If you forget an item of luggage as our Turkish students did on Friday 14th June 2024 it is impossible to get on to anybody to trace it. Are the staff keeping lost property for themselves. This included personal documents and duty free items.

Travelled from Dublin to Belfast on the 3:30 am bus this morning (20/6/24), the two drivers talked very loudly the whole way home. I don’t mind conversation as I understand it’s human nature and have nothing against them talking, however it would have been nice if it was a little quieter given the time, a few of us were complaining amongst ourselves as we couldn’t get any sleep due to this. On top of that the conversation included talking about past travellers who had annoyed them, using foul language such as “wankers” to describe them, on a bus full of families and young children. As we approached Belfast the radio was turned on at a low volume in order to wake up the passengers, no issue there; the issue lies in what happened next. The bus driver decided it was funny to take the microphone and run his nails across it, while laughing to the other driver saying “that’s how I wake them up”… not that we got any sleep anyway. The most ironic part of their entire conversation was the discussion about lack of respect from passengers, alongside passengers not saying thank you when getting off… I believe respect is earned, it works both ways, not just automatically granted. Usually I would always thank a bus driver when leaving, however this time I didn’t, they didn’t deserve it. Again, I have no issue with conversations being had, but some common sense surrounding the time, location, topic and volume of the conversations would need to be revisited. Quite frankly the few seconds between the Scottish fella talking were absolute bliss…until he started again.

I’ve never used this service and had it operate on time . Always at least 20 minutes late to destination. 10 out of 10 times no matter the time of day .

Something so simple as having working toilets on the bus if you advertise as having them.

We have been standing at the leeson street stop for 50 minutes and will miss our flight if the coach doesn’t arrive soon. I would not recommend this appalling service.

Incredibly poor service, got a notification that our bus would be 15 minutes late it arrived in fact an hour and 15 minutes after it was supposed to, I nearly missed my flight, would never recommend

I booked ticket online They cancelled my trip and said to me that I have to purchase new ticket and money wasn't refunded because I did not purchase flexible ticket - even that they cancelled trip not me Worst company ever

We were here at 8h30 for the 8h53 bus, we have waited until 9h25 and the bus never came. Almost miss our flight. And finally we took the Lane 16 to go to the airport.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My experience for the last three years using Aircoach has been most satisfactory up to tonight where I got to 23:00 service to Dublin Airport T1. I was most unhappy as the driver had no interest in lowering the volume of the music he was listening to during the journey but I guess I should have known that he had little regard for anyone when the speed sign by Cork train station flashed the red frown sign as he passed and we arrived on Bachelors Walk, Dublin at 01:47 and in T1 Dublin Airport at 02:05 showing little regard for passenger safety travelling at such speeds to put the passengers in the airport 25 minutes before the foreseen arrival time. I do hope to never again have the displeasure of having this driver.

This is my second post l have to write to my review. Had Airporter booked on there Derry to Belfast international on the night of summer time change. Bus leaving 2-30 in the morning. So phoned airporter the day before departure to check the time of departure and was told by there representatives it was departing on summer time. Bus did not show and at 3-30 in the morning had to try and make other arrangements. Had to phone a friend. Put in a review with this experience. There responded telling me that thy sent email a few days earlier saying that service had been cancelled. To this day no such email has been received. So emailed back asking why did there assistance tell me 8hours earlier the bus was leaving on summer time along with other questions but no answer to my questions. In response to my last email was told to phone there no and speak to there supervisor which l have tried calling on a number of times before my second email. Was told that a Mr Neville who was responding to my previous emails would phone me back never did. I phoned back a few days later to be told Mr Neville was away on an advance course with Aircoach. So phoned yesterday and was told you cannot speak to a supervisor anymore had to put my complaint to management. So was telling there assistant my complaint and thy hang up. I have been reading some reviews were the headlines read [thieves.. Scamers... And don't give them your money] with a review score of 81% of people saying a terrible service enough said. You say to help future customers about Service... Price.. Delivery...returns & Refunds. As a former customer to me it's just words when there assistant hangs up phone then there is no customer service or any other service. I did not intent to mention the supervisors name in this post. But it's time to stand up and be counted. To future customers save your money and find another way

Yesterday I went to the Air coach website and bought two tickets for the next day, at 6:21 from leeson st lower. I went to the bus stop and waited for the bus, at the right time the bus came but didn't stop, the sign said that was full. In my knowledge when you buy tickets in advanced means that you are guaranteed to board, but that doesn't happen with air coach. The next air coach was in 30min time, without guarantee that the driver was going to allow us to board the bus, so we were forced to get a very expensive taxi to the airport.

Apparently it is not possible to give zero stars here- what a pity. The bus arrived this morning, apparently at the right time, but the driver told me that his was an earlier bus running late and that my pre-purchased ticket was for the next bus, a few minutes behind, and so he refused to take me. He took two other passengers that did not have tickets at all and who had arrived after me. I waited a further 50 min before giving up and getting a Dart train and then a taxi, which was the only sure option left by that time. There is no live info available at the stops for Aircoach, unless you have their app (but what traveller wants an app on their phone for every bus company they ever use?) and my stop was not even indicated by a clear sign. Difficult to use even for locals, let alone tourists and non-English speakers. Please try to find any other option than Aircoach- only use them if you're desperate, would be my advice.
