“10/10 love Amazon”

“Amazon is been my preferred method of buying goods online for years. Having prime, gives me unlimited next day delivery and doesn't fail me a lot. However, when there's a problem with delivery its quite hard to reach customer service, however they usually extend your prime by a month or so as apology. Overall, very good.”

“Due to an inability to access an account which has been 'locked' by yourselves I have lost 9 x months of Prime. Even after opening another Amazon account, they would not transfer the remaining 9 months to the new account. We reached an impasse and I lost out. How unfair. The operative was sympathetic but I still remain out of pocket. Terrible. I will be sharing the experience.”
