“I am always going to check the prices and compare with Amazon, sometimes for a small amount more as a prime member it pays to order with Amazon. My only niggle is that the agents who deliver seem to have my address at the end of their list, sometimes it would be nice to have the delivery next day during the am slot not late afternoon.”

“Amazon Prime is a blessing. Although I would be a bit vary about items listed from oversea suppliers. It costs a lot of money in returning them.I had a bad experience buying products from china without realizing and had to keep the product due to the cost of returning. Would like to see more UK/ Europe products listed in Amazon.co.uk.”

“They made me happy in that I got the product I needed and they have a huge amount of products online. So I know when I click in that I can get what I need. The HUGE downside to Amazon is that they are allowing the vendors to not deliver to an area, it should be all or nothing. When ordering in the Republic of Ireland most or all of my friends have to get the packages re-routed to the north of Ireland as they are under a British Address so they come into the English category. It is off putting looking at a product only to find you cannot purchase it as you don't live in the UK. Ordering from Amazon USA the postage is far to expensive. So this normally sends me to Ebay to buy stuff online.”
