If I could give ZERO stars I would, or better still even less! Aldi cannot or will not control the errant antics of Parking Eye who issue unwarranted parking penalty notices. I parked for 1 hour and 30 mins and 18 seconds in their BLABY car park where the signs clearly state that the limit is 1 hour and 30 minutes but despite my informing them that being disabled it takes me a little time to move I have received 2 reminders despite my providing photographic evidence to Aldi Customer Services. I will NEVER shop at any branch of ALDI again and I shall deter anyone else who parks there by showing them my evidence and the responses of ALDI. If you too are disabled then please, save yourself any grief and do not use Aldi. A penalty of £70.00 for 18 seconds is harsh by anyone's standards

Beware of scammers! Aldi in Romsey earn on fines from their parking! For many years I bought all goods and products in aldi, but recently I received a fine that I allegedly parked and did not mark the car at the parking machine, I came to the store and presented a receipt and proved to them that the machine did not work for them. The fine was canceled for me, but after a few days the story repeated itself, I again went with a check that proves my correctness (after this incident I began to save receipts) and was very unhappy that I had to waste time and nerves, again explained to them that the parking machine probably wasn’t works. The manager couldn't find anything to say and canceled my fine again! A couple of weeks passed, I was again sent a fine, I was very upset and again went to disassembly, this time I was told that the store is no longer responsible for parking and that I should sort it out myself and look for the culprit! I paid the fine, although I know that it is not my fault, I have all the proof that I am right, I just feel sorry for the time for these absolutely shameless people. But now I know for sure that these are financial frauds arranged by the Aldi store! They profit from their customers who trust them, but after this incident I understood everything and of course I will never be in the aldi chain of stores anymore, moreover, all my family and friends refused their services! And to all these scammers, I wish that they would spend all the dishonestly earned money on the treatment of themselves and their children, because karma will surely overtake them and he will more than once remember those people who were deceived! Let our money get stuck in your throat!

I used to purchase many items from Aldi Ruislip and Kingsburry, London. However, most of specialbuys is having 3 years warranty. But if any item got facility due to poor quality or manufacturing defect within guarantee period, that item you can't return due to store. Customer need to contact to customer service team and they will direct to seller and seller won't response even after many mail. If you again contact to Aldi CS team they will ask for many question related to Invoice etc. In All aldi product there is manufacturing date why they ask for invoice because most of buyers don't keep till receipts for long time and receipt got faded and they are taking advantage of this. If customer approaches for warranty within 3 years which is clearly proving from manufacturing date even ALdi won't entertain customer for warranty support. So guys don't buys item in 3 years guarantee temptation from Aldi since this is only mis selling tactics for product sell.

Aldi UK Absolutely useless. Paid for named day delivery...warehouse didn't bother processing the order and it wasn't dispatched. Phone 'customer service' to cancel, only to be told they "cannot guarantee" the order will be cancelled as the warehouse "may not see" the cancellation request for days!! No one prepared or able to contact the warehouse, apparently telephony infrastructure is seriously lacking and they are now holding on to our money because warehouse staff can't or won't get their fingers out. Moving house and so this will end up delivered to someone else and, in line with standard courier practice...left outside the door!! Been told I will then have to raise a dispute...rather than just getting my ruddy order delivered on the date I PAID FOR. Disgusting service. Refused access to speak with a manager or complaints team. Contacting trading standards. Avoid!! The deals are cheap for a reason!!

I tried to order a large item and the website said "transaction was not processes, please try again" So I did and got the same error message, so tried again. It finally as successful, then I see they have taken over £1000 out of my account and all orders had in fact gone through. I was told the orders would be canceled and I would get a refund in 10-14 days. This was over 4 weeks ago, I have spent over 6 hours on the phone over 20 phone calls and each call I have been told something different. Yesterday I was told the refunds were never processed, today I was told they will not be processed for quite some time. I have been 'guaranteed' a manager call back 3 times but have heard nothing. Shocking customer service and have not received my money back. I have complained to trading standards as this is unethical business practise.

