“Quick delivery and great customer service”

“I am usually a fan of Amazon but recently ordered an oxygenator for my garden pond and it came with Continental plug. They cannot exchange it for UK plug and I now have all the hassle of having to return it and waiting for my refund and having to search for a UK supplier. Not a happy lady!”

“Such a pity because we do need that type of shopping, however: Do I get my delivery on time? NO When things go wrong does Amazon tries to fix it? No Does prime works with one click, one day delivery? NO Is Amazon responsive? NO Received an email somebody who probably thinks he is the top worm as he is calling himself Joseph! Oh dear! telling me that if the delivery guy did not deliver is because he probably thought it was not safe! WHAT? the camera filmed what happened, he did not ring the bell, and he was not quick at coming out of the front path, indeed he stayed back studying the windows and the camera at the top. In other words he did not tried to deliver to me, for any reasons of his own. But for Amazon to back him up, telling me I am wrong and during this time pocketing my money from prime: NO!”
