“I had an item delivered which was damaged - although I got no response from the retailer when I emailed them, I requested a return through Amazon and it was dealt with very quickly. Would be nice if more retailers offered free delivery instead of having to spend £20 minimum (as a lot of retailers on EBay are free delivery) but overall it's a good service. What I like about Amazon over EBay is the customer reviews section which is always helpful.”

“Amazon is top banana, they have delivered everything I have ever ordered 100% correct nd intact, never had to return anything or had any complaints. Even trusted them to buy £800 laptop, came in 2 days, absolutely no problems. Thanks Amazon, now I never have to leave the house again!”
