“Good at handling return purchases, not so good at fielding complaints to sellers- then it all gets a bit complex. Think system is set up to return unsatisfactory goods and buy again without feedback involving seller. This does not foster confidence in purchasing goods.”

“I am a prime member and I was able to use a local amazon locker, which means I can pick up my item on the way home from work. the locker is a great idea.”

“I re-ordered Aspectek Predator Eye Pro Animal Deterrent Nightlights (bright red cats-eyes that flash in the garden at night). Price was good though I had to buy something else to reach the Free-Postage limit. It's hard to find something on Amazon for £3.33 by the way. Nightlights arrived 2 days earlier than promised, good service.”
