BEWARE CUSTOMERS CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AS AMAZON TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ORDERING FROM THEM I AM NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST AMAZON

Sad lamp not working. The would send a replacement , The refused to help in anyway. They said they destroyed the lamp which was in working order. No compensation or contact made to my e mails.

I elected to have my parcel delivered to a local shop on the list supplied by Amazon. They tried 3 times to deliver at night long after the shop had closed! And were prepared to keep doing that! I cancelled my order.

Ordered two items, an ipad case and water filter. After 3 weeks and no update, I logged in to find Amazon reported both as delayed due to technical issues and external factors. Then a couple of weeks later they suggested it was lost and offered a refund. So 5 weeks later and no products! Really hopeless. I'd have ignored this, but the same thing happened with my wife's order. Seems like Amazon is creaking at the seams, they often treat marketplace suppliers badly (esp when they get the odd negative review) but then provide an even worse service themselves!

We order the Tv product to watch films etc. And the films stop for or just switch off and we have a blank screen. We contacted Amazon tech guys who asked us a lot meaningless questions and didn't have any solutions other than "re start your router" very poor service

Four of my orders made on 11th and 12th Dec (plenty of time, I thought), simply failed to arrive. Being a loyal customer I just assumed they would arrive...finally called them on 24th to be told that they were unfulfilled!! I was immediately offered full refunds but this is not much good on the day before Christmas. 4 presents horribly delayed - embarrassing!

I ordered my stuff last month nd still hasn't come so phoned up for them to tell me they havnt got the wen they said the had been delivered on the 26th of November so of I didn't fone still wouldn't ov now n barring in mind these are my son's Christmas presents wat he is now not going to have. They also told me there was a refund for these items sent out on the 18th ov December I have foned the bank no refund I no it can take up to 5 days so still should be pending iv looked in to it nd tool it further nd I no the money can be transferred the same day now I need to find the money to buy my boy these presents this has really destroyed me nd made my angry I use amazon a lot nd never ever had this problem will never be using use again nd will be advising other ppl not yo either this is terrible the way use gave dealt wiv this situation

Took for item, but said needed to wait for delivery date. Subsequently found out item was out of stock. Item came back into stock and they still did not ship. Item then went out of stock again and no indication of when it will be available. Cancelled order and bought elsewhere. Then received email saying item back in stock. Waste of time. And item elsewhere was cheaper.

They took money from my credit card for some premium membership even i bought nothing from them.. They gave me my money back but thats not what i expecterd from this famous site

I ordered a Dualit coffee m/e on 26 November,the order was lost, on the 2nd Dec a replacement was issued which has also gone missing. After over a week of false delivery promises , much hanging around for a delivery the has still not arrived I am still without my desired coffee machine. After being a regular customer of Amazon, and a recent Amazon prime customer they are letting me down bigtime

useless responses all the time allows sellers of rubbish goods to be sold and then no back up even when the goods are faulty and it costs as much to return them as it did to pay in the 1st place utter useless no customer support.

Terrible terrible 'prime' service. Failed to deliver item for my son's 5th birthday. Lied and told me it would arrive for 3 days on the trot. Avoid at all costs.
