Very disappointed yesterday at Aldi Bamber Bridge checkout. The operator took cash from previous customer and, without sanitizing hands, proceeded to put all my shopping through. Covid hygiene measures completely gone out of the window!

Would you want to shop at a grocery store that does not honor their weekly advertisements? Aldi's central customer service has reconfirmed that if their weekly newspaper add does not match the add in the local store then the store manger does not need to honor it. This happened again at the Aldi Fairfax Blvd store. It happened to me and it can also happen to you!!! The weekly Aldi Washington Post add showed butter $1.69 per pound limit 4. Normal store price is $2.02. The store manager declined to honor the sale price on my $30 order as it was different from the in-store advertisement flyer. The good news is the Lidel's new store will be opening in Fairfax City in the next two or three weeks so you will no longer need to be subjected to this type of unsatisfactory bait and switch service.

Just wanted to post this morning I showed at Aldi in Coleshill. I had a load of litre bottles of water and the lady went and got me a trolley and made my shopping experience an absolute joy. Thank you 🙏

I purchased the Anthracite Cube Bistro Set for my garden which was delivered mid May, after leaving outside in unexpected downpour overnight, I wiped down and discovered rust on the metal frame. Contacted Aldi on 12/6/2020 referrred onto supplier who advised a replacement. I did not want a replacement as I would expect the same to happen again and I did not want garden furniture that I had to cover in the event of rain. Here I am on 1 July, been back in touch with Aldi - they will contact a collection agency, collect the goods, when the last item is returned to the warehouse then a refund will take place. So all in all, £156.94 that will be put into my bank account who knows when. I want to purchase a replacement but maybe summer will be nearly over. I did purchase around 10 years Rattan furniture from Asda that I had replaced with the poor quality chairs from Aldi. Very disappointed

Very rude staff at the checkout despite no social distancing in store at all I was told to move further down even though a rude customer had began packing less than 2 metres away from me as I disputed this the other staff on the checkout got involved without knowing what had happened both had bullying tactics arguing just because I pointed out the fact I was now at 3 metres from anyone was told by the cashier she’s not serving me anymore and took my shopping off the line I asked for the manager who then was not even interested to listen to how unfairly I was treated in store and walked me out of the store without been served I then phoned up Aldi customer service and explained my frustration on how I was treated and she apologised and offered to send me a £10.00 voucher for my upset and logged a complaint if only the Aldi staff in Bolton was properly trained to treat there customers with respect and handle problems more professionally this kind of situation would not have occurred from the beginning.

Cant find fault with my local aldi on batley rd, the staff and welcoming and friendly, there is one lady that sticks out, i see her marching around the shop smiling and singing, shes always helpful, she has went out her way to find out if the items i was looking for were in stock, i do not know her name as i heard one of her work friends call her trish and she corrected her by saying that was not her name, it was all in good fun. The shop always looks clean and tidy and there always a bargain to be had.

I do my main shop in Aldi, its limited but cheap, that's the good bit. The bad bit is they make their money by working the staff to death, I used to work in retail management years ago, they used to take advantage of managers by getting them to work all the hrs under the sun & not get paid overtime, now they get away with getting one member of staff to do the job of 2, its immoral & if they are short of staff they look under so much pressure, no other retailer does this, im considering shopping in Lidl for this reason, shame on you Aldi.

for a new store in Cambridge you think they would have more choice and the staff are rude and unhelpful more interested in there talk to other shop staff than helping customers

Absolutely discusted with how Aldi have dealt with my complaint about my top which got ruined by a product from the store at longwell green, Bristol. Few weeks ago i bought a multi surface cleaner that contained bleach. (power force) . Unfortunately the lid was lose or broken and it leaked in the bag with the Shopping and on my hoody top when i unpacked the bag at home . I rang Aldi straight away to complain and the company wanted pics. I sent them off and had various calls asking the same questions. Had a call today and all they could say was it must have happened in my car and basically taking no responsibility. Seen reviews before, that Aldi don't deal with matters very well. I can see how now. Not one apologise just shouldering the blame to the customer. Believe it or not you are not perfect and i understand products can be damaged. Take responsibility for it is my message!! I never complain about anything but this was clearly not my fault and now have to spend money replacing my top. Wont be going back after this. Spent years going and enjoyed it but this has really got me angry!! 😡

Visited our local store in east dereham both my wife and myself as we always shop together ,only to be abruptly told by some little upstart that one of us would have to wait in the car as we were not allowed to shop together, as my husband has specific dietary needs we always shop together, so at this we both left and went to Morrison's where we were welcomed and did our £100 weekly shop there we have shopped at aldi since they opened but vowed never to go there again after being embarrassed at their door

The staff at Aldi in Morecambe are incredibly friendly especially Andy & Vaughan. I have on a couple of occasion had to return goods and the staff have been very happy to help and either refund me or exchange the goods. During this pandemic Aldi have managed the situation of social distancing extremely well and in particular and Vaughan has been very helpful to customers - his big smile brightens my day on going into the ship and as I leave. A big thank you to all the staff at Aldi in Morecambe.

Items not delivered after 3 weeks past order date. 2 emails and 65 minutes on phone calls to be told it was a warehouse issue, no I couldn't get a refund as it was past their 2 week policy. True. But I didn't change my mind- you never delivered the items so I was due a full refund on my order. Somewhat resolved after quoting back their policy on non-delivery on yet another email. Left with half an order delivered and disappointed children. Still waiting for all those promised callbacks.. Never shopping there again and warning everyone I know about ALDI.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT ALDI!!!! I rarely write online reviews but feel the need to let people know the kind of company they're dealing with. I ordered a spa pool and accessory pack for £400 which was delivered to my billing address (I emailed as soon as confirmation received as noticed the error and called two days later to check but still delivered) - it is my old home which I have let out so know the tenants (a lovely young couple, both teachers). Aldi organised to have order picked up which the tenants messaged me when it was picked up - I called Aldi and they told me courier had picked up and was at depot waiting to be returned to Aldi at which point refund would be issued. All absolutely fine and I waited two weeks before calling back - Aldi then told me that not only had they not received order, the courier couldn't collect it. I told them I knew this to be incorrect as a few days earlier I had been to see the tenants. Aldi said they would investigate and get back to me. That was 3 months ago. In that time I have sent over 10 emails and called 8 times - I've had one email reply and on each call I get promised a call back from a manager. Not once have the ever called me back. Today i refused to get off call until spoke with a manager who was close to laughing about the situation and just said there's nothing we can do, unless you have proof that we received the item back (of course impossible) then we won't pay you anything back. I explained there was nothing else I could show and she couldn't care less, just said 'sorry, nothing we can do' and ended the call. I have shopped with Aldi for a long time and always had a great experience but this is beyond unacceptable, it is pure theft. Please don't order anything from them!!!!
