Your coleslaw was all root end and inedible. The advocado “ripe to eat was as solid as a rock and inedible. Looked forward to my dinner and spoilt by having to spit out the food that was inedible

I have been trying to return a heavy large item to Aldi. Pick up has been arrange 5 times, on each occasion the carrier XDP has failed to turn up. I am at my wits end dealing with Aldi Cust Service.

Thinking or ordering Aldi Wine on line - well don't! You may have paid for wine but you won't get it. You might get someone else's. And Aldi might insist you wait in for days as they repeatedly fail to come and collect. But you wont gert what you paid over £100 for. The "customer services team" are officious to the point of hysterical. And if you tell them you have a call logger that proves they did not try and call when they said, then they shout that you had better not have recorded the call (and all their gaffs) and hang up on you. The rest of the time they promise to have resubmitted your order when they haven't. In my expirience, Aldi are consistentantly a bad company. Out of date food on shelves, long queues, rude staff. zeros customer service. Hardly any cheaper that other mainstream shops now yet they think they can treat people anyway they like.

Really poor customer service. The queues are long and few tills.on. Then they put another till on and you fo too it but get told they are now closing that till because the guy has to go pack the beans away or soemthjgn. Their policy is that they don't employ till staff. So if you get served or not depends on what the staff have to do elsewhere. Don't try to even talk to the manager or argue Toru point because they will kick you out of the store.

I bought several bollard type solar lights last summer, costing circa £14-15 each. After a few months one of them failed. I returned it to the shop and was told refunds to the shop are only allowed within 60 days and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I did this in April and was told to contact Aldi customer services. I was answered in German!! As Aldi are a huge company in the UK, this was the 1st hurdle; I didn’t expect being answered by a German call centre. As requested, I emailed the company in the UK. Again as requested I photocopied the receipt, photographed the faulty product, ditto the label with product code etc. etc etc….. This in April, then again, and again, and a-g-a-i-n……… Probably about 6 times in total and still I’ve got NOWHERE!!! I really can’t believe a major company can be so completely, utterly and breathtakingly incompetent!! NEVER buy anything but food at Aldi, as anything that needs returned will leave you whistling in the wind for a response. Useless Customer Services dept. I’ve ever encountered….

New store in Leyland, Lancashire. No issues with the food shop, but I'm constantly horrified by the lack of care to the plants for sale that usually surround the entrance. Surely they could rota their staff to water them once a day. All this waste gets passed on to the consumer, not to mention unnecessary non recyclable plastic pots that will go to landfill. Either stop selling them and leave it to the garden centres, or pull your finger out and get this continuing issue sorted. It happens all over supermarkets, it's really bad management.

Items advertised online are frequently shown as out of stock on the same day they are released for sale. And contacting them to complain is nigh on impossible.

I went to Aldi of Missouri Clearwater on August 10, 2021 at 2.30pm. I took 2 cabbages as is stated at 50 cents each. When l check out at the register the cashier wants to charge me $4.45. l said is stated as 50 cents each so she should at least honor it. So she announce at her walkie talkie to remove the signage and change it to 59 cents a pound. I went to the associates a tall thin guy and said that they should at least honor their signage. The associates was in the midst of changing the signage and I demand to see a manager. He took the signage away. I said you cannot do that you should at least honor it before you change it. A supervisor came who is rude and adamant and said he cannot honor that, is either l take it or leave it. I told him the sign said 50 cents each cabbage and he said that is how it is worded. I asked him what is the meaning of each, he said that is how is worded but it is per pound. If it is so why did the associates stick the per pound sign after l highlighted to them. As such, in all fairness sir You tell me what is the meaning of each cabbage does it go by pound. In your expertise l am sure you know each is definitely means each and not per pound. I strongly hope Aldi management at least honor their signage and sell me 2 cabbages for a dollar as is 50 cents each. I demand JUSTICE AND APOLOGY AND NOT BEING HUMILIATED BY YOUR STAFF. .

