“Mold on Mozzarella cheese block. I purchased cheese 3 days ago. Wife was making pizza and noticed mold on one side of cheese block. No forsale date on it. Won't trust their products again. I will make a formal complaint with the local health department if they even care. Minis one star.”

“I know 3 people who had severe reactions to the vaccine and two of them died!! I stopped shopping at your stores when I heard of your unconstitutional mandates. Crimes against humanity and genocide is what I think of when I think about Aldi's now. I'll never shop there again while you strip your employees if their sovereign rights.”

“My local aldis has nice people working there but they have been out of stock on a lot of there products lately. They have been out of apple juice , 2 lb packages of cod , and french frys .”

“i went shopping at aldi today dereham road norwich.the shelfs were half empty at least six items i wanted not available. but the worst thing was still to come at the checkout came across MEL the customer service assistant no hello looked miserable as sin and piled my goods on top of each other on very small counter did not stop so i could pack. my son who was behind me unloading his shopping was told to hurry up. i know you are cheap but i would rather go else where and have some customer service. perhaps MEL NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO BE POLITE. no goodbye. will not be using this store again”

“Dreadful customer service after delayed online order arrived badly damaged with items missing. Still waiting for a refund. Aldi invited me to post a review but when I left honest feedback they refused to publish it! Will never show with them again. They do not care about their customers and their customer service is a disgrace.”

“I’ve been shopping with you guys since the first day you opened, but today I was treated so rudely I was shocked. They told me that they were going to call the police on me if I didn’t have my mask on next time I come in. Well I forgot it at home and you guys don’t give your customers mask. All I said was I will when it’s a law that we have to wear it. The one cashier, it the whole store, said we will call the police, I said, no you won’t will not shop here. He said, that’s OK we have plenty of customers. Really ALDIs you don’t care about your customers now? You don’t give out masks then you shouldn’t make a customer leave if they do but have one how sad. It is now the Nazis Mask Gestapo store!”

“This store was one of my favorites But after I bought a gift car And they wanted to be responsible of their workers mistakes This store is the worst incompetent store to resolved their on mistakes. So be careful when you by a gift card because they just charged you but no activate it. So they stole the costumers money so easy”

“My original cost for my 12 items was $52.70. I was shorted the 4 lbs frozen chicken breast and My supposedly free delivery final price was $67.49. And you can't call anyone AT ALL to discuss the issues. I not only won't order groceries to be delivered I won't shop with Aldi's ANYMORE. The whole thing about my experience with them was an education in the Pea under the shell game.”

“Got the 4 turkey breasts ,gravey and bread sauce for our Xmas dinner, they were not nice at all ,it's the worse meal I have cooked in my life ,I was very disappointed as I alway shop in aldi it has actually putting me of xxxx”

“We purchased Aldi's crumpets. When we opened the packet on the same day, we found each of the 6 pieces mouldy. We tried to contact them, but with no avail. For a big company like this, there is no phone number for you to speak to someone. Through their website, we were asked to email them with a photo download of the product, the batch code, the bar code and receipt, which was a waste of time. Their Policy is to take the goods back and get a refund at our expense. All they do is dictate to you. I wonder just how many people do what they tell you. This is supposed to be a billion dollar company, with no one to speak to. When anybody has any problems with any other big business, including the Government, you can always talk to someone, even the little businesses. It leaves a lot to be desired with no business ethics from Aldi.”

“I placed an order with next day delivery on 27th December. It's now 28th December and no order has arrived. The most annoying thing is Aldi don't care, They say it's Yodals fault. Two days before Xmas Aldi where sending emails promising deliveries before Xmas. I'd been waiting over 10 days by then. Not acceptable Aldi Like you care!!!!”

“This evening at the McKinley Park Blasdell store a stock girl with a dark-haired ponytail was rude and non-helpful when I was forced to go in the back to get help in the dairy section, I couldn't reach down to retrieve the product I was looking for due to physical limitations. I did at first call out for someone but they didn't answer. She said "you can't come back here" without even asking what I needed. As an advanced age working-class woman with a positive IQ I knew that already and said that I called for assistance but no one helped me and then she had the audacity to walk away!!! This is not good customer service!!!”

“I have shopped Aldi's for 3 years in Pa and have had an exceptional experience . After moving to Cookeville Tn, i have had moldy food on 2 occasions and sour tasting salmon. Called customer service...what a joke! They have lost a longtime customer.”

“I placed an order on the 17th Dec paid for next day delivery Sat 18th Dec the order never arrived. The most annoying thing is Aldi we're sending me emails on Wed 22nd and Thur 23rd December saying Get your orders in today for delivery before Xmas. When they know they can't deliver an order that was placed 10 days before Xmas. I called the customer service and they said it was Yodal. So why are they sending emails a few days before Xmas promising delivery. Totally wrong and not at all fair to there customers.”

“Would give no stars if I could - ordered Christmas hamper in October. I was notified at end of November it was with the local delivery depot- nothing arrived. Many many phone calls to Aldi later who also gave conflicting information to resolve issue. They eventually said they would send another hamper - I received confirmation last Sunday it would be delivered that Sunday. It didn’t arrive - cue yet more phone calls to Aldi, who quoted conflicting information from delivery company. One person in Customer services, after continually interrupting me then put the phone down on me. They seem incapable as a company of sending a parcel to a customer - why is this so difficult. Won’t be using them again. Offered a carrot but beaten with a stick and poorer financially for the hellish experience that is Aldi online…”
