Hello, a few months ago Aldi opened a store at 11601 Regency Village Drive, Orlando, FL 32821. Everything is good, except the customer service of one cashier (Jackie), she was very rude, impolite, she throws the food in the shopping car without any care, that happened to me two times, notify the managers regarding this, she should not work with customer service, because what happened to me must happen to many people. I hope they take action on this cashier. Thank you.

When shopping in the Sandhurst store today, I picked a box of champagne flutes reduced to 99p, they were on display with a ticket. When going through the checkout I was told that these can't be sold because they are not on the system, I asked whether they could be scanned as a miscellaneous code and was told that this couldn't happen. A manager was called over and said that HQ instructed that all remaining Christmas stock can't be sold. This is absolutely horrendous customer service, stock should have been removed from the shop floor and I really don't understand why my purchase could not have been honoured, I wrote to the Customer Service team and received an obviously pick a paragraph scripted response with a few paragraphs, the last paragraph included: Unfortunately the product is no longer available so maybe that is the reason why it cannot be sold anymore maybe they forgot to pull out the item and we are very sorry for this happened and we hope you understand. In most cases I would have let this go. But we are talking about a 99p glass that Aldi refused to sell, yet it was on display with a price label.

On arriving at Aldi shop in Airdrie checkout I removed my used Aldi carrier bag, which by the way was all crumpled up from my pocket in front of the checkout girl so she could acknowledge I had not purchased it new, obviously an old bag. When all items were scanned she did not issue me with a receipt as requested before I paid, after payment she asked me twice to touch my bank card again to machine before I finally got my receipt, in total I had to use contactless three times to obtain my receipt which I thought was a bit off. When I got home I noticed she had charged me 20 pence for a carrier bag that I did not purchase and thought this strange as she did not even scan my own carrier bag. I would advise anyone shopping at Aldi not to use an Aldi carrier bag, why was this allowed to happen. Not a lot of money but then again its my money. .

Purchase a Specially selected free Range whole Chicken. Followed cooking instruction to the letter the chicken was over cooked and dry on the breast and pink at the side of the legs and blue underneath. Only had quart of the beast and the rest was thrown in the bin. Had no choice but to serve it because it was Christmas day was so upset and embarrassed Christmas lunch was ruined. Dont Believe the Hype on Aldi food like i did. I have been going to Sainsbury for my Organic Free Range chicken for 15 years and this has never happend. I will never shop in Aldi again you get what you pay for.

I recently ordered wine online from Aldi as I have previously enjoyed wines from Aldi. Unfortunately their delivery service falls well short of what is acceptable. Despite being give a date which was the latest it would be delivered, it still hadn’t arrived two days later. I discovered using tracking that the wine was with the delivery company local depot, where it had been for 4 days with no sign of it being sent out anytime soon. As I had stayed at home for two wasted days I wasn’t prepared to sacrifice a third day and cancelled the order. This experience has resulted in me looking elsewhere for all my future wine deliveries.

The fishing boots my partner bought from Aldi with a brand name of Crane two years ago were not worn until October 2022.First time out a small crack appeared behind the toecap. Boots were relegated to rainy dog walking duties the crack grew and the boots are no longer any good for anything. I am annoyed because my partner and I thought these cheap boots would replace the twenty year old set that had cost a lot more but at least they gave 20 years of service.

Bought an Aldi chicken Balmoral on 09/11/22. I don't write negative reviews lightly as shop weekly at Aldis. Gastro meal assumed would be good. Only got one piece of chicken 1 cm square and complained, never complain, photos and photos of Aldi packaging. Very little acknowledgement that this was a problem and WITHOUT A RECEIPT you'll not get a refund or any compensation, even though is an Aldi product. Absolute joke, who keeps a hold of their receipt for days after purchase, if indeed you take a receipt. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Great policy from Aldi, ignore the issue, and make no effort to resolve it or acknowledge customer concern. Would give zero stars if could.

