“Waited all day as delivery time changed throughout the day then I take my dog out for 5 mins and the driver jst drives away as I'm getting back to house and now I'm told it will be delivered between 9 and 9 the next day not good enough”

“I no longer have access to the email registered with my prime account, it tells me to seek help through the app, the app wants me to sign in and send an authentication code to said email address lol. Your customer service phone line is down during the pandemic. I have no means of resolving this issue unless somebody from Amazon can contact me.”

“HGV drivers can not read. Every evening several Amazon prime HGV enter Winwick Lane in Lowton A579 WA3 1LS toward the M6 motorway. How drivers constantly ignore the 4 separate 7.5 tonne weight limit signs prior to entering the lane is totally beyond me. What's more the company take no action. No matter how many times I contact them.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ordered fishing lures on 16april through amazon prime . they were marked as detached following day and estimated delivery was 20th -23rd april nothing came on 23rd april so j rang onogo and was told sombodey will call you back . nobody did . on 24th april 3 out of the 5 packs of lures i ordered arrived . i gave it another couple of days more to see if the remaining 2 packs would arrive but nothing did . back on the phone all day on 28th april it was a silly answering message that hung up on me every time.i finally got through at 5.30pm to be told sombodey will ring me back asap . to which nobody still has . my money has been taken and i have only received 2/3 of what i have pay for COMPLETELY FEEL RIPPED OFF”

“I bought a watch which was already loosing time when I received it within two days. Amazon seem to have a return service which prevents you returning goods so that in the end you give up and you loose your money I have just given up !!!”