Re: Bon Appetit continental croissants (8), best before date 15/07/2021. We purchased a packet of these croissants on Tuesday 6th July 2021. Opened them on Wednesday 7th July only to find 2 of the croissants were growing green mould. We will never buy these again.

Terrible, slow delivery on their online special buys. They don't inform customers how long for shipping at the point of sale, and even if the product is delayed then they still don't inform customer that its delayed, the ETA or offer a full refund.

I purchased the planter from my local Aldi and I these are the instructions that they have related to the planter. Great for beginners, Aldi’s wooden raised planter holds up to 220 pounds, and the planter capacity is around 15 gallons. It includes a water-repellent foil liner that separates the wood from the soil. Let me inform you not to buy it has already broken and now my veggies are on the ground. A total waste of money.

If I could give this particular store a negative star rating I would. They get no star from me, although I have to give it one to post this review. I was forced to do that! I never thought it would come to the fact that I would have to put Aldi's on a no-shopping store list. On May 24th 2021 Aldi's got on my list. Reason being is that I was accused by store management of shoplifting. And after probing and asking questions myself after the incident I was accused of shoplifting because of mistaken identification, profiling me because I was a black woman with a backpack, defaming my character because you embarrassed me in front of the entire store and did not kindly, politely, and professionally take me in the back to resolve the matter without humiliating me in public display in front of the entire store. Also, in which I even found out from management, that the person who stopped me did not follow their protocol. Not to mention you traumatized me to the point that I will not and hesitate carrying backpacks or any large purses into stores. I have emotional distress in cringing at the fact that if I had not offered to let you look in my bag to vindicate myself from your accusations, that you would have called the police to resolve the matter and there is no telling how that outcome would have been if they were officers that came with the attitude or same spirit you were in when you stopped me that night! You're not just going to brush it under the rug like it was just an oops I made a mistake and we're going to resolve the issue internally with a slap on the hand, retraining, and offer me a gift card as if the incident was of no significance. Shame on you! It does matter to me! It means nothing when you use my nationality as an example, and a lot of times, most of the time erroneously, but when the table turns then it's of no significance. Shame on you!

did a click and collect and recieved a message from the store saying a tote had been left and to please contact to arrange pick up. Phoned the unhelpful customer service dept and was eventually passed on to click and collect who informed me that I had to deal with it instore. Goes to store who have lost the tote so no idea what's been left. No shopping and no refund. Customer service is appalling with a couldn't care less attitude. will not be shopping at Aldi again.

NO APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY NO HELLOS NOTHING!!!!!!!!! CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME WERE GETTING FRUSTRATED AS WELL BUT IVE HAD ENOUGH WITH ALDI AND ITS INFERIOR CHOICE OF PRODUCTS LOW QUALITY ONIONS LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS HORRIBLE SERVICE EMPLOYEES RUNNING OVER YOU WITH PALLETS TAKING THEM ON ISLES AT PEAK TIMES STOPPING EVERYONE IN THEIR WAY. IF YOU WANT YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TO BE AS STRESSFUL AS POSSIBLE THEN VISIT YOUR NEAREST ALDI. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN UNTIL ALDI DECIDES TO GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT PUT MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS.

I bought a trolley jack from aldi in February because it was a good deal, when I first used it in May the wheel snapped off. I took it back to store and was told they only would deal with items up to 1 month after that I had to go through the 3 year warranty company that is in Germany I contacted them via email on the 4th May about it and after answering roughly once a week asking me for the same details of receipts etc each time I am still waiting today the 28th May for an answer to another email I sent them 5 days ago with information they wanted. I think the 3 year warranty is a gymic and all they do is try to frustrate you into giving up

I have cancelled the order and told I have to wait 2 weeks for money back. I will never order again from aldi
