I ordered a T shirt from Smarty Pants via Amazon Prime, and the T shirt was at least one size too big and made of extremly poor material. Smarty pants initially said I could return the T shirt, but at my own cost. When I queried them about this, Smarty Pants then said I couldn`t return the T shirt since it had been made to measure. When I reminded Smarty Pants the T shirt had never been made to measure ( or it would not have been at least one size too big), they then said I could return it, but only if I paid for the postage. When I tried to write an honest review giving an accurate account of my experience of Smarty Pants on Amazon (whom I had purchased the T shirt from via Amazon Prime) they refused to print my review, and blocked me from writing any reviews about my experience of Smarty Pants T shirt/ appalling customer service. Although I`ve asked Amazon to give me an explanation for the above, they have refused to get back to me?! One can only assume that Amazon do not wish any negative reviews about companies such as Smarty Pants from whom they are making a sizeable profit by selling their T shirts etc via Amazon prime. In future I will be very cautious about any positive reviews I read on Amazon who seem to be reluctant to print honest negative reviews such as mines, so as not to deplete the profit they make out of companies such as Smarty Pants!

Been waiting all day yesterday for my parcel to arrive and now been told it might arrive today. Waste of time and my daughter's surprise has been ruined! Amazon make it very difficult for customers to contact them to get a genuine answer. At least give me an answer if my parcel will arrive today I can cancel if it wont or I'll end up waiting at home all day when I've got other things to do. Not the first time this has happened either.

Poor user experience and very difficult to update new credit card. Managing the Account details is difficult and confusing. Mobile App is awful and had to use desktop to do what I needed.

Horrible service. Had a package sent to Oxford. Was never able to retrieve the package because was Headington hub was closing and package could not be retrieved. Have spent days trying to correct problem. Have been getting the runaround. Was told the only solution was to give me a credit and requested that I reorder. Never want to deal with amazon uk again. A terrible service!!! Beware.

I do not know what is going on with them, they did not bother to deliver a huge package at my flat number because obviously they were bored even to use the elevator and they left it in the reception. I am pregnant, my husband was at work and I had to wait for a neighbour to help me with the package. When we explicitly say a flat number we have a reason to do so. Terrible service.

Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid Absolutely horrible experience. Have placed order Marc Jacobs glasses WHITE WHITE WHITE !!!!! And did receive red ?! Completely different model , have contacted customer service , nothing they can do !!! No replacement offered as they out off stock , when I placed order they they clearly been in stock . Offered 5 £ off as a credit , won’t be using them again . They do claim 85 % accuracy in they orders , I don’t think so !!!

Sadly deliveries on prime are hardly EVER on time, we have been lied to by telephone staff saying that bad snow has delayed the shipment from their Ridgmont facility, when i can SEE the roof of the facility from my house and we have zero snow! Had deliveries dropped off at wrong houses, and the drivers claiming I HAD SIGNED FOR IT, had police involved multiple times. Last straw was one of their drivers caught on camera smashing our gate down with the van, and damaging fence and 10 foot gate, driving away. Police investigating have been told by amazon they cannot find the driver, and STILL have not paid for the damage which is proven to be amazon on the cctv, especially as you can clearly see him carrying the amazon parcel from back of his van!! Never again. Untrustworthy company, with zero customer service or care.

Hi I bought a shower from amazon that is from your shop, it says 1 day delivery prime amazon, I have been waiting 4 days I stayed in all day Monday and all day Tuesday the company they use Hermes said they attempted delivery which is a lie because I am waiting for my product all day and no attempt was there to deliver or I would have it now, I need this shower as my plumber is going to install for me as I have a date set, if I don’t get today I will cancel my order you will lose money and a customer, can you get onto amazon or helmes for me to get my order delivered today as I am on my house all day today waiting for my order I am very angry with amazon as this is unprofessional they say 1 day delivery so why am I waiting 4 days

I’ve had a very bad experience with amazon customer service. I’ve purchased google play cards on amazon, it was hacked and I couldn’t redeem it as it was already used!! One candidate at Amazon customer service promised to refund me all the money between 5-7days but they never did! They wasted my time for 2 weeks to do their investigation. Every time I get in touch, they’d promised to get in touch within 24H but it took days! I’ve requested a call from them this morning, as they’ve promised someone will be in touch shortly, no one did and I had to call them by the end of the day! Their decision was (these cards were redeemed “obviously they don’t care who redeemed it” and I am not entitled of a refund) and I had to contact google again to request a refund! Their advice was to get in touch with my bank and request a chargeback, what a joke

Been using Amazon for years and now I'm a prime member. Being Prime I also have a TV Fire stick and being a member of Prime I found out from TV licencing people that I don't need a UK TV licence (not if you have Amazon Prime, Netflix or Now V, as you subscription covers your TV licence, how cool is that?! and I get priority delivery as well as free music audio books and Kindle books, WOW!! All that for only £79 per year or £7.99 per month,

Horrible customer service.No one seems to know what is going on. They are very slow with getting items together and sending them to you. Half my order is missing and I keep getting customer service reps passing me on to others who seem like they know nothing.
