Used four times and saw lifeless along with a battery that will not charge. 15 days later of emails, CS wait time of 30+ minutes photo of receipt and more emails quoting they would give it 3 days when contacting the manufacturer......
Do not buy these from Aldi. It is a massive procedure hoping you cannot be bothered. In fact they gamble on their bloated procedure wearing folk down. No CS in store or helpful contact. Avoid like the plague.”
“I bought a product from Aldi which was found to be defective. Reporting the problem to Aldi & requesting a replacement has led to a catalogue of incompetence, inefficiency & poor service. I spent over 90 minutes waiting for my call to be answered, I was told my replacement request would be dealt with urgently- IT WASN'T. Aldi completely ignored my request for a replacement product & started processing a refund instead. A number of complaint emails are still yet to be answered. The UK arm of Aldi certainly isn't being run with German efficiency. If you buy from Aldi & something goes wrong (which it probably will with the poor quality of goods being supplied) don't expect Aldi to rush to your assistance.”

“Received my product which was quite large. There were four screws missing. Contacted Customer support for assistance. Totally rude and unhelpful. Only help I was given was to return the product. I even offered to purchase the screws if they could advise type, size etc. No information or support given only advice given was to send back product. Extremely disappointed”
“I ordered photos from Aldi Photos on the 23rd of March, it's now the the 11th of April, thats 19 days to get the photos and im still waiting. I got really annoyed as I wanted to send them in a birthday card myself, so ordered them from another website and got them to the door in two days for a similar price.
I only ordered 9 photos. The price was quite cheap but I would never use them again and would strongly advise others not to either. DO NOT USE ALDI PHOTOS THERE ARE MUCH BETTER EQUALLY PRICED ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE.

“Will not be ordering online again! The returns process is appalling. Customer service is non existent. No one replies to emails, FB and wait on phone is over 30mins! Had to email threatening to get the money back via the bank which seemed to get a response. Will be sticking to Amazon in future. The parcel was returned over 1 month ago and am still chasing for a refund! Tracking from Royal Mail clearly shows Aldi has the parcel back. Aldi is obviously having a lot of issues judging by all the bad reviews about online orders.”
“Customer Service absolutely disgusting on with my 4th phone call totalling now 4 hours and still on hold. Returned 2 parcels on the 8th March, one has been refunded, but the other hasn't been refunded. Trying to get through to someone to process my refund, on hold for 1 hour 20mins got to 7.49pm when they just cut the call off, customer service closes at 8pm! Tried calling the next day only to be told that she shouldn't be in this loop as she can't process refunds and that I had to call back. phoned back again on hold for another hour finally spoke to a Kieran on 30th March 2021 who said she would send an email as she couldn't take bank details over the phone, I complained to her about the length of time I've had to wait to have a refund processed when its their error. 31st March 2021 still not received an email, to be honest not holding out much hope of receiving it. Aldi really have to come up with a better system of contact as this one is clearly not working.”

One box of dog pouches missing . 8 other items missing and still charged for , raw meat ,mixed with cooked food , £4.99 , they are having a laugh 😱 I booked clic and collect as I’m short in time ....however I will be visiting tomorrow to take back their lousy steaks and get my £4.99 back and I want petrol money ....wish me luck 😱😱😱🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️”

“Aldi policy of criminalising customers for cashier errors
At our local Aldi store, my wife paid for her shopping at the till in the usual way, but as she walked towards the exit, she was stopped by a security guard who demanded to check her shopping against her receipt, ordering her to empty the contents of her bag on the floor. He then allowed her to collect her shopping again and go on her way.
Aldi have a policy of encourging cashiers to scan the items as quickly as possible, then search exiting customers' bags with the intent of criminalising the customers for any items that the cashier might have missed scanning properly. Aldi cashiers scan items far too quickly for the customer to check whether every item was scanned properly, as the customer is busy removing items that are filling the tiny removals area with considerable speed.
In any case, it is not the customer's responsibility to ensure that every item was scanned. Nor is it realistic for the customer to check the receipt against all bagged items after paying.
I do not intend to return to Aldi in view of this dishonest policy, as I can never be sure that the cashier has scanned every item. I am not responsible for any missed scans the cashier might make, and I do not wish to be criminalised for any items the cashier might miss scanning.
Nor does my wife wish to be humiliated in public again in our local store.”
“Absolutely terrible service received my ordered wrong planned to have it exchanged the company had no problem picking up my ordered off me but then no reply at all, I sent them several emails with not one reply to any of them! I rang customer services to which I was hung up on twice, transferred to 4 different people to go through the same procedure to them be told after 1 hour 30 minutes on the phone that they are now out of stock and no idea to when they will be back in!
I do not recommend this company at all the service is disgusting!”

“Never been more unhappy with a company or it’s customer service. Ordered the scalloped bed as soon as it was available, the base was delivered however the headboard was not. I was advised just a headboard could not be sent but the base had to be collected and the order put through again. The collection was organised the first time and they never showed up meaning I had to call yet again. I was told to call back as soon as the bed had been collected and they would arrange for a new one to be delivered as soon as they had confirmation it was collected. I have had to call around 15 times since then (having to wait up to 40 minutes in a queue sometimes) to get a replacement bed. Every time I have called I have been told something different. There has been no resolution other than just to wait for the replacement to be processed but they are unable to tell me when that will be, I have never even been offered a refund. I have asked to speak to a manager and been told they will call be back however never did. It has been over a month now since ordering this bed. I am extremely disappointed that they took a substantial amount of money from me and are not even attempting to help at getting a replacement. I have been extremely patient up until this point however am at the end of my tether now.”
“I have shopped at aldis for years mainly at Archer Rd Sheffield which has always been fine. Yesterday I went to st James's next to Graves sport centre Norton. It was a Thursday and quite. Everything was fine until we arrived at the check out. The girl started before we were ready and virtually pushed the food through. I asked her to slow down and she answered is was acting under instructions. We spent over a £100 but the experience was dreadful. I spoke to the manager who wasn't very interested. Will never return. Very awful shopping experience.”
