“I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF AMAZON FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THEM FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY OF 8 ALSO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BUT IF I HAVE A QUERY I RING UP AND GET THROUGH TO THEM STRAIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL AND ALWAYS RESOLVE THE PROBLEM STRAIGHT AWAY. THEY ALWAYS MESSAGE ME WITH DISCOUNT ON THE THE THINGS I HAVE PREVIOUS ORDERED.. THE ONLY THING I SUGGEST IS THAT THEY GIVE A DISCOUNT OR FREE DELIVERY FOR VALUED CUSTOMERS WHO ORDER 12 TIMES A YEAR . I SURGEST YOU SELL YOUR CORNERSTONE ITEMS ON AMAZON NOT EBAY AS EBAY IS TERRIBLE THANKYOU”

“i must warn customers on amazon uk that you cannot get a refund on multiple orders with prime video,it says you can cancel a prime video within 14 days of purchase but you can only cancel five videos at a time,if you contact amazon customer service they say because you cancelled orders before on a few occasions that you cannot cancel orders anymore but it does not state this in the terms as i have not seen this anywhere,they need to update the terms and conditions,also when i closed the window in chat it usually says leave feedback but the last two times it has not done this,i wonder why,so i leave feedback here,please take note when buying prime videos,i have had to leave feedback here because i cannot do it on the website for some reason,if amazon change the terms to what i have explained here then i will be happy,but for now i am not happy.by the way amazon refused to refund my orders so i got no money back,this is not good,i did not want to leave this review but as it has happened twice so i had to,when the terms state that multiple orders cannot be refunded then my feedback will change but until then well not good.”

“So an Amazon delivery driver damaged my property and have broken my car parking bollard. I have a ring video door system that clearly identifies the vehicle and sees the van driver deliver the amazon parcel and reverse their van into my driveway and knock down my bollard, check his vehicle and drive off! Reported this to amazon immediately so despite the video evidence, time of delivery and where the parcel was delivered to (not us) Amazons response - nothing we can do without the parcel tracking number ?! Explained that we do not speak to that particular Neighbour and can not obtain that, they have said there is nothing they can do?! In today’s age I find that impossible there is nothing they can do considering we have this overwhelming evidence. I have an amazon account and find this blatant attempt to not help their customers despite a crime has been committed disgraceful. I will be shortly closing my and my husbands amazon Account and contacting the police”
