“It's quick and easy, can find the best price, returns easy”

“Great range of goods. Easy to read descriptors like the ability to ask other purchasers what they thought of a product. The only downfall for me is non Amazon sellers when you can't tell where the goods will be posted from ie if I'm in a hurry I want it within Europe.”

“Amazon has always delivered my packages in time, except for one that I got a money refund 3 days later of not recieving it. Their treat is excellent and prices are very competitive. What more to say?”

“I've ordered steadily from Amazon over the years. Often my orders arrived early and only once did I Have to return anything. No hassle when I did. I do think that $90 for prime is excessive--my only complaint. Why not give a discount on Prime to regular customers? I might not qualify for the discount but it would give me a goal, rather like buying Starbucks coffee.”