Almost every time I go to Aldi's in Woodstock Georgia the lines are Enormous. They usually only have 1 cashier to serve dozens of customers. Maybe 1 employee on the floor to stock. I asked the manager last week if they are hiring anyone and her response was that they have enough staff and that they were NOT hiring anyone. I was told by an employee that they don't really hire so they can keep costs down. DONT SHOP there unless you have time to waste!

I have been accused of being a shoplifter on multiple occasions by the OVER AGED MIDDLE AGED so called Aldi security guard in their Crayford store. Firstly , I am not a thief and secondly my professional position would have been this Silly Cows Regional Manager. She is a RACIST .She is part of BLM ,whom are targeting people they perceive to be caucasian. Last night the till staff had to get in between this employee and I and tell her to back off, go stand 6 feet or more away . It seems that Aldi employ Low cast staff and those are jealous of socalled "Posh" customers and then make MALICIOUS AND LIBELLOUS ACCUSATIONS TOWARDS THOSE PERSONS. I AM NOW DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO SUE ALDI ......

Purchased a Turkey and within 4 days it went on sale. Went to the store and ask for a price adjustment. We were told they do not do that, and I would have to do a return and then repurchase it. Took the Turkey back for a refund and wanted to repurchase at sale price, again we were told they could not do that. As a senior on a fixed income and having shopped at Aldi's for a long time I now realize they are not customer friendly. I will use Facebook to get this message out to other customers about the service received.

Ordered a laptop which when delivered the box was badly ripped and the original security tags were broken and replaced so following their instructions, I returned it immediately by Royal Mail. It was delivered to Aldi a few days later and according to their website I was supposed to get an email within 24 hours saying a refund was being processed. I never received one. Despite contacting them several times and sending proof of posting and proof of delivery, they have not responded. I am really worried as this was a Christmas present for my husband and it cost £530.

Bought a vehicle pet barrier in another state while visiting. I misplaced the receipt (and am still looking for it). The box was missing 2 essential pieces. I emailed them for possible solutions, and they will only send a form letter response to check the warranties and manual page? The manual doesn't give any info on how to get the replacement pieces, other than to say to look at the product card in the box. The same product card i told them that was also missing...... Great prices, good products, poor customer service.

Bought 3 Pressure washers from aldi on 8th oct, was told delivery would be on friday 21 oct, by XPD , waited in all pm as time slot was 1:30 to 3:30 , no one delivered check tracking later and see a picture of a telegraph pole about 100m up the road in a section of the road that you cannot park in saying could not deliver and "email carded " I had no email, waited in the following Monday all day for delivery , still nothing, phone Monday evening to cancel order as fed up with waiting around , received an email to confirm this , Tuesday 7 am get an email to say delivered successfully , no delivery was made , get a phone call at 10:50 am from aldi customer service to ask if i have the three items , I inform them I do not. , wait for my refund , them nothing , phone back a week later to be told they were delivered , despite me already confirming that they had not been. was told then I would have to wait for an investigation into the courier. they have my £240 I have no goods and they will not refund me. What a bunch of THEIVES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALDI AGAIN AND BASED ON THIS AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE HAVEING LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED BY XPD COURIERS TO JUST DONT DO IT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS AND ALDI WILL NOT REFUND.

Bought boots online exclusive Rerturned later to Aldi Sandhurst store as per the Aldi receipt instructions... On arrival at the store queued for a cashier who had no idea how to process the return. Called the duty manager (Martin) who also had no idea how to process the return. He went away to find out and then said he didnt know how to return the item so I would need to return via post / courier. Frustrated I called Aldi online team customer services while still waiting in store (Aqeela.) She appeared well trained online and apologised profusely but said - you can't return exclusive offers via the store (despite the Aldi return instructions!) After 35 minutes in store and her apologies, Aqeela our online call handler and her supervisor confirmed this has happened many times before and no "good will gesture" eg store refund could be raised as this was not their procedure despite the written return instructions... Perhaps it is best to avoid the online side of Aldi as no training has been offered to their stores and their return instructions are factually incorrect. I will return via the post office / courier - Such a shame as the concept could have worked with more planning and better execution.
