This is ridiculous service! I think amazon in UK lost something definitely! I ordered the gaming mouse with a defect it didn't work properly, they didn't want to send me working one they said I will receive a refund in 14 days...After that they informed me that I need to wait another 5-7 days. I am a gamer and streamer I need a working mouse. It's just SAD what they are doing, they service is worth nothing now. I was speaking with people on their chat. Rude and they didn't want to give me a address to leave an official complaint. I am paying 3 years for amazon prime, ordering everything on amazon, now I will NEVER order something from UK amazon!

I have used Amazon UK a lot and have never had an issue that hasnt been sorted by the CS team. this changed yesterday when i had to contact Amazon customer services. they had me running around in circles, didnt seem to understand my problem and i was passed from agent to agent none of whom were helpful. I think that these people are employed to anger and frustrate customers so that they drop their concerns. the customer service agents contradict themselves and at the very best are uninformed at worst liars. I have cancelled all of my memberships and am looking to make a complaint however as complaints are investigated by the customer services team that the complaint is about i cant see it getting very far.

Amazon is my first choice for online shopping. Outstanding value for money. Great quality products on sale with the costumer service to match. You get so many services for your money when you buy Prime. Amazon Video with thousands of TV shows and movies. Amazon Music with millions of songs. Fast delivery on parcels. Twitch Prime to watch and support your favourite streamers. Unlimited photo storage. It's insane what's on offer for just £79.99 a year. Totally worth it. .

Customer services , do nothing to help with issues regarding refunds . Never again will I purchase from Amazon , Trustpilot reviews are totally accurate . Ebay far superior in every way

I don’t know why, may be it’s bad luck. But I’ve ordered a laptop. Paying more than it costs from manufacturers, ordering from amazon due to logistic reasons. Assure it would be the last time I order from amazon. I have been charged. Yet more than a week and still not even estimated delivery time. I have contacted numerous times with support. They will do anything to just leave the chat happy/unhappy supported/unsupported. I wonder how this company got to be a multi billion dollar company. When cannot handle a simple question like what is the estimated time arrival of an product after almost 2 weeks of ordering. And if you don’t have an answer. Say we currently cannot provide. Don’t cover with dummy stories. Worst buying experience ever.

Great company for anything, quick easy to use and gives you full control of your purchases with full on line visibility and with a great tracking facility so you know exactly when your goods are arriving, also excellent returns procedure and many local shops. Always my first choice when looking for things I need.

After many purchases I have learnt to only buy products I am fully informed on. Warning: due to poor description I had to return an industrial electronic thermometer and buy a clinical one. When I eventually received it the owners manual was printed in an Asian language. I requested an English version but never got one!
