming off a late flight missing the 12:25 bus.

Denied boarding despite valid ticket. Driver picked up too many passengers en route despite knowing he had prebooked seats. Was denied boarding on next bus also as not booked on their service. Spent €15 on a service that cost €9 a couple months ago and the whole service is abysmal.

My bus has never shown up, I am waiting over 30 minutes on the street at 5 am. I am worried I will be late for my late flight. I paid €15 return for a bus that doesn't even exist. This service is a joke

The bus never showed up after waiting for over 20 minutes and we weren’t told that the bus route was cancelled. We had to make a new route for ourselves and were almost late to our flight.

The timetable is a work of fiction. The 702 is NOT hourly, no matter what the timetable says. Twice now in two days it has screwed up.

The 792 should stop on the Sean Moore road as it did before it passes that way now and it would be great if it could stop again

The new routes are awful, the journey times take ages, even with little traffic - that’s if the buses bother to show up

The 15.07 service this afternoon from greystones was cancelled with absolutely no notice or email from aircoach. Just dreadful to leave passengers in this situation.

Bus drove past saying it was full when it was completely empty. Waited 45 minutes for the next bus. Horrendous service. Don’t waste your time.

Bus didn’t open the doors at maghera park and ride at 1:40 on the 11th July and left 2 seconds later while I stood at the door…

So disappointed you are no longer travelling through the tunnel from RDS stop in Ballsbridge. Also any chance you could stop on Strand/Beach road on route to airport from Booterstown. It would make up for the loss to tunnel from RDS

Have booked ticket from Merrion Square to the airport, on 11th of July at 4.26, but the service was missing. Waiting 30 mins on the bus stop! No email nor message for letting me know about . Not reliable company, avoid at all cost, otherwise you'll need to pay extra for a taxi or your journey is ruined! A disgrace! Avoid!

I have just used the “improved” service from the airport to Greystones, it is absolutely horrendous. How can a journey time of 2 hours and 30 minutes be seen as reasonable for this journey? The route has to be made more direct in order for this to work or is the purpose of the new route to discourage Greystones users from the service altogether?

Todays 702 (10-July-24) service from Greystones planned to arrive at Frascati, Blackrock at 06:56 did not arrive. Several passengers (pre-booked and paid) had to take a taxi to the airport. This is a USELESS service if it is not reliable. I am travelling to the airport tomorrow morning and have already booked a taxi but would much prefer to take the bus.

I have used your service over many years. In January 2023 I was stood in queue at Dublin airport for airbus. As I have a disability, ie limited mobility in both legs when I boarded bus and handed in my travel pass, which I had used on other occasions with no problems, I was told by a rude driver that I had to get off bus and wait till all other passengers with a paid ticket had boarded. Which I did and stood outside bus and when I boarded bus to sit in empty front seat as a disabled passenger the driver told me I couldn't sit there. I asked him why and he told me he was keeping the seat for someone. On arrival at terminal 2 bus stop a young girl boarded bus and sat in front seat. I wrote a formal complaint and stated I felt discriminated against due to being told passengers with travel pass had to wait until all other passengers had boarded. I also stated to company about the issue of not being allowed to sit in front seat but yet a young girl could sit in it at terminal 2. I also told company I was not looking for preferential treatment, just common courtesy. I got no reply from your company and have never used your service since.
