“Prime is awesome (free fast delivery). 99% of all purchases are perfect, free returns if there is an issue. Never had an issue return a product. Service and online chat is great! Very happy customer and most of the time can not be beaten on price.”

“had been used amazon for more than a decade, only got one time 'goods damaged' and requested for refund, fast responded but only if follow online instructions, never spoke to a 'live' person,,,...can get most items, economic in prime amazon, with reviews of items can get more informations of the product before purchase. fast delivery and quick correspondent from amazon (even on refund etc)”

“I use Amazon UK frequently as the service is first class keeps timetable for delivery accurate also returns are dealt with promptly with no fuss.
