“Diabolical service at Amazon logged on and offered £10 discount if downloaded app. Did this followed details placed order for £30 plus no discount given full mount taken. Tried talking to customer services via web chat waste of 2 hours basically inferred I was an idiot. Money was taken within 30minutes which according to them shouldn’t go until goods despatched, Wrong. Will not be purchasing from this company again. Given 1 star as cannot give no stars.”

“Poor customer service. I was charged for the fast delivery even if I have amazon prime. Tried to speak for a while with Vishnu through live chat and because he couldn't sort it out, he simply left the chat.”
