“Inappropriate pop ups all the time even on children tablets...they let open the games and tricks the children to play and then without consulting the parents they take money on the bank account even the price reach 1000's... I closed my Amazon account. No more amazon. Bad and terrible experience...”

“Great service if you ever actually recieve the products. Ordered numerous things from there uk site of 5 items 2 arrived late 2 never arrived and the final one wasnt going to meet delvery date so i cancel it.”

“Two pairs of garden gloves were bought on 9 November. The pair from Amazon came straight away, the ones from Kaladia UK ( on Amazon website) have still not arrived and no refund is possible as I bought them on a combined order! Apparently Amazon has warehouses overseas but as Kaladia UK is a UK business this should not be an excuse!”

“They took £££1000£££ pounds on my bank account for the games the child has been proposed on the Amazon tablet bought previously without parents permission.... “I ordered my Christmas presents on Amazon. Delivery date was 24/12. Just on time for Christmas. Perfect. Well, on the morning of the 23rd, I get the following message from Amazon delivery services: attempted delivery failed. What attempt I wonder? No one showed up and nothing came on the 23rd. I called customer service. They promised a new delivery would be made on the 24th and I would have my daughter's Christmas presents on time. Same message from Amazon delivery services: attempted delivery failed. I was on the phone with Amazon customer service until 10.30 that night. A finally got hold of a manager. When he checked the delivery log, he found out that NO ATTEMPT AT DELIVERING ANYTHING WHATSOVER WAS MADE NEITHER ON THE 23rd NOR ON THE 24th... And of course, no delivery is made on the 25th... Today is February 20th. I am still waiting for Amazon to get back to me with an explanation or a commercial gesture... Just Anything. And by the way, I have a Premium account....”

“Sad lamp not working. The would send a replacement , The refused to help in anyway. They said they destroyed the lamp which was in working order. No compensation or contact made to my e mails.”

“I elected to have my parcel delivered to a local shop on the list supplied by Amazon. They tried 3 times to deliver at night long after the shop had closed! And were prepared to keep doing that! I cancelled my order.”

“Ordered two items, an ipad case and water filter. After 3 weeks and no update, I logged in to find Amazon reported both as delayed due to technical issues and external factors. Then a couple of weeks later they suggested it was lost and offered a refund. So 5 weeks later and no products! Really hopeless. I'd have ignored this, but the same thing happened with my wife's order. Seems like Amazon is creaking at the seams, they often treat marketplace suppliers badly (esp when they get the odd negative review) but then provide an even worse service themselves!”

“We order the Tv product to watch films etc. And the films stop for or just switch off and we have a blank screen. We contacted Amazon tech guys who asked us a lot meaningless questions and didn't have any solutions other than "re start your router" very poor service”
