“it's the first place I go to for the best price on, well, virtually anything. After many years (can it really be 14) they've never let me down. Of course there are problems (hence a star docked). I hope recent publicity has improved their reportedly shabby treatment of staff, for instance; and hopfully their tax affairs have improved too. But, really, how did we ever shop without it? Just love that I can sit in my undies drinking tea when I want to buy and have no worries about, y'know, things like dressing,parking or dealing with stroppy shop staff.”

“I found some work shoes in a shop but decided to try and find them cheaper on amazon. I was successful and my package was delivered on time and in good condition. The shoes are great and cost me £25 less than in shop”

“Amazon are, on the whole, reliable, usually have the item I am looking for, and are very helpful should anything go wrong. I am a Prime member although I really only use the next day delivery and Prime Add-ons (some great bargains to be had!). I have knocked a star off my rating as Amazon no longer deliver at weekends which I find a real nuisance and, to be honest, I'm not sure I'm now getting my money's worth with Prime anymore. If I was using all their other services, such as streaming and music, then I probably would be!”

“I am always going to check the prices and compare with Amazon, sometimes for a small amount more as a prime member it pays to order with Amazon. My only niggle is that the agents who deliver seem to have my address at the end of their list, sometimes it would be nice to have the delivery next day during the am slot not late afternoon.”