If I could give ZERO stars I would, or better still even less! Aldi cannot or will not control the errant antics of Parking Eye who issue unwarranted parking penalty notices. I parked for 1 hour and 30 mins and 18 seconds in their BLABY car park where the signs clearly state that the limit is 1 hour and 30 minutes but despite my informing them that being disabled it takes me a little time to move I have received 2 reminders despite my providing photographic evidence to Aldi Customer Services. I will NEVER shop at any branch of ALDI again and I shall deter anyone else who parks there by showing them my evidence and the responses of ALDI. If you too are disabled then please, save yourself any grief and do not use Aldi. A penalty of £70.00 for 18 seconds is harsh by anyone's standards

Beware of scammers! Aldi in Romsey earn on fines from their parking! For many years I bought all goods and products in aldi, but recently I received a fine that I allegedly parked and did not mark the car at the parking machine, I came to the store and presented a receipt and proved to them that the machine did not work for them. The fine was canceled for me, but after a few days the story repeated itself, I again went with a check that proves my correctness (after this incident I began to save receipts) and was very unhappy that I had to waste time and nerves, again explained to them that the parking machine probably wasn’t works. The manager couldn't find anything to say and canceled my fine again! A couple of weeks passed, I was again sent a fine, I was very upset and again went to disassembly, this time I was told that the store is no longer responsible for parking and that I should sort it out myself and look for the culprit! I paid the fine, although I know that it is not my fault, I have all the proof that I am right, I just feel sorry for the time for these absolutely shameless people. But now I know for sure that these are financial frauds arranged by the Aldi store! They profit from their customers who trust them, but after this incident I understood everything and of course I will never be in the aldi chain of stores anymore, moreover, all my family and friends refused their services! And to all these scammers, I wish that they would spend all the dishonestly earned money on the treatment of themselves and their children, because karma will surely overtake them and he will more than once remember those people who were deceived! Let our money get stuck in your throat!

I used to purchase many items from Aldi Ruislip and Kingsburry, London. However, most of specialbuys is having 3 years warranty. But if any item got facility due to poor quality or manufacturing defect within guarantee period, that item you can't return due to store. Customer need to contact to customer service team and they will direct to seller and seller won't response even after many mail. If you again contact to Aldi CS team they will ask for many question related to Invoice etc. In All aldi product there is manufacturing date why they ask for invoice because most of buyers don't keep till receipts for long time and receipt got faded and they are taking advantage of this. If customer approaches for warranty within 3 years which is clearly proving from manufacturing date even ALdi won't entertain customer for warranty support. So guys don't buys item in 3 years guarantee temptation from Aldi since this is only mis selling tactics for product sell.

Aldi UK Absolutely useless. Paid for named day delivery...warehouse didn't bother processing the order and it wasn't dispatched. Phone 'customer service' to cancel, only to be told they "cannot guarantee" the order will be cancelled as the warehouse "may not see" the cancellation request for days!! No one prepared or able to contact the warehouse, apparently telephony infrastructure is seriously lacking and they are now holding on to our money because warehouse staff can't or won't get their fingers out. Moving house and so this will end up delivered to someone else and, in line with standard courier practice...left outside the door!! Been told I will then have to raise a dispute...rather than just getting my ruddy order delivered on the date I PAID FOR. Disgusting service. Refused access to speak with a manager or complaints team. Contacting trading standards. Avoid!! The deals are cheap for a reason!!

I tried to order a large item and the website said "transaction was not processes, please try again" So I did and got the same error message, so tried again. It finally as successful, then I see they have taken over £1000 out of my account and all orders had in fact gone through. I was told the orders would be canceled and I would get a refund in 10-14 days. This was over 4 weeks ago, I have spent over 6 hours on the phone over 20 phone calls and each call I have been told something different. Yesterday I was told the refunds were never processed, today I was told they will not be processed for quite some time. I have been 'guaranteed' a manager call back 3 times but have heard nothing. Shocking customer service and have not received my money back. I have complained to trading standards as this is unethical business practise.

Re: Bon Appetit continental croissants (8), best before date 15/07/2021. We purchased a packet of these croissants on Tuesday 6th July 2021. Opened them on Wednesday 7th July only to find 2 of the croissants were growing green mould. We will never buy these again.

Terrible, slow delivery on their online special buys. They don't inform customers how long for shipping at the point of sale, and even if the product is delayed then they still don't inform customer that its delayed, the ETA or offer a full refund.
