“We are very pleased with our new Aleko awning. Shipping was fast, product as described and excellent customer service.”

“Product itself is great as far as function. Some metal was bent and dented so that required us to straighten in order to slide into another pole. Not sure if we were given a return unit, but it definitely did not look brand new. Directions were difficult to see fine details and the qr video support did not match the direction booklet. Additionally, there is no information about mounting the awning to a roof and how many brackets are needed on the awning product page. The recommendations are in the instruction manual so we had to purchase additional and wait for arrival in order to meet time recommendations.”

“I ordered a Retractable Awning of ALEKO through Walmart in Oct 2024. The units came in very fast. Good services. Although I start using it after almost half a year. I confronted lots of troubles like technicals issues, like damaged parts but replaced right away. wrong parts sent but when I called Technical supports, I got quick responses and quick help so patiently from Technical staffs. I have got good advice with video trainings,...Now, I just want to thank Tyler from Technical support for his kindness and very patient. And he is a trusted professional tech support.”

“I spent $4000 on the Canadian Hemlock indoor sauna and although the assembly was simple, I had to made a few modifications and there is absolutely no information on how to power the interior lights.”

“Ordered a nice driveway Gate back in October. The guy I spoke with made me aware of a great bundle deal with opener. Good deal for all I got and shipped free. All arrived well and packed right. I installed the posts with #1200 of concrete per post. Did all electrical and let it sit over winter. Put the gates up this past week. Everything functions as described and looks fantastic. I love how the remote opens the Gates from my house that's 180 feet away. Thanks Aleko”

“Purchased dual swing gate operator in 2016. Gate operators have been excellent, no issues. Later purchased control unit for operating from vehicles works great! Recently purchased Remootio unit, called Aleko for technical support, support was outstanding!! Made everything so easy.”
