“Not responsive when it came to changing incorrect address details. After contact still found parcel with wrong address on it. Also on closing my account, again they're slow in response, sending the same email time after time asking me to link and detail closure reason of which I complete and return but they continue to send on my chasing up their progress, anyone would think they're deliberately dragging their feet hoping I'll give up and stay... think again.”

“Amazon couriers keep dumping my parcels on my doorstep (which is right next to the pavement) and then leaving before I can answer the door (no more than 30 secs). My account page states "Parcel was handed to resident" - which is a lie. Amazon delivery is the pits.”
