Bus drove past saying it was full when it was completely empty. Waited 45 minutes for the next bus. Horrendous service. Don’t waste your time.

Bus didn’t open the doors at maghera park and ride at 1:40 on the 11th July and left 2 seconds later while I stood at the door…

So disappointed you are no longer travelling through the tunnel from RDS stop in Ballsbridge. Also any chance you could stop on Strand/Beach road on route to airport from Booterstown. It would make up for the loss to tunnel from RDS

Have booked ticket from Merrion Square to the airport, on 11th of July at 4.26, but the service was missing. Waiting 30 mins on the bus stop! No email nor message for letting me know about . Not reliable company, avoid at all cost, otherwise you'll need to pay extra for a taxi or your journey is ruined! A disgrace! Avoid!

Dear Team, I wanted to provide some feedback on the 702 service I used early this morning. After experiencing some delays upon my arrival at Dublin Airport at 2:50 AM, I had to wait until 3:50 AM for the bus, which unfortunately did not arrive. Ultimately, I departed the airport at 4:29 AM. I appreciate Daniel's efforts in trying to resolve the issues and ensure the service ran on time. I have used the 702 service on many occasions without any problems, so this morning's hiccup was unexpected. I am hopeful that the new 702 timetable and route, with its additional stops, will soon have any teething issues resolved. Thank you once again to Daniel for his dedication and to the driver for getting me to Bray promptly. Best regards,

I have just used the “improved” service from the airport to Greystones, it is absolutely horrendous. How can a journey time of 2 hours and 30 minutes be seen as reasonable for this journey? The route has to be made more direct in order for this to work or is the purpose of the new route to discourage Greystones users from the service altogether?

Todays 702 (10-July-24) service from Greystones planned to arrive at Frascati, Blackrock at 06:56 did not arrive. Several passengers (pre-booked and paid) had to take a taxi to the airport. This is a USELESS service if it is not reliable. I am travelling to the airport tomorrow morning and have already booked a taxi but would much prefer to take the bus.

I have used your service over many years. In January 2023 I was stood in queue at Dublin airport for airbus. As I have a disability, ie limited mobility in both legs when I boarded bus and handed in my travel pass, which I had used on other occasions with no problems, I was told by a rude driver that I had to get off bus and wait till all other passengers with a paid ticket had boarded. Which I did and stood outside bus and when I boarded bus to sit in empty front seat as a disabled passenger the driver told me I couldn't sit there. I asked him why and he told me he was keeping the seat for someone. On arrival at terminal 2 bus stop a young girl boarded bus and sat in front seat. I wrote a formal complaint and stated I felt discriminated against due to being told passengers with travel pass had to wait until all other passengers had boarded. I also stated to company about the issue of not being allowed to sit in front seat but yet a young girl could sit in it at terminal 2. I also told company I was not looking for preferential treatment, just common courtesy. I got no reply from your company and have never used your service since.

It used to be a brilliant service - fast and reliable, now with all the dreadful route changes its gone to dogs, it takes literally 3hrs how to get from Greystones to Dublin Airport, 2hrs from Cherrywod to the Airport! For comparison, I takes 2.5hr to get to Paris or Madrid from Dublin! Absolutely joke of the planning, people who did it, have to be fired as incompetent, because they have no clue what they are doing. Please return the old routes back and 702 from Greystones once an hour as it was before. Its just a disgrace now, utter disappointment ... Thank you!

I tried booking a fare for my 14 year old child, she is travelling with family who already have an existing booking, I could not book a child fare. I tried to add her to an existing booking but could not do this either. I called your customer service department for assistance but again they could not add a child fare to an existing booking, I was told the only option is to purchase an adult ticket. I have a registered leap card for my child but I'm still expected to pay an adult fare for a 14 year old who will be travelling with her Aunt and Grandparents. Your booking system should allow for this service. Is is an absolute disgrace that my only option is to purchase an adult fare.

I just want to know, why the air coach doesn’t pass anywhere near Rathfarnham or Knocklyon. We had it many years ago, going through Templeogue, but suddenly stopped!. Many people would use it ! Margaret Brennan Knocklyon

We seem after many years of excellent service to a to route all Southern Dublin area coaches through the city to the Airport , which may be fine for near central city customers. However, outline Dublin passengers are asking to endure city centre pickups adding extensive time to their journey. They need to go straight to the port tunnel and avoid the 'zig and zag' and go via from South Dublin suburbs via Strand Road and 3 Area. And the reverse coming home from airport.

It would make sense for the 702 bus from Greystones to Dublin airport to stop somewhere on Strand Road between the stop at Booterstown and the 3 Arena.There is a potential for a strong customer base in Sandymount

A tired service, nothing been updated in years. Staff are friendl though. I'm not sure why they even claim to offer wifi. I don't think it has ever worked in 7 years of taking the belfast to dublin route.

Waited for the 702 at Hyde road Dalkeyit didn’t arrive . Ended up having to get a taxi . No information available. Not a good start to a new service . Appalling .
