“The item came damaged, we wrote to them and they sent a person to collect it from my address. The next day the item came. Thank you very much for sorting this out so fast.”

“Amazon stock a huge range of goods at competitive prices. The customer service is excellent on the rare occasions that there are problems. We are Amazon Prime customers, which means that delivery is included, as are the Amazon TV programmes.”

“Never received multiple parcels customer service didn't help apart from eventually refunding me, I was a prime member for 6 months and was not happy with any service or product provided to me”

“Have been using amazon from many years and have been happy with the different services Amazon provide. Amazon provides a huge platform for buying and selling goods. Amazon Prime is very helpful for next and even same day deliveries. I have also tried the Amazon flex parcel delivery service which is great for delivering parcels in case you want to earn little extra for part time or in your free time. Bless you all :)”

“Fantastic company. Items are delivered quickly and properly packaged. Often send items to U.K. and France. There are rarely any problems, but when there are, they rectify with no hassle. Would fully recommend them.”

“I brought my nephew so novelty socks from Amazon for Christmas and I ordered them on a Sunday they arrived on the Monday way before the estimated delivery time. I don't know how you do it!! But I am very impressed. Thanks”
