Why were you visiting three stores if all had fully stocked shelves? One is left wondering if you were stocking up and getting round their 4 items per customer. Can there be another reason? It is the super fast checkout staff that are their biggest complaint. Are you an area manager? Their stores are smaller than most so keeping shelves stocked is not a big issue.

I have to congratulate your staff at the stores (3 that I have visited this week) for the amount of stocked shelves there are. In these difficult times the staff are doing over and above for the public. Other stores however do not come anywhere near. The staff were stacking shelves as quick as they could, the till staff were cheery and super fast. Well done!

I suppose I should say I am surprised but alas I cannot. Inspite of all the adverse publicity of how this company treats the elderly and less able they are at it again. This time by limiting certain items like toilet rolls to 4 per person. How disgraceful. While Morrisons and others are limiting them to two!! Once again Aldi stand accused of lack of care. Who needs 4 of each item unless hoarding? What about the elderly etc? Don't they matter? What happens when they cannot buy anything? Shame on anyone who shows their lack of care. It is truly shameful, selfish and beyond belief and understanding.

I have an item I purchased from Aldi under a 3 year warranty but unfortunately lost the receipt, I purchased it in Sep 2017. It failed two weeks ago. I have the Aldi box, the Aldi instruction manual and the item even has a manufacturing date stamped on it. I also have a bank statement showing when it was purchased. Despite very conflicting advice upon my several contacts with Aldi including " We didn't sell the item" and "a copy of your bank statement will suffice" - which they later retracted, Aldi resolutely refuse to replace the item or refund it. I have spent £1,000's with Aldi - no more. There customer service sucks, they re not in the least interested in looking after their customers and they have lost this one for the sake of refunding a £65 item. They don't deserve any business.

I've just shopped at Aldi in New Oscott, Sutton Coldfield. Bearing in mind the current situation we all find ourselves in, I was so impressed by the shoppers at this particular ALDI. With reference to the "Loo Roll" crisis Aldi had a delivery and everyone walked out of there with only 2 packs each. Nobody went to take more or fill there trolleys. That meant there was enough for everyone who needed this morning. Thank you shoppers and Aldi, New Oscott

That is a serious accusation re Sykes seafood. I do hope someone is at least looking into it but am not convinced they will.

Online orders took 10 days to process, then 3 of the 8 items were no longer available, Poor response Poor stock control. How Aldi can advertise seasonal items then take 10 days to process I don't know. Over 2 weeks to delivery is not good enough. I seen 2 of these items in store and could of got them a week ago, but thought they were coming. Won't be using ALDI on line again.

I have not had a bad experience with aldi. I am writing to inform you of a company that supplies to you. Sykes seafood, I have a duty of care to inform you of sykes systematic redating of out of date products then selling to aldi as good, it's mainly done with the prawns range. Prawns which have been kept in stock too long in frozen storage some have already been precooked some not.

Specially selected steak and craft ale pies... The meat was terrible... Nothing but pieces of fatty pieces in gravy, probably the worst pie I've ever eaten so thanks but no thanks.

Which store was it? You really should say so it can be made note of. It won't do much good from Aldi's point of view because they do not care but at least others can read it.

One of the staff serving customers on the till was clearly ill and wiping her nose and eyes on her hands answell yawing into her hands and wasn't using any hand sanitiser between serving an wiping. managers need to pay attention to staff !

This sounds typical of some of their stores. At least you have her name but you need to contact Aldi themselves. Do not hold your breath for a response though. I despair at times why it is that some people go into retail as a career when it is so very obvious they are not suited to it at all. It doesn't cost anything to be courteous does it. Keep at this and do not let her get away with it!! Nasty company all round. Why not try Lidl.

Rude Management stereotypic Deputy Manager Jayne and Culverhouse Cross Id spend over £150 a week with this branch every week before I encountered rude staff member Jayne Deputy Manager There Deputy manager Jayne approached me when I was going to the till to advise me that I was to make sure the cashier aware I had food goods on the shelf beneath the trolley to which I always get scanned as a priority by notifying the cashier when at the till I felt victimised and aggrived she would approach me to advise me as thou Im some sort of thief This incident occurred before Christmas but I let this incident go on this occasion Today Jayne your deputy Manager was on one of there tills helping out the other cashiers and like always I advised her at the start of scanning the food I had food beneath the trolley. We began to pass the goods to her her but she again kept looking beneath the trolley with a stern face as thou I was hiding something even after I passed her all the visible goods to be scanned. I paid for my goods which came to £167 and as I went to leave she continued to make me feel uncomfortable as she was again staring beneath my paid for trolly of goods. I snapped I advised her why she was so rude in doing so and making me feel uncomfortable and advised her to get some manners towards her Customers No apology from her she tried justifying her actions and said I do it with every customer as thou she right to make me feel this way ! Well its put me off shopping at this store any longer if this is the way Im made to feel on my weekly shop ! Im a loyal customer No thief ! I once shopped weekly with them but no longer being made to feel this way whenever this staff member is on her shift at this branch.

Well for sure Lidl stores are very much cleaner, customer friendly towards all customers including elderly and disabled, and better laid out. Quality too far exceeds Aldi. Prices of both are likely to rise after final deals struck with that dreadful undemocratic EU.

I am utterly disappointed today, after long wait I received the tool in used and poor condition. It’s unethical to sell something as new when it’s used.

ALDI is a far better store to shop than their rivals Lidl. In price, quality and overall customer satisfaction. I would say simply the best shopping around.
