“Both my accounts business and personal have been locked, the last email said it is because of the billing address and delivery address do not match their records. I have sent countless emails to them during these locks. Verified my card countless times. When your account is locked you can not access any information in it and it is impossible to talk to anyone from Amazon. I phoned their number that is on Google, the rep, said he can not get access to my account, cannot pass me on to a supervisor without access to the account. The complaints email address just returns with a generic message saying they do not answer emails to this address. I also wrote a complaint through Resolver which has also generated the generic email reply. I am disgusted with Amazon and every time I get an email from them saying this or that I feel stressed to boiling point. Was a happy customer for years. The experience the last month has left me feeling sick. I hope they rot!”

“Flowy at Amazon; I searched high and low for a large palm to sit in a corner of my newly re-decorated living room, having already bought the lovely medium checked seagrass storage basket in readiness, and the palm I chose from Flowy was fantastic, a really healthy, tall palm which is now beautifully complemented by the basket. Delighted!”

“I use amazon for nearly everything. I’ve had amazon prime for years now and the wide selection of goods and quick delivery means I’m not having to run out to the shops all the time, and I feel like I’m getting a decent deal, though not always the best.”

“Shopping on Amazon is one of the easiest ways to do your online shopping. There's plenty of choice and if you are are willing to put off your purchase for a few days, you might find the item has been included in a 24 hours price crash; so a chance for further savings. 💰 The one thing I do find annoying when buying on Amazon is the hard sell of Amazon Prime. The unwary shopper can unwittingly sign up for the 30 day free trial without realising. There is the option to ignore the offer but the text for that option is deliberately small and easy to miss when compared to the big, bold advert asking you to sign up.”

“My experience of amazing is out of this world. It will 100% the place o go to first to check for materials or tools I need for my job as a carpenter. So fast to deliver. Sometimes even in the same day. Crazy.... love this service. Of course I have amazon prime for this service but it’s one hell of a deal in my opinion. Check them out and Amazon prime!”
