“Due to an inability to access an account which has been 'locked' by yourselves I have lost 9 x months of Prime. Even after opening another Amazon account, they would not transfer the remaining 9 months to the new account. We reached an impasse and I lost out. How unfair. The operative was sympathetic but I still remain out of pocket. Terrible. I will be sharing the experience.”

“Have nothing but high praise for Amazon. Fast delivery on products. Great customer service whenever I've used it. Money refunded without problems. Even problems with Kindle have been rectified quickly(usually a new device sent out). My go to company for EVERYTHING”
