I pay for Prime mainly for the delivery side of things, not so much for the other services. Several times now when I placed an order for next day delivery they did not arrive when they were supposed to. The most recent was an order I placed late one evening, so didn't expect delivery the next day but instead the day after which was fine. The following morning I received and email saying my order had been despatched and would be delivered today - result! (although it did mean that I had to change what I was doing and wait home for the delivery which I wouldn't have needed to do the following day as it was Saturday and there was someone home all day). So I checked my Amazon App and sure enough my order was on its way "arriving today". Late afternoon I checked again and several of the items had changed their status to "expected tomorrow" which was disappointing but the main item was still "arriving today". Early evening around 6.30ish I checked again and this time all bar one of my items were due to be delivered the following day but the main item now had an expected delivery date of 1st November! Now I know technically I wasn't due delivery of my items that day but Amazon had raised my expectations to the fact that they would be but now I had wasted an entire day waiting at home and what's more the very thing I needed was now delayed for almost another week... not exactly Prime service from Amazon. After an online chat with them I did get all my items the following day but all in all an unnecessary waste of my time.

I bought an item expecting it to be free delivery as stated. It was not. I was misled by amazon one click purchase - how can i be expected to remember from one purchase to the next. Deliberate sharp practice.

As an individual I love to buy from them. However as a business selling with them is a nightmare. They don't respond and they don't pay. They still have £4k worth of our stock that they haven't paid for and haven't returned. A Large business with huge profits stepping on honest SME's.

Have been ordering Johnston and Jeff Budgie seed from Amazon for about 9 months, every month they send the 20Kg bag of seed out with no packaging and every month it arrives damaged and I have to refuse delivery and order a replacement which sometimes arrives undamaged and sometimes does not. Have complained multiple times regarding this and requested that it be sent out in a box like every other product they sell but still no luck. I have had seed trailed all over my drive which then sprouts and starts to grow causing damage to my drive but Amazon don't care. Have now found an alternative supplier that do put it in a box and are a good price as well!

Needed to spend £20.00 for free delivery. Item required was £19.99, doubling up on purchace not an option because of expiry date of item, ended up scanning web site for a long time trying to find something i needed to make up the min amount., website does not make it clear that items have to be from same supplier untill you get to checkout, constantly being urged to join "Prime" , is very annoying. will purchace from the usa direct next time, being careful of the expiry date.

Que amazon no pone medidas para dar un buen servicio sobre los proveedores que no son prime. Son poco serios y no dan servicio, no entregan nunca los artículos, es cierto que te devuelven el dinero pero juegan con la ilusión de los compradores. Encima Amazon ya ni te compensa ni las molestias ocasionadas. Amazon ya está de generándose. Empiezo a no confiar en esta web

Customer service is what went wrong. I have two items I bought from you guys that were broken and I never received a refund or was allowed to send them back. Your customer service is sub standard.

Hi all! I hope that through open discussion you will not allow Amazon to hush the matter. This store is trying to steal my money right now. Let me tell my story. I bought Iphone 5s and headphones in amazon Order #202-3613537-0629910, but when items was delivered for me my account was LOCKED. "Your account is directly related to an account we closed for misusing our services, which is against our Conditions of Use and Sale" This email I recieve from some adress cis@amazon.co.uk. Now I don't have acces for my main account illana.sverebova87@gmail.com. Okay, I wanted to send package back for amazon, I did it and amazon recieve my package 16 JUNE 2017. (I saw it in the posttrack) but then Amazon did not give my money. AND the most interesting: the last answer from cis@amazon.co.uk was 27 JULE 2017. AFTER THIS DATE THIS SUPPORT STOPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES, really, Im writing them and they are reading it and ignoring both my messages. The biggest shop in the world is trying to scam me and don't refund my money after full return. Damaged product...big crack on the back of the case and no trace of damage on delivery package. Which leaves me to believe that it was broken before it was sent. Blocked store...

I purchased a pack of front zip bras from La Isla via Amazon and when they arrived they were great - fitted well, very comfortable, easy to put on and very simple to wash and dry following their instructions. After a few months the zip boke on one of them and I wrote to the company to ask for a replacement. (I would have expected a bra to last longer than 3 months!). Their customer care is shocking, they are not interested and said that once the 30 day warranty through Amazon was up they had no further commitment to any customer and so were not prepared to replace the item. They offered me £2.74 compensation!! Really disappointed with this firm as I would have bought more from them but not now. Very poor after care if anything goes wrong - steer clear!!

I ordered 4 items as present. After nearly two weeks none have been delivered. I received email to say one was to be delivered a week ago. Nothing about the other 3 items. All were supposed to be delivered together with a week ago as the latest delivery date! Paid for, of course! Snail mail and the local shops would have been quicker and more reliable, and possibly cheaper too!

i got the wrong package a piece of trash instead of a £250 high end headphone when i returned it to get a new one i got the box for the headphone without the headphone it was empty till today i haven't received the refund absolute rubbish
