My 4pm bus from Cork to Dublin was cancelled, but me and 4 other people with tickets were never notified. No one received any messages or emails and there was no indication on the aircoach website. We found out from an out of service air coach bus driver that it was cancelled, and that wasn’t until 4:30pm.

Despite indicating that I have a travel pass I am unable to book as the system continues to require a payment - System is very clunky 😐

I booked two return Tickets from Dalkey to T1 for 12.00 on Wed 17 July retunring on booked seats for 17.50 on Saturday 20th July. The 12.00 bus simply did not turn up. Four people were stranded at the stop and by 12.20 three of us ordered a taxi. I rang aircoach and got several minutes of 'press this for that ..' runaround before being put on hold for 5 mins. The guy I talked to with an English accent could only tell me about a bus leaving Bray, he seemed not to know anything about Dalkey or where any buses might be. I had to cut our pointless chat short to get our taxi. For our return journey later today the bus has been cancelled. We are simply invited to get another one, and are really looking forward to two hours at Dublin airport hoping to get on the 18.50. Work on the Dart means we cannot go our usual route of Dublin Express plus Dart from Tara so are stuck with aircoach. For a speciality airport service they should be totally embarrassed by this clown show quite frankly.

The new 'improved' 702 service from Greystones/Shankill is not useable any longer. Instead of taking an hour (running every 2 hours) it takes an hour and a half and runs sometimes hourly, sometimes not at all. My husband booked a ticket for the 4:29 bus, which didn't show up until 5:10 (we found this was the 'ext bus' and his one didn't show at all- almost missed his flight and the stress added was not worth it. Its takes an hour just to get to Booterstown dart station (20 min journey at most). I can't understand why you merged the 702/703 routes and now provide a worse, unreliable service for all passengers on these routes. Going from Loughlinsown Hospital back to Dalkey and then forward again is not efficient. Please at least go back to the older timetable that we could at least rely on. Please do understand that people are going on holidays, have paid loads of money for flights and are relying on this service to be efficient and reliable. If you are neither of those things, people will stop using your service. Thank-you

Can you please explain why the 702 has no stop between Blackrock and 3 arena. There is a great distance between Blackrock to strand and Sean Moore Road with lots of bus stops on the way. Sean Moore Road has a lay-by for buses to pull into in both directions. It just does not make sense bypassing 3 communities.

The driver was extremely rude not only to me but to every passenger getting on the bus. Barking commands at people and slamming the hatch for the luggage. Really aggressive behavior.

I’m looking at your reviews and can’t understand why the first review on show is from 7 months ago and the next is 6 days ago - it certainly looks like Aircoach want to show a five star review -

The bus never came and customer service refused to issue a refund. Had to pay for a taxi on top of the ticket.

Yesterday, 16.7.24 I got the 701 coach to The Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge at 8.10pm. We waited for over an hour for the coach anyway. There were very few people on the coach. I explained to the driver (short bald man) that I hadn’t been to the Clayton Hotel (formerly Bewleys Ballsbridge) in over a decade and asked if he could please call out to us when we arrived at The Clayton in Ballsbridge. (We were absolutely exhausted). He said that he would do so. Instead, not only did he not call-out but he sped by it and it was only that I recognised it from my memory as we sped past that alerted me. I ran down the coach and asked him to stop. He did and let us out of the coach and we had to traipse back. I was really upset that he hadn’t stopped at the hotel but not only did he not apologise, instead he justified it by saying he had called out the RDS. When I said to him that I didn’t get his point and that I had specifically asked him to let us know when we were at The Clayton he shrugged and said “customers change their minds sometimes” as though this meaningless come-back was some sort of justification. What bugs me in part about this is that the last time I use the coach about a sixteen years ago when my kids were babies the exact exact same thing happened. On that occasion I had to walk over a mile back on my own with a baby and a toddler. So this time I had been at pains to very clearly ask the coach driver to let us know. As it is, I have a dodgy hip and arthritis in my hand and we had to haul out cases for a fair distance to get back to the hotel. And what if I hadn’t spotted the hotel? What would the end result have been. The driver was very offhand about it all and not even having the wit to at least say sorry added insult to injury. To add to this, I asked at the Clayton Ballsbridge desk where I get the coach back to Dublin Airport as unfortunately I have bought us return tickets, and she said that it is at the gates at Clayton Hotel but warned me to try hard to stop the coach as it frequently sails past without stopping which makes her “feel very sorry for Clayton Hotel guests” We have a flight to catch tomorrow and have been additionally worried about this now. I really wish I’d never bought a return.

DREADFUL SERVICE Aircoach sent me an email at 10.30pm to cancel the 4am 702 bus service from Greystones, they suggested I get the later bus at 4:40am. Anyone traveling at this time of the year knows this could have jeopardised missing my flight and the funeral I was travelling to attend, having only 5 and a half hours notice and in the middle of the night I couldn't make any other arrangements and had to pay €60 for a taxi. I called customer service and they wouldn't even refund my ticket €8.10 as in their minds I could have got the later service. Appalling

Coach arrived 30 mins late. No explanation or apology. Indeed greeted by aggressive driver insisting it was not his problem. Would have to make serious effort to be so rude and unhelpful . Nice guy at call centre in Leeds was decent but had no information, but at least was pleasant to deal with. Very surprised as normally a good service.

This airport service is bad. Buses rarely arrive on time and there is no update facility to see what time the nch act bus will actually arrive at any particular bus stop.
